King.com candy crush

I'm currently playing on level 2049 in Candy Crush. It says I'm required to reach 450, 000 points to win, which I've done several times now yet it won't go to the next level. This is very frustrating and judging by comments on the internet it's a continued problem. And a problem that's been occurring for a year now. I enjoy the game but feel helpless on this level. Please fix ASAP. Thank you in advance for your swift attention to this problem.

I was just sent an email of a receipt that states I purchased fifty gold bars for the Candy Crush Saga game that I was recently playing. Please take it off my account. I didn't purchase them and did not ask for them. This is not the first time it has happened and I do not appreciate being charged for something I didn't want.

Everything the bubble king bonus is on and I am the king I hardly receive the gold bars for my reign. I always get the hour free and the lollypop bit very rarely receive any gold. I have previously complained to be advised that it is a bonus feature that has no guarantee to which I feel is extremely disappointing as I play this game daily and receive the daily bonuses however I have become disheartened as I feel I have been cheated. This error needs fixing as you will be losing further gamers

On Sept 2 and Sept 3, when I use one of the lollipops, it docks me for 2, but if only 1 is left, it only takes the one. This is bull, as much as you charge for these. It sure would be nice it you would return to me, I believe 6 of each lollipop.
Plus, now you only allow 3 extra moves when extending, that stinks. I am about ready to give up on Candy Crush Soda. It's a rip-off.

It is still docking me for 2 lollipops. Guess it is time to just quit this game and quit wasting my money. Apparently you people do not care. I cannot believe you do not know about this problem. I would say you probably owe me a dozen of each.

Candy Crush is a great game, with fun graphics and good music. But level 452 is unfair because often when TWO striped candies clash, nothing shows up on the score! It makes Level 452 virtually impossible.

My complaint is not long enough, so I shall add further characters to reach the proper length.

I will just maunder on until I reach the approved length of text.

I am on level 130 and cannot win this level although I passed all orders and points.
Also, I have a check mark full of 27 unused prizes which I believe I am unable to access because this icon is faded out.
I have also won several of the fish prizes but these never show up on my screen. Where are these. I have been on this level for several months now and am ready to give this game up

Hi,

I have been playing candy crush for 3 years approx and I gave really enjoyed it!

I am now at level 1400 and each time I successfully win the level the game won't allow me to pass to 1401. I have now passed the level at least 10 times and. I'm getting fed up and contemplating leaving the game and finding anew one.

Can you please sort this problem out for me.

I won first place in the candy striped contest this past weekend to advance to the next island.. I did NOT receive the 6 hours of free play... how do I obtain it?.. I clicked claim and got the other items, immediately started playing but the 6 hours NEVER showed up.. this happened approximately two or three weeks ago when I placed 10th place and I never got the 2 hours of free play which I blew off as no big deal... but 6 hours and placing first IS a bigger deal to me and I'd like to use what I won/earned. Can you help me?

King.com not being able to access the store to use gold bars i've already paid for

Playing candy crush soda and on multiple occasions I haven't been able to access the store to use my gold bars which would have allowed to move up levels, instead I have to go back to square one and continue playing the same level, wasting time and money, seems like a con, when I need to spend money I have no problem accessing the store, but when I come to use what I've purchased it fails

I have had the very same problem for over a week. I have sent a response back when I get paid notification, I am sure they are aware that I've paid for boosters but not received them, this has happened a lot, however, no boosters or cash returned and as no reply back.
Surely King.com can do much better at providing customer service. And it would also seem they are becoming more devious trying to switch the way games are played, many tricks to get your money. Candy crush fans/players need more help from KING - please advise/fix/repair this game we work hard for our money.

Date of incident 20/08/2017.
I had almost completed level 424 but ran out of moves so i requested 5 more moves which took me to the screen to purchase gold bars. I chose to purchase 15 gold bars for £1.49. when the transaction was about to complete the screen froze, i waited for some time and the game would not return to level 424.
i eventually had to close the game and restart it. Once restarted i noticed that i hadn't received the 15 gold bars, but my account has been debited for the payment of £1.49.
I would like a refund or the 15 gold bars. I log into the game as [protected]@googlemail.com

I purchased 15 extra moves for candy crush, level 75 for $1.99 my credit card was charged and did not get the moves on a very difficult level I have been on for quite some time.
I am very irritated I was charged, and didn't get anything for my money. They probably would have been enough to complete the level.
This is not the first time this has happened and this time I want my money back.

i have paid twice and the money was indeed substracted from my bank account. The error message after paying said that the transaction was cancelled and that there would be no money taken... this happened to me last year as well.

Hi I recently restarted my phone and was sent back to level one on candy crush. I was on level 419 so I was very sad when I opened the game to play and saw that I was no longer on it. I don't think I have a candy crush account maybe that's why my data didn't save but I've had the game for years and this has never happened. Please let me know what I should do in order to return to the level I was last on. I thought my Game Center saved all my data I am also out of storage in my phone so maybe that deleted all my progress please help

King.com new graphics of the kingdoms

Please make it stop! The new kingdom graphics cause motion sickness, the levels do not pulsate to show which ones can be replayed for sugar drops, it makes me so nauseated and major headache inducing to have the kingdom scrolling look like the words on the Galaxy at beginning of star wars films. I will have to stop playing and at level 2076 it would be a shame. It's as bad as the Blair witch movie. So awful.

I just Finally completed level 2665.. But after I finished the game locked and I'm still on the same level. this really SUCKS it took me two weeks of playing level 2665 to get through it and when I finally do it locks up and now I have to do it again... And another thing I've played just about everyday for two years now and NEVER hit a jackpot on the daily spinner...RIGGED.?
I'm VERY upset...

I am aging candy crush sage. Level 1029. I had 1 cube left to destroy so I bought a £1.99 beginners pack which gave me 20 gold and other items so I could buy the lollipop breaking item.
I used the item, won the game, and now it has reset to start the game again.
I'm fuming. I've been playing this level for weeks and rRely buy the treats. It's a con. I want my £1.99 refunded please.

Earlier today i used several boosters to pass level 2693 and then after i passed it kept getting the special pieces and giving me a higher and higher score and just said sorry an error has occurred. This evening i bought gold bars to buy a booster to pass the same level when i beat it i just kept getting special candies and they would explode and my score just kept calculating and then said sorry an error has occurred. Can you please move me forward a level bc i did beat it 2x. if not can you at least refund my money. thanks

I have passed level 2693 three times, and now I keep getting special pieces so that the score gets higher, it just doesn't quit. Can you please move me to the next level after all I did pass this level three times.

Candy game has too many glitches, it's designed too cheat too get you to spend money.
I would spend money if it wasn't for the cheating the game is designed around.
They do not give players the lives or tickets from friends. The designer wants you to purchase.
I spend weeks on one board and it's not worth it.
I play similar games now instead of candy crush.
People stop wasting your money on this game.

I've been playing candy crush almost nightly for periods of months over the last 4 years and am currently on level 1036 and have yet to hit the jackpot on your free spins wheel. As a matter of fact, nobody I have ever talked to that plays has ever hit it either. One would think that if the game was random, the odds of me hitting it at least once in four years should be fairly high, but it must not be. I think this is unfair and designed specifically to make people purchase the extras which I think is a devious business practice.
