System updated "delivered", item not received
This was the third time im facing the same problem with J&T express LUKUT. Item not sent but the status of delivery was updated Delivered and got the notification through my email about the same.
Please take seriously to resolve the matter as they keep repeating the same problem again and again. The branch telephone number ([protected]) will never get through all the time to get connect with the person there.
My purchase with Shopee, J&T tracking number [protected] shipping information shown Parcel has been successfully delivered on 10/12/2020. Pls provide me to show the person who received the parcel.
Lost parcel
Sent my parcel using J&T Tawau branch on 13.11.2020. Complaint last week they asked for a week time to investigate. Today 12.12.2020 chat with them again, just been informed its LOST. Then ask me to go to branch to claim. BS. See you in small claim court, J&T.

Items haven't delivered for a week. Stuck in storage.
The item was shipped on 6 of Dec but until now they haven't any update yet and the customer service lady keep asking me to wait up to 5 days?! Parcel stuck at courier for too long
Hi, I'm here to complain about the service of J&T Express service. J&T always give their best for the customer but not this time. My parcel stuck at the courier for 3 days already. The parcel that supposed to arrived 3 days ago just stuck at the same courier. I'm so disappointed with this.I hope there will be further action on this. This is the tracking number [protected]

Hye... I just want to inform that I really like j&t express due to its superb and faster delivery which is so sufficient with its cheaper price rather than others. But recently, I really disappointed about the service. I dont know whether its the company fault or the runner fault. I just check my order and being informed that my order is being delivered by courier on 3/12/2020 (thursday). But until now, 8/12/2020 (tuesday), the parcel is not still arrive yet eventhough its already delivered for 5 daysss!. I hope that my parcel can arrive soon and please fix the issue as soon as possible. Really disappointed.

J&T at Taman Melati, the employees advised and confirmed that cut off time should be before 5pm. Usually I send the parcels to be shipped out on the same day without issue, send at 4.45pm still can catch up the same day shipping. However on 7/12/2020 I send the parcels at 4:30pm the parcels have not scanned and never shipped. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Online business has been jeopardized when J&T simply changed cut off time and causing lots of complaint from online customers. I need the manager to explain why their employees failed to adhere to the cut off time appropriately and giving such promises of before 5pm on the same day shipment is confirmed?

I received a parcel from the floor not from the delivery guy.
The delivery guy throw the parcel instead hands on to Customer without informed. What is the point of state the mobile no. on the parcel.
