Delivery Guy with bad attitude
Please check the delivery comment when I prefer during office hour, please deliver during office hour. The J&T team never follow the requirement and the sender rise the tone, "you datang collect sekarang, call pun tak jawab". What is the purpose when no one is there that's why we prefer office hour but they sent during non working hour and that kind of attitude.

J&t keep holding my package for too long. Their reason is always "high parcel volume". They should come out with solution for this issue. They cannot expecting customer to just wait every time they're getting high parcel volume. This issue has occurs many time and the service is still the same. Very bad service from J&T👎🏻

Hi I am Nuraini Seliman, and I am the receiver of the parcel that send by SpekPlanet that supposedly delivered on tuesday 13 July 2021 @ 1959H. now already 15 July 2021 and I didnt receive any of my parcel from J&T Express PJS City Petaling. If their staff already delivered my parcel, the postman should call or do whatsapp to noticed me first before delivered the parcel. On that day, I didnt get any call or whatsapp or photos about the parcel that going to delivery, then suddenly I got an email that my parcel already got delivered. If I didnt receive my parcel or J&T Express staff do hold my parcel due to overload parcel at hub, why do they update the parcel status to "delivered" while im not receive the parcel! This morning I collect my parcel at j&t boulevard branch. I dont know why the girl acting like that. Dia hempas barang depan saya, dia hempas pintu kuat2x. Kebetulan saya seorang saja dekat sana. I didn't say anything. I just give her my tracking number at wait dia cari dan ambil brg saya dekat belakang. Kalau u rasa u tak mau cari kenapa tak suruh saya sendiri cari daripada saya hadap your rudeness. Very rude. Everytime my parcel arrive saya mmg selfcollect tak pernah tgu j&t hantar pergi rumah. Kalau u rasa cari barang saya tu menyusahkan, after this I never use j&t. Maybe akan menyenangkan kerja u kan. Boleh duduk saja main handphone. Saya pun pernah kerja dekat kaunter but kalau marah jangan sesekali lepas dekat customer. Tadi bagus saya masih kawal emosi kalau tidak memang saya tampar muka kamu tu. J&t kalau boleh advice sikit pekerja. Dont be so rude. Ini bukan petama kali. Banyak kali saya sabar. Tolong advice pekerja yang dekat kaunter terumata yang boulevard branch.

Barang tu pos pada 29 Jun, seterusnya inbound J&T Air Labuan 501 pada 5 July. Lepastu pada hari yg sama (5 July), outbound J&T Air Labuan 501. Tapi sehingga hari ini, tak ada update langsung status lepas outbound dari J&T Air Labuan 501. Call J&T Hotline 3 kali sejak 5 July, hotline kata mesti sabar tunggu, ini dah stuck lebih 10 hari, tunggu apa lagi! Penerima bayar RM12. 72 untuk kiriman ini, dan sudah lebih 15 hari kenapa tak sampai lagi! Bayaran RM12. 72 pun lebih mahal daripada yang normal, dan memang harap dengan bayaran ini boleh kirim cepat, mana tau dah setengah bulan tak kirim. Cepat kirim, jangan stuck lagi

Parcel no update on delivery
As the complaints spreading about jnt staff sending parcels late and the parcels arrived to buyer in very bad condition such as items being missing/stolen, parcels being opened and taped poorly. I am worried that my parcel which is fragile is being held at the facility because of these activities. The parcel departed from KUL998 on 12/7/2021 until now no updates on the whereabouts of my parcel.
