Im staying at seremban jaya, senawang negeri sembilan. my Parcel is from Jempol, Negeri Sembilan.They courier my parcel thought J&T service on 23/6/21. My parcel no is [protected].However, when i track my parcel it is in sungai petani.How come the parcel in sungai petani when its should delivered to seremban jaya. I need explanation from your goodselves. Hope your goodselves can return to me with a good explanation.

Hello a guy from JNT delivered a parcel to me and I thought that parcel is from my mom and it cost 1, 499 cash on delivery. After I opened it and saw what is the object inside the parcel it turns out a scam. I never transact in Jnt unless it is from shopee. I hope you can help me because your hotline number is not online. This my first time getting scammed and the money that I payed is not a joke. My parents are looking for a way to fix this problem even the sender number is not online or I can't reach it. I'm not kidding, I'm stressed because of this.

Outbound from transit pendang early in the morning (9am++) 21 June but only arrived at langkawi transit the next day 22 june at 6pm++ and the parcel has not moved since then. Should have proceed for the delivery since the destination is kuah only. But then still, nothing had been done except for giving away unreasonable excuses. Please do your work properly j&t. Counter service representative at J&T Express Rubber Road Kuching Sarawak on 24/6/2021 @ 1030am was really rude. I was really dissapointed by the way they explain things when asked about a late item delivery. Not only me, other customers came in asking about a packaging sizes was treated disrespectedly by them with a rude and angry voice. This is a really bad ethics for a paid service company. The delivery service is not free and yet they treat us like we owe them so much.

Parcel arrived kch and delivered since 19 June but till today which is 24 June haven't received it yet. It only displays 'On Hold - Out of drop points hour' and 'On Hold - Uncontrollable situation'? Each time delivery to my family address in Sungai Petani. Item will be throw away into the house without proper hand over. There's item that already damage because of this. This dispatcher did saw my family came out to pick up. However, each time he press his motorbike horn, he throw away our parcel and went off.
This happened with the same dispatcher over and over again.
Reported to J&T Express few times but no feedback receive until today. No action taken towards the rider.
