HI
I have made a complaint last year, for the forceful cancellation of the rest of my July 2022 trip itinerary. I ended up loosing over £1100 to your company and received no help recovering any money. I have booked through your company 5 ticket deal to Israel. The carrier (Wizz Air) cancelled the first part of the Journey from London to Romania. I was told to pay a further £600 or there about to rebook this connection without telling me that I can still get my money back from the carrier for the cancelled part of the trip. to say the least, money was tight so I could not make the short fall. I was then advised to cancel the rest of the trip in order to get the portion of the cancelled trip money back. I had no choice but to do so. I ended up buying 1 ticket for myself just to know later that I could have used the rest of the itinerary for my trip and just needed to buy the connection flight to Romania. This was never explained to me. I received just over £550 from a total of around £1780 payment. This money I used to buy my single ticket to my destination. I lost over £1200. Nothing your company can help me with. I am so disappointed with lack of information and disregard for the working families. I am still having to recover this loss. I am sure you will do nothing to help. You can read the chat log with your staff members and see how at no point before cancelling the whole trip, was I told that the remaining part of the journey can be used. This was revealed much too late. After I have already bought a new ticket. It feels that the interest of the consumer was not a priority to your company hence the low score on your trust pilot.
Desired outcome: Recover my loss £1100. I may then think of leaving a better review.
