Untrusted courier service/Bad management
To all JTeXpress,
I am from labuan malaysia, im here now in the voice and complaint for all labuan resident to your courier service that have no management/holding our parcel/take too long/no calls available for customer service, our parcel have been many weeks and months in order to get updated or received.Since we already fill numerous case file to JTeXpress malaysia/JTeXpress labuan to KPDNHEP. We are struggling just to get our own parcel while paying your company service to do a single job that is hand and send parcel.Therefore if this case is unsolved we would like to take this case seriously to PDRM until its been improved nor settled

The item is on hold by the courier with status the receiver absent but they are no one that deliver to the address. The courier don't contact us for further action or what the receiver need to do. Please investigate this problem

assalamualaikum.. kepada pihak J&T, saya nak membuat aduan tentang barang yg saya pos kepada customer saya ke sibu, sarawak dan saya dari kota samarahan, sarawak. sehingga hari ini masih lagi kena hold dekat j&t sibu 304. dah nak dekat seminggu dah customer saya belum dapat barang. saya dapat tahu bahawa staf j&t ada tapi mereka tidak bekerjasama membantu dan customer tidak dibenarkan mengambil barang mereka dekat pejabat J&T. saya telah membuat pembayaran penuh untuk urusan pos tetapi barang sampai sekarang belum lagi sampai. harap ada tindakan dari pihak J&T berkenaan aduan saya.
Late of delivering
We had sent out parcel to Seremban on 16th June 2021 but untill today customer not receive the item from J & T yet, why need to take so long to sending the item may I know and get someone answering me please? Customer was chasing the parcel every day and we only can get the answer is due to covid 19 cases so the centre must be closed for sanitizer... Can you please arrange our parcel out ASAP. Thanks!

Parcel was not delivered and missing
On 3/6/21 I sent a parcel to Subang Jaya through J&T Balik Pulau, Penang. On 1/7/21 I checked with the company that I sent to and they told me that they have not receive the item. On the same day I called J&T customer service and was informed that the item is in their ware house. She will check accordingly. When asked why item is not delivered, she said, there are too many items for them to handle ie. their staff are over occupied. Well, it has been nearly a month since the day I mailed out the parcel. Furthermore, under staff or over occupied is not my concern or problem.
To add to the misery, she just hung up the call abruptly. I called again and Hani answered. She is helpful and requested me to fill- up the claim form. Upon filling the form in their platform, it tequested for a picture of the item that I mailed. So stressful. I called up the customer service again and this time a girl that answered me was also very rude. She just hung up abruptly.
I managed to complete the claim form and have to wait 7 working days. What a joke J&T is...

From 23/6/2021, my parcel is still in j&t langkawi.

J&T branch not adhering to the declared operating hours
On 29 June 2021, I went to the J&T branch located at Taman Teratai, 81110 Skudai, Johor at around 4.35pm. I was surprised to find the ‘closed' sign at its door. I walked in and enquired about the closed sign and was told that it's their rest time. I was very surprised with the answer. I was further informed that it will be opened again only after the delivery lorry arrived. I was not able to get any service as the counter staff was busy handling packages for the anticipated delivery lorry.
The operating hours for the Taman Teratai J&T branch are from 9am till 8pm daily. I have never encountered any courier companies that are closed during break time. It appears the branch operates based on their own convenience and does not care about their customers. Now, I have to return tomorrow to post my packages.
Desired outcome: Adhere strictly to the operating hours and do not turn away a customer

The parcel has been delivered at the wrong house but I have not received the parcel and it's how's proof of shipment at the wrong house this has never happened before with poslaju it's always ridiculous J&T Labuan is the worst service ever, they always delay parcels or lost them, and always delivered at wrong house. My parcel has stucked at j&t seremban since 23 june 2021 and it has been on hold for a week. I need the parcel urgent. I try to contact the seller but the seller has told me that she had try to contact j&t seremban too but unreachable. I try to contact j&t seremban but no one answering my call and sometime the number can't go through at all. Please deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

The reason is because they couldn't contact me. First never received phone calls from them.
