Delivery services... Tracking id 626329672641
The package was sent by the seller through J&T. The item travelled through the various stations and arrived at the nearest station on 11 June. It is now 15 June and there is no sign of the package being delivered. Stalled at PJS 312 under "Uncontrollable Situation". Terrible service. Delivery on hold for more than 4 days due to uncontrollable situation with no indication of revised delivery dates, etc. Phone calls go unanswered and live chat is disabled. No way of reaching customer support. Very very unprofessional service.
How can we depend on delivery of essential goods etc during this pandemic with such poor service and below average accountability.
Desired outcome: Call the customer, explain and give a revised delivery date. At least man the service centre phones and live chat.
Extremely slow and too much reasons
First the process was slow compared to my other parcel which used other courier service, really slow. When it came here it got sorted wrongly and sent back to the first place. When i checked again it was on hold saying uncontrollable situation and out of business hour. This is too much for most people to be patience with j&t. Furthermore, i have a friend who used j&t service and her parcel are opened by j&t workers and left with few things upon receiving the parcel.
Not responsive servise
My aunt sent me an parcel (tracking# [protected]). It was quite impressive to know the shipment from Kota Bahru to Klang took only a night. Everything went well until the shipment is on-hold due to uncontrollable situation. I tried to call to LDC S.PERDANA 608 at +[protected] and the call is busy for hours. I wanted to tell at least somebody that I want to self pick up by tonight (14-June) because the LDC is close by 8pm. I even called the 24hours customer servise. Self servise and the call ended by itself before I could say anything. The live chat is even disappointing. I done key in the information and email return failed because of mailbox burst?.. it's really not responsive customer servise.
Desired outcome: Please send by tonight (14-June)
J&T throw my parcel into house
J&T delivery throw it into my house and give a horn then went off. Never wait for me to collect. Can't even wait for few second. My item in parcel is missing because off the parcel is open. I think J&T open it and don't want us to reject it and just throw it.

Im complaining about the services that company provide. My parcel stuck from 12 june until today. No further action taken out.

Unethical behavior.
The parcel i received today (14/6/2021) was thrown into my house by the delivery agent. This is unethical and unprofessional as we put our trust in you and let our valuables transferred through your service. The dispatch guy just shouted "Hoii" from far and throw the parcel into my porch and just went away although i was on my way to collect.

pihak J&t langsung tidak ada ketuk pintu rumah.. dan saya ada terima panggilan mengatakan bahawa barang saya di letakkan di peti surat sahaja..
Pihak j&t harus tunggu sehingga saya ambil barang tersebut bukan call dan terus tinggalkan begitu saja.
Tolong bertanggungjawab di atas barang2 customer. kami bayar cas courier bukan utk di layan sesuka hati begini.

Parcel not receive and status update everyday after office hrs
Hi, my name is Simon and my tracking number is [protected]. My item shipped out on Wednesday and impressively reach the branch on Thursday noon time. And updated On hold due to after office hrs on that day. Then expected to receive by next day but unfortunately the status keep repeat the same on the following 3 days.
1st day 10pm, 2nd day 8 pm, 3rd day 6pm, 4th day 8pm.
Just curious, is J&T only remind on my parcel EVERYDAY after OFFICE HRS? Expected if today miss the delivery then shd arrange by following day. How come everyday repeat the same thing? I just want to know what happen actually.
Parcel not received
My name is Aisya Vania and my tracking number is [protected]. On the 10th of June 2021, my parcel was on hold due to an incomplete address. The rider had called me however I did not pick up the call. I called the rider an hour later and had clarified my address with him. This is the riders' number:([protected]). He told me he will send the parcel on the next day which is on 11th June 2021. On 11th June 2021, I did not receive any calls or parcels. On the 13th June 2021, I checked my item status and the status changed to delivered (12th June 2021 @ 19:21). I did not receive any parcel on that day. I checked the proof on the tracking website and it was a blurry image. I need my parcel now. Please check back and track my parcel back. I need it asap. Late delivery
Barang saya sampai di jnt krubong 308 pada 8.6.2021 tapi sampai sekarang tidak delivery. Sedangkan barang saya yang sampai kemudian pun da dapat. Saya perlukan barang saya segera. Saya da whatsapp saya da call tapi tidak di balas. Saya faham banyak barang tapi da seminggu. Barang saya yang kemudian sampai di krubong 308 pun da delivery.. Tapi yang ni sampai dulu pun tak delivery lagi.. Whyyyy!
Penghantaran barang yang teruk
Barang dihantar tanpa dimaklumkan kepada penerima dan tidak dihantar pada rumah alamat yang dinyatakan malah hanya meletakkan didalam peti surat tanya memaklumkan pada penerima. Barang yang dihantar juga rosak teruk. Penghantar j&t memberi alasan telah datang ke rumah dan mengetuk pintu tetapi tiada maklumbalas daripada penerima didalam rumah. Hal ini adalah tidak munasabah dimana terdapat keberadaan pemilik rumah dan penghantar langsung tidak mengetuk pintu rumah. Penghantar juga seperti menyalahkan penerima kerana tidak mendapat barang yang dihantar selepas menerima aduan barang tidak diterima kepada penerima dan berkomunikasi melalui aplikasi whatsapp. Barang lain yang dihantar juga diberi alasan sama malah telah memberi alasan sudah menelefon pemilik barang tersebut. Hal ini juga tidak munasabah kerana tiada panggilan masuk kepada penerima dan penghantar barang hanya memaklumkan kepada penerima dengan menghantar mesej melalui aplikasi whatsapp berserta gambar yang menyatakan telah meninggalkan barang di peti surat kawasan blok rumah berkenaan

3 days hold reason bad weather
