What happened to J&T Lukut Hub? My order was expected to be delivered by 28/6/2021 but it had extend to 5/7/2021. Until that date the order never delivered to me. I complain about service courier. my parcel out for delivery on 5 july 2021 at 10:58 but when I checked status delivery at 18:07 already received by someone else that i dont know who they are. the dispatch sent at wrong house and no call from the dispatch. no responsibilities at their work. this issues look small but as a dispatcher your responsibilities is big to delivered parcel customer at right customer with safe condition.
