Parcel is on hold for 3 days
My parcel has been ship on 17 of june and is currently on hold at nsn gateway. It has been 3 days and there is still no signs for delivery. It is on hold due to an uncontrollable situation. May i inquire on the problem?
No door to door deliver for huge items
good day! I have received a text notification from your system just this morning, notifying me that my parcel is to be delivered. The parcel is in COD and the seller haven't informed me how much I'm going to pay so I called the rider (Reuben Makilang) who was indicated in the notification to inquire about the payment. He provided me the information that I wanted to know. However, he also stressed out that the parcel size is huge and may contain breakable items and that he/the Branch (Baybay Leyte, Philippines) cannot do door to door delivery. Is this one of your company policy? Now, he/the branch wants me to go to the hub and pick up the parcel my self (really inconvenient). This is the 2nd time that I have been in this situation and this makes me think that, perhaps it is really your company policy. I hope you would quickly respond to this more like an inquiry rather than a complaint.

Worker or employee lying saying the item has been delivered but actually still did not sent out
[protected]- this workers said that my item has been delivered via text messaging, but actual item still did not sent out. This is showing that j&t never implied any integrity towards their staff and this also showing that the management of j&t is doing job only for profit while closing their eyes!
Desired outcome: Ask him to apologise!!!

HIGH IMPORTANT REPORT:-
Before 1 hour I getting message from driver that she waiting outside, I don't see the time I received message. I just go down and wait for her ... I call her where are you, she reply I go back ready. I ask her why you didn't call me? she reply rudely. Ergghh! I don't know why J&T Express arrange private delivery to delivery parcel ! see how they communicate with people ? No train how to communicate with customer ! such a rediculous people! this is not first time .. for me it's second time she rude! and my family also getting same issue on before..
Please take action on this, I don't want see this person again to delivery parcel for my address ! I will report to the J&T Management Team.

Delivery man send to the wrong address
It happened many times. The delivery man send to the wrong address. When the person at the wrong address called me, he/she told me that my parcel was with them. I told them why you take if it not yours but they said the delivery man just put in front of their house and go. I am so angry, if you don't know my address you can call me bro. And I have called the hq they said the will check about it. And now it happened again. I'm always worry if my seller send my parcel through j&t. Never happened to other courier like pos laju, ninja van, dhl and others.

The J&T TAWAU who using red car proton or persona like that delivered my parcel today, and Im at the toilet, He did push the hon again and again but didnt call the Receiver. Im running through the gate and saw him moving his car while pressing the hon. He did saw the door are open. meaning there is a person inside. Why didnt call the receiver or if too lazy just text the receiver?
Desired outcome: Call The receiver, If you are lazy, just text him . no need to push the hon again and again

Please provide training to your driver, your driver park at middle road just waiting for your client and block the whole street ! please think about other road user how we need to cross by?!

So Late delivery
Where is my parcel? Why you took so long time just on transit center Sabah Gateway? You take 3 days for just that transit. Now the status is inbound drop point cdc sandakan 302 at 7.43am 19 June 2021 and until now there no delivery status. Im buying from local seller shoppe but got experience as im buying from overseas. It took 10 days since im put my order and until now no delivery☹️. Hope u can send your delivery men by today🥱🥱🥱

my parcel is putting on hold for no reason
the parcel should be arrive 16th june base on the schedule from shopee. the parcel arrive at their sorting place on 13th june, and do not move ever since. i have try to contact the sorting place and hotline but no answer. on 17th june, i pick up the parcel by myself to the sorting center and ask the person in charge to get my parcel why my parcel havent been deliver. the answer he gave me was ' I dont know'. I have paid my delivery charge but i have to pick up by myself because of they dont know!
Desired outcome: refund my delivery charge money
The worst case is even you went to the office and they said the runner has take your parcel out and the office still don’t know when your parcel will be deliver?!

Failed Pick up from Seller
Hi there. I am a Shopee seller and I would like to complain about an item for delivery to my client which has failed two pickup dates already. The order was placed last June 13 Sunday by client through Shopee online store and the package was prepared and ready for pickup with schedule June 14 Monday. All transactions and shipping dates were confirmed through the Shoppee app. On June 14, item was not picked up and was declared as failed due to the reason stated in the seller notification as "not ready for pickup". I arranged another date of June 16th thinking that there may be an error somewhere. On June 16, however, another failed pickup was notified to me as seller with the same reason "not ready for pickup".
The fact is item was ready as early as June 13. Why would JT Express say the same reasons twice claiming my parcel was problematic? I confirmed my pickup dates many times in the app just to make sure no errors come up. How do we resolve this? I arranged another pickup date June 17th hoping the order would reach my client before Fathers Day June 20.

Hi, may i know, is it true that your staff especially store keeper cannot colour their hair? May i know why? Because it shocking me that they not facing customer, they just facing and arrange the box place by place... so let me know ASAP. The package was sent by the seller through J&T. The item travelled through the various stations and arrived at the nearest station on 14 June. It is now 16 June and there is no sign of the package being delivered. Stalled at Gateway under "Uncontrollable Situation". Delivery on hold for more than 2 days due to uncontrollable situation with no indication of revised delivery dates, etc. No way of reaching customer support.

Hi, I am also facing the same issue. I was sending from Penang to Negeri Sembilam via NSN gateway ([protected]) on 13th Jun 2021. Since that day, I did not receive any update on tracking. The customer is very furious, and I could not do anything about it.
