placed a order on July 21st I paid $60 for the plant, express delivery 4.99, a handling fee of 5.99 and a shipping fee that I was told absolutely nothing about of 25.99 nor was it anywhere on the website that I would be charged an extra $25.99. What was sent was a crap Poor Pitiful Peace Lily that came nowhere even close to what I had ordered. It did not get to the to the visitation on Friday as it should have for the express delivery which was extra then Saturday morning they called me and said they needed an extra $20 because the place they ordered it from could not deliver it and I had to pay the new florist an extra $20. I told them no that was their problem they had to pay that I was not paying them anymore money. I told them I wanted my $25 back for shipping and handling that was not disclosed to me at the time I ordered or anywhere on their website is it disclosed and they said they would credit me $5! $5 really $5 are you serious then they went to $10 off of my next order haha there won't be a next order. I want a full refund of 96.95 that I paid to have a gorgeous plant delivered on Friday that did not get there until Saturday and was definitely not what I ordered. This is a total scam thought it was a reputable place definitely not do not order all I'm asking is the money I spent to be refunded to my account
