Late delivery: Barang saya (real live plant) nk post ke perlis stuck kt J&T Shah Alam Gateway 2 hari. Sedangkan barang2 lain yg saya purchased the exact same day and time, guna courier J&T jugak (J&T DP Raja Uda, J&T PJS Gateway) dah smpai ke perlis.

J&T Express Damaged parcel

Dah banyak kali hantar parcel customers pakai jnt, balik2 asyik damaged and lost in transit je! Dah kenapa? Buat kerja tak jujur eh? Post dari jnt prk017 smpai prk999 okay lagi lepastu sampai jnt pjs999 terus damaged? Nampak sangat mencuri ke memang sengaja curi tulang. Sedih servis courier macam haram.

J&T Express 1 week my parcel still on hold

On 22hb my parcel just delivery from kedah to sabah. But since now I didn't get my parcel just on hold.

Desired outcome: I want my parcel arrived as soon as possible

J&T Express Poor delivery service by j&t dispatch and live agent

hi. i have a bought an item from Shopee with J&T Express the delivery agent.
The incident details are as below:

Date of Incident: 29Dec2020
Time: 1213 hrs
Shopee ORDER ID. 201227P8NR57QH
J&T Express Tracking ID 624161895965
Shopee Status: [J&T DP TANJUNGTOKONG 01]Parcel has departed to hub PEN999J&T
J&T Dispatch Tel: 019-9687736

The dispatch called my mobile 019-3868976 informing he is waiting at the guard house to delivery my item (above details).
However i am not around at the time and requested for reschedule delivery in the evening when I'm around.
But, the dispatch refused and asked me to collect the item at J&T hub instead.
I have informed the dispatch that I have stated in the remarks of the Delivery Order when I purchased online to call me 1 hour prior to delivery as i may not be around (Please do not expect people to wait 24/7 for delivery).
The dispatch mentioned whatever and closed the phone.

Later (29Dec2020 around 2100hrs), I checked (chat online with J&T Express Live Agent - Taufiq) with J&T Express online via https://www.jtexpress.my/- on my item's status.
The J&T Express Live Agent told me that the status parcel has been return back to seller shopee.
When I inquired whether this is the process for 1st unsuccessful delivery, Taufiq mentioned he will highlight to the management with the Complain reference as the J&T Express Tracking ID 624161895965 (not sure whether this is the truth but he insisted there is no Complain ID).
This raise question as to how do I know this has actually been highlighted accordingly?
And he refer me to complain to 'help@support.shopee.com.my'.

J&T Express During receiving

Hi. Im Najihah from Melaka. Today just got my parcel delivery through J&T. Unfortunately, this is my second time receive my parcel without handling properly to my own hands! Your courier service really bad. Supposedly you should hand over to me by right but your man just throw my parcel on the floor and that kind of action was very rude for me. Please improve!

J&T Express Why i need to pay for another postage fee

Hai, just want to ask..
My parcel went missing but unfortunately, it arrived at a wrong house. I know abt this when the person who received the parcel contact me and told that she got two parcel inc mine. So she did sent it back to jnt to post it back to me. The problem is, why did i need to pay RM8.50 because it is not my fault. I already paid RM4.66 for postage. I kinda dissappointed because i love my RM8.50 🥲🥲🥲

semalam J&T call saya suruh turun bawah ambil barang bila turun J&T tiada rupanya dia ke alamat lama sedangkan sender dah call J&T untuk perbetulkan alamat parcel dan bila sender call J&T bagitau barang dah saya terima sedangkan barang tak terima lagi sebab J&T hantar ke alamat yang saya yang lama dan saya tak duduk kat situ lagi .

J&T Express Parcel derivered tapi tiada barang dihantar, call jnt tak dilayan

Status no tracking tunjuk barang da delivered, tapi takde sorang pun yg duduk di alamat yg dihantar terima apa2 barang dari jnt, bila chat dgn live agent, tak dilayan bila call jnt pun tak diangkat, bazir rm3 utk call sahaja, saya cuma nak tahu nama penerima barang saya tu kalau betul2 dah hantar, tapi keadaan makin susah bila tiada respon dari jnt

J&T Express Parcel arrived with no delivery

Parcel arrived from kota kinabalu to Lahad Datu J&T on 16/12/2020 at 5.02pm but on hold due to office closed. However, the next day they should send out the parcel but they didn't until yesterday 21/12/2020 they update the status incomplete address and phone number uncontactable. For your information, I DO NOT receive any call from J&T! I have make few calls to J&T lahad datu but I still not receive the parcel. This is not the service that your company should provide to us since we paid for the courier fees. Gdex and citylink will always call if they not sure the address. Please responsible to all ur customer, we are not convenient to queue up at J&T office due to the pandemic.

J&T Express Parcel missing

Super very bad services. No update from support email channel, my parcel not received, parcel is missing. item tracking no [protected] send by sender on 13 Dec 2020. suppose I'm received on 15dec 2020 but nothing. on 16 Dec I want to self pickup at JT express LDC Shah Alam 602 as mention from tracking website, when I got there the staff JT supervisor name Mr. Syukri mention parcel is not there. last update on website JT express my parcel was delivered to me on 20 Dec time 2.44pm, but where my parcel! All conversation me and the supervisor at per attachment.

J&T Express Delivery to home customer

delivery j & t courier kuala klawang negeri sembilan often does not reach my house. They always put delivery items at a nearby school even though they know my home residence. For this time I can not wait because incidents like this often happen sometimes heavy goods too he put it there and told me to take it myself.

J&T Express Late pickup

Pickup for me is never on time! I booked the 9am-12pm slot but runner did not arrive even at 8pm. I can't always be waiting at home for them to pickup the items. Usually they arrive between 5pm-6pm even though I specifically book the morning slot. This is getting really frustrating as i have to cancel appointments and stuck at home to not miss the runner.

J&T Express Super bad service, NO UPDATE from support email channel, Parcel is missing no update on any progress!!!!

Please refer to the tracking code: [protected].
The parcel has been shipped on December 5, 2020 and yet I received any update from JT. My customer started to complain why there's no update from JT. I have checked with the drop point supervisor but there's no further action to help on this. This is not the first time I faced this issue. Receiver and me have an unpleasant experience with JT service, please suggest any ction for this issue. Airway bill has attached for your reference. If it is needed, you may take the CCTV footage from Drop point tmnsungaibesi01.

This is not the first time JT giving this kind of response, no update to customer, parcel is missing and no update at all. Same goes to the HQ support email, what is the purpose of having this email if there was no reply to your customer?
