Shopee delivery
I have couriered out the parcel on 10.11.2020. But the parcel still do not delivering out until now to the buyer. I have called to the center to requested about status and it said the parcel not scanned yet therefore still in Bayan Lepas, Mahsuri branch. However, I have also went to the branch to check and confirm for several times. The staff said it has already sent to the hub. But when I tried to requested the parcel back, they seems like very refused to help and just told that they will check and update to me. At the end, I just can't do anything and sit back to wait for J&T proceed. I just want to know how long will J&T take to resolves this issues. I neither can get confirm from the main branch and the sub branch about the process and also to requests back the parcel immediately.
It is almost going to reach a month for this parcel sent out to the branch to date. Kindly advice how this issues to be resolved?
Is this parcel been stolen or it is still at the hub? And when the parcel will be sent out? Or should it be return to me if J&T has no intention to send out this parcel to the destination?

Worst service
The courier person bluntly just throw my parcel without calling/ honking/ pressing the bell despite it is stated there fragile. Atleast he could call and just leave it at the gate after informing me.
Whose going to bare the cost if it is damage! And this is not the first time j&t giving me a hard time. Please improve your service!

I check the delivery status from my shopee account and it shows delivery unsuccessful while I didn't receive any call for your delivery guy!

Broken glass printer
Kaca di permukaan papan printer pecah remuk. Printer telah dibalut dengan buble wrap yang tebal, salotep dan kotak yang tebal. Malah telah ditampal dengan perkataan fragile. Semasa barang sampai, sudah berbunyi kaca bergesel satu sama lain. Bila dibuka kotak dan balutan, body printer elok, tetapi bila dibuka penutup, papan kaca itu pecah remuk.

Total service provider towards costumer
J&T express (Sg. Lokan hub) doesn't provide a good service to their customer. My parcel has stuck at this hub for a very long time than expected (between 1 week from the date stated in shoppee apps). After several self collection at this hub, I had noticed that this hub had a bad management and bad organization. All parcel was not well care by their employee during unloading from their truck. This is a bad reputation as a courier service provider. And also during self collection, my parcel has not be found and they ask me to come again next time.
This complaint submit for J n T to find solution ASAP.

My parcel on hold more than 4 days
I would like to complian to j&t express kapayan branch about my parcel was on hold more than 3days.. And my parcel dind't out for 1day on 23nov2020.. Why?

I just got notification from J&T system that my item was successfully delivered. Unfortunately, I did not received the parcel at all. FYI, my item supposed to be delivered earlier than that. After checking with J&T, they put my shipment under investigation. But, when the due is come, which need to be delivered by 23/11/2020, suddenly the J&T stated the "Item Delivered".
I have checked and asked my neighbours, there's no item wrongly sent and, from the CCTV footage shown, there's no J&T staff sent the parcel around 12pm-12.10pm (23/11/2020) to my house. None. I hope this issues is taken seriously when something has mislead by the irresponsible J&T staff.
Also, I have contacted one of the J&T staff (SGR 605), through whatsapp, and he mentioned that the item was not delivered yet. They are still looking for the item. And the "DELIVERED" notification it's just simply done by HQ people.

Yesterday (21 Nov 2020) i send out parcel using your company logistic. I online seller from shopee. Due to some J&T system error, around (6.30-6.45pm) my parcel never updated in my shopee system, but parcel already send out by J&T. When i facing this issue, i try to call service center J&T, but Too Bad no people response or answer phone. Looking for Live agent also just say is shopee issue. Ask me to looking for shopee customer service. In the end, I go sending point (PCP JOHOR JAYA 412) to double confirm with ur staff, they still remain NOT their false. After investigate is your staff MISTAKE, they never do their part to updated on system. I can't accept their attitude on work. Sorry to saying that.
I don't want to blame anyone, i just want to solve the problem. But today is very bad experience for me. I hope, next round your staff can put more attention when system come out error.

On time parcel never receive and go to self collect also ask to come tommorrow. The contact and communication system also very bad. No have proper guideline to one branch to another branch. The worst courier service.
Disappointment on my parcel delivery
Sent a parcel full of festive cookies, a pair of t shirt, and a card for my hubby in singapore.. It was 0n 11.11.2020.. The cs checked through all the items and even paid rm53 for the parcel.. I tracked my parcel till yestersay it showned parcel been delivered out from international airport. Yesterday evening about 3 pm the tracking result shocked me when it showned as on hold items damaged. I called jnt they told my parcel will go for auto disposing. I want back my parcel.. No matter what. Im not paying a small amount of money and it is the dissapointment given by jnt.. Im totally unhappy with this.. I demand an explanation and I need back my parcel and my money.. Im not paying to dispose the item im paying for my hubby to taste the food.. Such a irresponsible courier service

Rude workers and mishandling of merchandise
I want to report rude workers from J&T Jejawi, Perlis. They were throwing around parcels including the ones that were marked FRAGILE. When confronted about it, they said that it was because of lack of workers. In my opinion, that is not an excuse to be handling customer's parcel. They even dared us to report them but when asked for their names, they refuse to give it out. They also said that next time, opt for other delivery services instead of using J&T. Should your worker be saying something like that? Encouraging us to NOT utilise your service? I am really disappointed with the service I received as a consumer. I would really appreciate it if the workers are taken actions upon. Though I do not have his name, I do have his face. Please consider appropriate actions due to the disrespectful worker towards customers and the company itself. Thank you.
The terrible attitude of your delivery staff
At this pandemic issue moment, I believe all your delivery staff should wear a mask during your business hours, especially delivery stuffs to any of the consignee's premises.
One of your chubby staff today in black at top and bottom and the worst is his wear mask beneath his chin, delivered a parcel to my premises herein Taman Kok Lian Jalan Ipoh today. Whereby he was advised by one of our staff here to wear his mask properly, however he was refused to do so by answered "pakai mask tak dapat bernafas boleh mati oh.."
I'm wondering what are you going to do with your staff that never follow SOP at this critical moment?

I have bought goods from shopee. The goods were sent from ipoh perak. The goods are sent through j & t service, from ipoh perak to temerloh pahang. When I received the goods I saw damage to my package. This causes damage to my goods. Such as friction and scratches that are quite deep. This causes me to be dissatisfied. Good day! This is to file a written complaint to a certain sub con from Lipa branch - EARLVIN BOLANOS. I sent my parcel last week and received by my buyer Nov 3 or 4. It was from my online shop but since I just set up a week before I sent my parcel, I thought it was COD mode of payment. However after much time checking with the online shop customer service, it was sorted that I just sent it as a regular shipping which my buyer paid for 238. Upon receiving the parcel, she immediately sent me a private message thanking me for the package and the freebie I gave her. I sent a message to Chester Mayon QA of J&T Lipa branch and he handed the phone to a certain Earlvin Bolanos. This guys doesn't even know how to execute due process. As soon as I spoke to him, he just insisted that there was no payment made by my buyer, and he will fight for that. Which irritated me. Let me remind him that I am the customer and that he should listen first before making any judgement. He didn't give any resolution. He is asking for a proof. Okay, how the hell will I get a proof? the money was handed to the courier as per my buyers instruction, and never did it happen to any courier company to take a picture for a COD right? You take pictures as a proof that the parcel was delivered but never for payment because I know for a fact it was illegal to receive for j&t courier especially for a regular shipping right? He insisted he will fight for the courier.. ahm okay, you'll fight for what? Again, without any proper investigation? So, where is the due process? Where is the fair trial? Lastly, he is a bit rude and inconsiderate. He kept on saying since there is no proof he will fight for his courier. This is really disappointing. Your company and service is okay. But the people working below needs more training. I think they should know how to take care of their customer and the customer will take care of your business.

I have send 3 parcels.. 2 delivered 1 return to store.. As 3 oso for the same address.. Contains was cookies cz of din care of it al smashed, broken.. I do told them to handle it carefully or written on it as it was food.. 1 parcel have not reach.. When I track the code shows they send to wrong place.. I'm not satisfied with the service in the way handle the goods..
Delivery man rude
The delivery man called me but didnt speak clearly so I ask him to repeat himself, then he seems to be annoyed and said very rudely what, what u talking larh, so I asked him is it that the parcel is arrived? He replied yes larh with impatient tone and say you want me to put it at the guard house or you come down and take, I said i'll go down and get it, then he said okay faster larh. This man speak very rude and impatient like he already called and waited me for long time. Hope this will not happened again, please discipline them to be well mannered.
