First of all this is my tracking number [protected] and I already paid for 3 items but unfortunately I only received 1 item only and it is swr throttle body and another 2 items are missing. Please investigate your staff due to when I open my parcel there is another parcel inside that parcel which is already boken. Please refund my money back please.
Customer service
I want to make a complain regarding customer service of J&T Betong. They rarely smile towards the customer and always have this rude manner. I was still waiting for my turn because there are 2 people before my turn and there are only 2 counter. So I waited patiently for my turn. While waiting for my turn, I tried to contact my customer because I need her details so I can post out her parcel but there's no reply. Suddenly, I was being called out by one of the worker who handles the customer service. She literally yelled at me because I didnt realize it's finally my turn. Yes, she got mad and yell at me but she didn't have the right to do so because firstly, there's no number of order hence it's not really systematic. Customer didn't even know when their turn comes. It is only based on who comes first. Second, I am their customer and it is more appropriate for them to call me with a manner instead of yelling. It is very rude and such unethical to yell at your customer. I really hope J&T could take some action regarding this matter because I was really disappointed at how they treat me as a customer.

I want to complain about sprinter j&t John Dass that being rude to me this afternoon at Ukay Perdana. I asked him to wait a little bit and he answered it with very rude tone that he told me too hurry up and didnt have any time to wait like 10 seconds for me? What a ridiculous. This thing also happen to my sister before this. I really hope you will take action about this sprinter. If he didnt have time to sent it by door, just put it at post guard. No need to be rude because we fcking pay u to deliver our parcel. [censored].

Ihave ordered on shoppee. It was supposed to deliver from JT
It has reached seri iskandar office today (17/9/2020). Delivery guy called me, he cannot speak english. I cannot speak malay. Finally he agreed for me to collect at the office. I went to the office, to my shock the parcel was already out for delivery. I spoke to an agent there. He asked me to wait at home for 15min. They didn't send parcel for 45min. When I called back, they said, parcel was at the office collect here. I asked them to deliver at home, and they said they will do it tomorrow.
Again I went to the office to collect my parcel. I'm a student, i cannot go those many times. I have classes to attend. Still im in an emergency for parcel i went and collected. This is how you treat customers?

My parcel still on hold for twice bcoz out of business hour. When i call staff, they said they already nearby my area. And suppose to be got enough time to deliver. My parcel only from Penang. And my house in Kedah. Its takes forever to get your parcel. Maybe if my shippment from oveseas. Never get it i guess

J&t what is you job? bawa barang asik salah negeri hantar, call customer services told that wrong place parcel issue after that, sama juga parcel tk jalan jalan. (dh bhk kali call customer service:jawab sini tk ada record) Bukan sekali sekale jadi gini, ni dh byk kali salah parcel ke negeri lain! Bila customer complain, tk puas hati pula. I got 2 parcel already pass over 1 week already and I everyday check from system everyday still is in the same status only... Why? No give any response... If parcel got any problems is that should call for the sender or receiver to asking and solve for the problem? If the parcel is urgent how? Who is responsible? My parcel send out on 13th aug but now already 22nd aug...

This fellow reach my house at 12:57pm and call me to pick up the parcel. I am not available at the moment, Then he ASK me to meet at KTM station at 8PM sharp to get the parcel. When I reach KTM station at 8PM and called him, he just went out from house. And only reach at 8:20PM. He NEVER say a single apologize on his lateness. What a RUDE service.

Hi, a complain is a little bit extreme, I just would like to be informed when I am about to receive a package, someone is receiving packages for me because i'm living too far but my phone # is indicated on the package, I need to be informed when I will get a package that I drop the money to the one who receive it, order 770027036375was delivered yesterday but money was not there because I was not informed, it will be delivered again today.
