I am stuck waiting for the next chapter and its been way more than 5days later and my timer stays on 10h I finished lvl 275 a while ago... My daily rewards also stay at day one I am very upset because I have to wait so long to play the next chapter I mean the normal wait is okay but this is just plain stupid. incorrect counting of striped candies
The last three levels I solved, in order to collect more striped candies in the striped candy contest has given me way, way too few. For example, on level 645, I had a coconut wheel that activated...AT LEAST 3 striped candies come from that, right? Well, I solved the level and was given only 2. I had counted at least 26 while playing.
If there is a contest, I enjoy competing and would like to be awarded the correct number of targeted candies, every single time, in order to progress in the competition.
Please help.

level 646 said to win collect 50000 in 25 turns I have tried on my table and used 2hrs free playing time and some items to also help me win it was not working I even got all the blocked squares and around 500000 and still didn't let me win. Hi there,
I am up to level 2255 and I passed this level and at the end it said an error occurred and I had to refresh and got put back to this same level. Very frustrating as I used a swap to pass it and when you play it as much as I do and spend money on it, its very frustrating not to pass a level when you have.
Its only ever happened to me once before and its a fantastic game but I felt the need to complain as now Im stuck on that same level.
Is there anything you can do about it?

I was just playing candy crush when I made a purchase for $1.99 and another for $5.99 while I had one move left the app all of a sudden stopped. It froze my phone and then a window popped up saying app isnt responding. If the app hadnt have stopped working I would have won the round and been able to use what I purchsed. I feel I should receive a refund due to the app issue and loosing what I purchased due to this happening.

I purchased extra moves for 10 bars and was charged 20. This kind of thing is constantly happening. Also, you need to make it harder to use bars. Add in a confirmation for what you are using bars for. I would appreciate a refund for the bars sgolen from me. This js the first complaint i have made but this happens constantly. Thank you. Most of your complaints are about the jackpot. I've been playing this game for years, and today the wheel actually stopped on the jackpot long enough for me to gasp and raise my expectations of winning. Then the wheel jerked and landed on another booster. Why tick off your customers by such an obvious computer manipulation? It would be better if you took the jackpot off the wheel if it is not winnable. As it stands, I feel cheated by your company. Such ill will is totally avoidable, and horrible public relations.

I'm just curious why I never won jack pot even so I tried it everyday. It means this game is programmed that no one wins the jackpot. So what is the use of the game than. I am at level 1445. I have paid real money to this game. I have never hit a jackpot. The most frustrating thing of all happened just a few games ago...in friday I got a treasure chest... It had more things in it than i'd seen so far. It had double of almost everything plus 8 hrs free play. When I accepted, the screen conveniently froze and I ended up with nothing.

I received a treasure chest full of 6hr, 2hr, and a bunch of other boosters on level 386and never received any of the stuff! :( I restarted my phone but still nothing! Why on earth that really bummed me out! I'm not really sure why it would have done that. I'm thinking about not even playing the game anymore. Been trying to complete this level now for last week. Am feeling very frustrated because I have managed to match all three orders but candy crush is only recognising two orders. I should have at least passed this level three times over but same thing keeps happening. have bought bonus balls aswell and extra lives. This is totally unacceptable and frustrating. I am seriously frustrated, having on several occasions achieved the goal of collecting all the orders. My game will not recognise them, thus I am unable to pass & move on from this level. A few times it may register one order or two orders but never all three. I have used up extra lives & my gifted bonuses & to no avail, Please advise what I can do other than throwing my phone out the window with frustration or giving up & deleting the game completely.

On level 2049 I achieved the required level to pass on from this level but the board said I had failed so I continued by buying £1.99 extra moves, this happened twice. I then reached 2539850 points and decided to stop the game as it still said I failed.
Please explain what is happening and help me move on from this level and refund my £3.98

I've heard most of my friends claiming that ticket pass are no longer require to proceed to next level anymore. But mine still prompting asking for ticket from friends.
First, i thought probably im still in low level (800+) thats why the game still require me to ask for ticket pass, but a friend of mine informed me that he started from LVL1 yet it doesnt require any ticket pass. I've gave it a try to delete and download the game and start from LVL 1 and indeed it proceed without even asking for ticket pass at all.

Had over 100 goes, fed up with it now, can someone please just put me through to 1035, it is not fair and it is really doing my head in. On the phone version there is a tooth fairy that lets you through if you can't do it, on my laptop I don't get the tooth fairy.
i do not see how you can do this level 1034. I can see what you have to do but the fruits drop down the middle so they won't go on to the left and right platforms to go through to the square on the right and the frog can help but to feed him and do the combos in 40 moves is way too hard.
Also, to post this which wasn't what I wanted anyway, I wanted to complain to King.com, I had to choose a bloody category, what's that all about, jeez.
buying $100 worth of goodies
I'm so frustrated. I bought a package of $100, which was actually $108, and I got nothing the offer promised but the gold bars. I was supposed to receive more lollipop hammers and 24 hours of free playing time, etc, but non of that arrived. I've been such a long time loyal player, that if this isn't made right, I'm done with King games! I play many King games, to include PB, etc, etc... shecuff... make it right or never again. I even switched phones and none of my goodies transferred. I was willing to ignore that, but this is the final straw!
I spent $108 for a whole suite of goodies and only recievied the gold bars. I need my lollipop hammers and 24 hours of free play, etc for my purchase. This is the second time... last time I switched phones before right after making a big purchase and nothing transferred. I figured that was my bad for breaking my phone. This time it was a straight pirchase and I haven't changed anything and it is over the top as i made a direct purchase of goods for cash, and my items are not delivered. Maybe you're just crooks...?

I have been getting over charged by your game on just purchasing extra items. Also I just had a charge come when I didn't buy anything? Many of the purchases at 15.99$ charge me 34.99$ the last purchase I did for 15.99$ charged me over 50.00$ ? On the first of the month a charge came out 15.99$ and I haven't purchased anything for over 2 weeks. Counting up the overages in well over 100$
Please contact me to correct these overages. I'm a Army wounded warrior, 100% disabled and use this game as therapy for traumatic brian injury(TBI) it also helps me with mentally concentrating for PTSD! The VA hospital gave me an iPad and recommends certain games to help with increasing brian activity.
I would really like to resolve this problem as I do like some of your games for my recovery and hope you take my complaint serious.
