shipment was shipped out on 10/8/2021. why takes 7days to arrive? after that why does the shipment updated delivered while i'm never receive the shipment yet ? im asked the courier for changing the delivery address, the courier also said there is unable to change the delivery address. im requested for second delivery also he said cannot. what kind of service is this ? please fix this. im really dissapointed with this delivery guy.
Shipment reschedule
Hi, Please reschedule my parcels with these tracking numbers: [protected] [protected] [protected] We are still in the province. We are still in quarantine period because we got close to someone with COVID-19 positive. My family's quarantine period will end this 26th next week. However, I kept getting calls from J&T riders in Cebu arguing with me over the phone forcing us to get the parcel. Most of them are rude and will not understand the situation. Please have it delivered on the 26. We will be back by that time.

Product tracking status stay at SS2 many days. I bought expensive product and urgent need for Covid-19 prebention. EVEN shopee seller also cannot trace where my parcel product!

Parcel tracking no [protected] still on hold from 15/8/2021 until today as attachment below, drop point center Drop Point LDC PORT KLANG 611 - KLANG giving me unreasonable point not delivering my parcel as the delivery is out of shop/not within office's business hour. The purposes of my complaint is want action to be taken immediately before police report will be issue.
Damaged Items
As a seller, we always pack our products properly and even received numerous compliments from customers regarding how well our products are packed. Recently we have been receiving complaints from customers receiving broken items. Can you imagine how a hard plastic product (real hard and thick plastic) wrapped in bubble wrap, sealed in a hard and thick box that was again bubblewrapped got cracked? I really can't imagine how rough they have treated the products during transit. We never had that issue with any other courier companies beside J&T. We are still dealing with Shopee regarding this and hopefully we don't get one of those ignorant response that just want to brush away their responsibility.

I'm use to be a J&T fan, as this company delivered my parcel very fast even during this pandemic. However, nowadays it seems a bit doubtful.
I dropped my parcel at the counter on 16/8/21 and it is understandable that they ship out my parcel to Kuching the next morning. My parcel need to be deliver to Kuala Lumpur. It stays in Kuching until today 19/8/21 and it seems like no progress at all. Here is my tracking number: [protected].

It's truly disappointing as I have been using your service for long time.
If as per what written, then if I'm the handling person I will not bother to careful handle any fragile or non-fragile items. As a responsible sender I have pack my items as per required and provided proper box but due to your staff negligence the damage caused was truly irresponsible. If as per mentioned "fragile item" it's so easily to push the responsible away for a handling person. With that as a handling person I can just simply throw the packages while handling at logistic.
At least J&T should be accountable for the courier fees paid. We paid for the right service and not this is not a ridiculous reason for not handling our item in the right manner.
Desired outcome: Refund due to negligence of goods handling.

It has been almost one month since my parcel was not received. Already contacted your customer service on 12.08.2021 (THUR). They told me the parcel has been sent back to Klang Gateway because the address and postcode is incorrect. I have already informed them to report and correct the postcode. After one week, when I trace waybill no, there are no changes in transit. I've contacted the chat box agent ( Mr Stanly and Row) . They suggested a claim through the sender. Before I make a claim, I wish to request to check back my parcel because it is a really important and expensive product.

I received an order but I dont know the item, I did not order the item.
I received my placed order in shopee but there is another package that arrived together with my order in shopee, but the other one I dont know about it I didnt order a watch, it is raining last night 8/18/21 I thought the 2nd package was my another order which is 2 toys worth 400 but upon opening the other package was a watch, the seller contact number is unattended, I already file a complaint at j&t pantok branch do not release the payment to the seller unless he/she provide me a proof that I order to him/her.

I ordered through shopee. I also went to the store by myself and asked their staff. They found my goods for me and said my goods were not in their warehouse.
