Hello and good Day Admin,
I got my flight on the 14th of this month, with booking number: Booking [protected]. But i was doing an online check in my on Laptop this morning to get my travelling sort ahead of time, but unfortunately my daughter of 7 month old craw towards my laptop and i was not aware of the whole situation and mistakenly cancelled by my daughter just this morning and i try to reach the support team to help me out on this but a refund was already been made which was been credited into my kiwi credit already. I am do down at the moment and i do not know what to do because i really need to get on the plane on the 18th of next month. Which i try to reach the customer support to explain the whole situation to them but all was in vain and i lost so much money of my sweat and earned money which i have save towards the travelling.
Kindly help me looking into this as i am not asking for refund because i know the implication and i will never have done such mistake all i need is kiwi to help me back with my travelling reservation because i know there have the right only to do so. I called all the airlines that are connected to my travelling already.
I will be glad if my request is been looked upon and get something done abiut this

Desired outcome: Please, i will like Kiwi to reinstate my booking back and if this can not be done 80% of my money should be refund back to me because it is my sweat and earn money i save toward the travelling i am so depressed at the moment .
