I'm Mogan Ramalingam (Sender). At here express my disappointment regarding your subordinate and they can't fulfill my request. On 13/11, I been contacting your customer service. I was telling about urgency on my parcel. As per your delivery promise 2-3 days, but till today the parcel in Klang. Don't give your customers plenty of excuses (too much of packages). Feel very bad. After this do not choose J&T... Good bye...
Poor service and bad attitude

J&T's delivery service is the WORST in Malaysia! In the past 1 month, all their drivers refuse to deliver my parcels to my office. When I questioned them, they gave an excuse of having too many parcels to deliver, hence they don't have time to deliver to my office. They just leave the parcel at the lobby. Too many parcels to deliver doesn't make it a valid reason for not delivering the parcel to the rightful recipient. And when I said will complain bout their bad attitude and service, they replied "okay" and gave me a thumbs up. They should be punished for this type of bad service because I'm not the first to complain and I'm sure I will not be the last.
Returning parcel took too long period of time and still haven't received

Arrived KL they can't reach receiver's address.
But then, returning parcel took forever. Until now (12.11.2020) i still hasn't received my documents.
Please refer below snapshot on how long the processes and still stucked at delivery point since 04.11.2020, but still hasn't arrived. Plus that was urgent docs. Too disappointed!

I was away when they want delivered my stuff then it was return to the j&t alor setar. Madeabout 3 days.. When I return the stuff was return back to the sender. Ireport with the hq for 2 times and the third time after 2 month they said I have to go to alor setar tu get my stff they will not post it back to me.. Where others courier I face no probelm to resend back to the receiver. So selfish and inconsiderate at all.

Delivery man so rude and lazy
The jnt malaysia deliveryman just throw my package even though I am at home! He didn't even bother to call me. I was at living room only and suddenly I heard the BOOM sound. It happened for 3 times already. Another day he came and I was at in front of my door and asked him to put on the top of my gate because of covid 19, I didn't want to go to the delivery man just to take my package. And guess what, he didn't want to go down from the motor and just go to gate and hit my gate. What is this jnt!
Courier using fake telephone number and lied about me not being at home to receive the parcel!
J&T Express courier service is the WORST!
Yesterday, I got the notification from Shopee that they were to deliver my parcel at 10.50am.
Waited, and waited and waited... still J&T Express never show up.
At 5:15pm, I checked the delivery status & it stated "Penerima tiada"!
Like WTF? I waited in the hall all day!
And the J&T express courier uses a FAKE PHONE NUMBER: [protected].
100% of the time the number can't be contacted!
This is the last time I'm ever going to buy anything online using this J&T Express courier service!
I'd rather pay triple the postage for delivery using any other courier, than to use J&T express for free!

I would like to make a complaint about jnt service. They didnt want to deliver my parcel and ask me to take it by myself by the road. Just because the road for my house is quite rough with unfinish tars. I founf that they are irresponsible, sometime they throw my parcel at unknown neighbourhood and didnt even call me back to inform where is my parcels whereabout. I didnt pay my money for this [censored]ty service. The delivery man also really not mesra pelanggan. I hope they take an action for the one that with motor and by car that deliver to area hutan kampung with 05350 poscode. They give us really bad service as not delivering to our house as they did not want to face the road. I pay with money not yours.

The deliveryman, phone number 017-2377096 from j&t hub ldc shahalam 602, refuse to send my items to my unit which he said 'too big like a car', when it is just a cordless vacuum which is not big compare to 2 office chairs that I bought which was send in front of my door!
Never had any problems with other j&t deliveryman but this one really getting into my nerves.
I demand that this person (017-2377096) to be fired, as he's being dishonest in his job and being lazy using the excuse he's need to be quick.
Paid for his service, do the job properly.

I woke up on 29 Oct 2020 morning to find a package thrown on my driveway. The package contained two items ordered via shopee. What shocked me was that the items were enclosed in a plain grey sealed envelope that did not have a label with the necessary details ie Name of recipient, sender, transaction number etc. Upon checking delivery details on shopee purchases, the package was apparently delivered at 11.24pm on 28/10 (?). I am apt to think that the original package was tampered with. I hope J&T can shed some light on this matter.

I have checked the status of my parcel and it has already arrived at Kolombong J&T Sabah but have not yet make delivery. I have call the number of that place but none pick up my calls. Please fix this as my items are food and could become damage if not deliver as soon as possible.

i really upset with ur staff at Selayang point 21/10/2020 at 18.15 - 19.00 bcoz they open my parcel to check things inside..
they already told me that they didnt not receive wet/frozen food.. but i still doing postage like usual bcoz by shoppe i can postage without any problem and also i agree to not claim anything if my things broken or damage. Can u give me any different between normal postage and shoppe ? andddd.. you really open your customer parcel? did you allow your staff to do it? what a shame.. call me and said cant proceed the parcel bcoz scanner detect polystren box but later when she refund my money at my car she said 'sorry bcoz open my parcel to check things inside' ! u can guess what should i think.. staff open the customer parcel without permission and sometimes customer lost their things in the parcel, no wonder it happened !
Driver talking very rude like gangster
My m buyer from shopee, I order item around RM400 stock, today my unty received a call is very rude J&T postmen say (you come out now very louder sound) then my unty quickly go out and waiting for nothing, after waiting 10min call him back he say my item don't know put where, fortunately other honest people send my item to my house follow address.

Pekerja jnt tu baling barang pos yang mudah pecah didepan rumah saya, sgt sgt kurang ajar. Bole je letak di atas tembok bukan baling dr luar. Dah lah hon moto takberapa dengar and hon sekali sahaja! Pekerja tu tidak memakai baju ramsi pekerja jnt.
Delivery man bad behavior
The delivery man was so disrespectful. 😡😡😡😡I don't know why he send my parcel to my neighbour house but my neighbour house was just near my house, walk least than 1min also can reach my house, don't know why he can't find my house. Also, according to what my neighbour said, the delivery man was so impolite he keep yelling impatiently to my neighbour and throw my parcel to my neighbour house. Luckily, my parcel is okay.
