My name is Brijesh B Nair. I am from mangalore. Today i went for the updation of aadhar card to mahindra kotak bank, Balmatta. Security made me to stand out of the bank in a heavy sunlight. I questioned this to security and sat inside. Branch operational manager Likhit he misbehaved with me for questioning it. He told to get out from bank and he harrased me and in addition he told that he will cancel my aadhar card. Could you please ask him about this and take a immediate action and give me the feedback of this?

wrong commitments done by seniors
This is to inform you that I am Shelly Aneja (Employee Code 62759), was working as SDO at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Miller Ganj (3900) till April 2018 & after that transferred to Gurdev Nagar (3901) branch.
On 1st Jan, I put my resignation as I got good opportunity in Foreign Exchange as Branch Operations Manager & my last working day was 31st March. But Mr. Saurav Arora (Cluster Head) & Mr. Rohit Mittal (Branch Head) promised me that they will promoted me as SDO & my grade will also be increased in April 2018. I have asked 9 times that my branch should not be changed, 6 times from Mr. Rohit Mittal & 3 times from Mr. Saurav Arora. Every-time they replied " You are still here at least for one year".
Actually they played a game. At that time, they hadn't new employee to join. That was financial year end & only old employee can generate the business. But I couldn't understand their game & I got back my resignation on dated 23rd of March. On 6th April, Saurav Sir ring me & told that If you want hike in grade then your branch would be changed.
MERE HATH TO PEHLE SE HI CUT CHUKE THE ... OK KARNE KE ILAVA AUR KOI OPTION NAHI THI MERE PASS. Saurav Sir had decided Feroze Gandhi Branch (0251) & I replied its OK.
But on 19th April, When I was on leave, Mr. Rohit Mittal had called me & said that I had been transferred to Gurdev Nagar branch (3901). I couldnot understand why Gurdev Nagar Branch ? I was not comfortable for that branch because that branch is just like a hell. That branch is very much famous for that in all the branches of Ludhiana. Out of existing staff of Kotak, nobody wants to move there. If Kotak forcefully transferred the staff to that branch then the result is in front of you. I am not only the example. Before me many staff had resigned from this branch or get back their resignation if they got transferred to any other branch. I was also offered for transfer but I was literally fed up from the branch. You can check the record of resignee's from that branch.
That time Mr. Kuldeep Laroiya has joined as cluster head & Mr. Saurav Arora transferred to Jalandhar. Mr. Kuldeep Laroiya had visited Miiller Ganj (3900) branch on 20th April & asked me whether I am comfortable for Gurdev Nagar branch My answer was a big "NO". He told me that decision was taken by Mr. Saurav Arora & I am only the executor. He give me two options. First is to remain on "SO" profile in the same branch and second to pay Rs. 25000/- for change of keys as earlier I had inputter keys in the same branch.
At Miller Ganj branch, Sakshi & me had got promoted as SDO on same time. Sakshi had also inputter keys eralier why she had not transferred to other branch. Did Mr. Kuldeep or Mr. Rohit had taken Rs. 25000/- from Sakshi ? I had told to Mr. Rohit Mittal to cancel my promotion. I had also asked many times that I donot want to go to Gurdev Nagar branch otherwise I would resigned there on the very first day after getting bonus. But they didnot take it seriously. They thought that I was kidding.
On 21st April, I joined Gurdev Nagar branch. After joined that branch, I had come to know that Mr. Rohit Mittal had to choose one out of me & Sakshi & he choose Sakshi. If they donot want to retain me in that branch then why they forced me to get back my resignation in March month ?
Second Interesting thing, When Appraisal Letter released, I was shocked to see that my grade was not increased then why I had been transferred ? Why seniors played such a cheap game ? Why they spoiled my banking career?
Mr. Saurav Arora & Mr. Rohit Mittal both had spoiled my career. That time I had the opportunity but now I have nothing in my hand. Even then I had decided to quit from Kotak Bank because I couldn't work under this type of culture where wrong commitments done by seniors only for the sake that their business couldn't suffer in financial year end.
After getting bonus, I had resigned on dated 1st June & relieved on dated 31.08.2018. During this period, Mr. Saurabh Ghosh, Mr. Saurav Arora & Mr. Amandeep Singh (HR Partner) had visited the branch & discussed the matter, but nothing happened. All of them only offers to change the branch, but nobody talked about grade hike. Simply said that we will confirm that why grade hike not processed. But after that nobody bothers.
Who is responsible for this cheating? I am from middle class family & my earnings played an important role in our family expenses.

My amount Rs 234 has been debited for credit card payment without my knowledge... I am very much disappointed with kotak bank.. if you are not going to refund my amount, I am going to close my account in kotak bank.. Please call on WhatsApp 91-[protected] for any questions... if you are not going to refund my account and continue these fraud activities I am going to file a complaint... I thought our bank is trusted one but these kind of activity making me really unhappy...
opening of current account
I had submitted the documents regarding opening of new curr/ent account with kotak mahindra bank (chomu branch- jaipur) on 6/8/18.
I was told the same shall be opened within 7 days. Till date no account has been opened, the chq amount 10, 000/- has also been withdrawn from my saving account. I have called the branch manager ( mr praveen) many times but never replied back. This branch officials are very unproffesional, and was shocked to now there knowledge about banking.
Please look into the matter and take necessary steps as such officers are bringing bad name to your bank.

I am kotak 811 customer
My Accounts Phone banking was suddenly stopped by Kotak
So i have called lots of time to its 811 customer service number from which is on its kotak mahindra banking app
In that app they also Marked that number as "this number is for 811 customer only"
When i called the representative is saying that " i cannot give 811 account information, if you have any dought then you can say i will salve this"
So i called him yes if you cannot give 811 account information then just tell me about edge saving account information which is opened by its backend team to fool its customers to get some extra charges.
The edge savings account closure form was submitted by me before 7 to 8 months by going my home branch which kotak gives to its customers, in that branch they also said that this account will automatically close after 6 months, and i also submitted account closure form,
After 7 to 8 months gone account still open

I think if you are not salving one query properly and how can you are saying people to salve another query?
I called him if your app notified me that its 811 accounts complaint number and after holding 15 minutes you saying me that i cannot give 811 account information and i cannot having access to tell it?

Employee ID 2705 (Surname:- Shinde) of Kotak Bank credit card department used vulgar words like Mc, bc on phone with me and my father. It not proper way of talking with customer.
He also shouted on my father using some bad words in Marathi. And my father is suffering from heart if anything happened I will consider that employee responsible.

Hon'ble, On presenting image based cheque through higher officials as directed in January 2018, the bank is delaying beyond RBI provided standard period, not cashed the cheque in my account # [protected] nor disposed the matter by issuing reply what are the valid reasons not to cash I've attached proofs, herewith.
As we all know, hon'ble PM of India dreampt India as a digital India by introducing various online means out of which one is RBI online image based Cheque-Trucation-System as reference thats rules and regulations copy of 50-pages has been already delivered in the bank with cheque.
In case attached non-home cheque image found suspicious, the correct instrument is to be demanded from the member bank as per CHAPTER-VI Para no. 6.9 and in case any difference arisen the same is to be reconciliated as per pra no. 6.12 on reasons that cheque images is served online may be found 6, 50, 00, 000INR against 3, 35, 00, 000INR. Because, on reason that an agent e-mail id [protected]@live.in whose passport copy is attached herewith says that my this cheque is of 6, 50, 00, 000INR equivalent to 850, 000GBP whereas presentally 850, 000GBP are equivalent to 7, 91, 92, 270 INR it all makes suspence by delay and changes in exchange rate and interest dues.
Therefore, on account of non disposing with valid reasons against RBI provided standard period under appropriate action I'm to be compensated at least 25, 000INR and my case pending on bank part since January 2018 is to be get diposed off with valid reasons of delay.

This is one of your well wisher actually I was not going to complain for this but after thinking twice lastly I decided to complain just for one hope that you will find a good solution for this. Till now I was thinking that kotak mahendra bank is a reputated and well manared bank wich is actually only from the front side but when I looked it and came to know it from tha back side its actually a fish market where everybody is cutting each other where every body is ready to torchure where everybody is ready to dump you humiliate you harres you. By knowing this I am happy that I am not a employee of your bank.
Let me come to the point actually one of your branch in Bangalore at lavel road where your branch manager Mrs Suchita Jhaveri thinks that she is CEO of the Kotak Mahindra Bank actually she is torturing her employees abuse with them speak loudly in front of the customers humiliate the staff members in front of the customers and other colleagues I don't know why she is reacting and behaving like this. Most of the staff there are fed up with her they have decided to leave your Lavel road branch within 6 months I think more than 90% of the staff will resign within 6 months from lavel road just because of Mrs Suchita your branch manager. Every morning she humiliates all the staff members present there even I am having the audio clips and video clips as a proof but I will not give all this proofs to you. Every staff is surviving there and let me tell you one thing that one of your best employee had already given the resignation letter last month and day by day every staff is deciding to leave that branch just because of this kind of branch manager Also he discriminates between the staff members who belongs to karnatak state and non karnatak she support and appriciate and talks softly to the person who belongs to the karnatak state and humiliate harress to the person who dont belongs to that state and she says to her employee that "you are of no use you are useless you are from north India" and one thing more I want to tell you it's very sad to say that one of your employee had decided to commit suicide just because of one lady who is harrasing in such a manner. And if it happened than be ready to face and answer the media and all social networking websites and and if this happened than suchita should be ready to face the court and jail.
Even not only female staff is crying there its very sad to say that even the male staff is crying literally tears are comming out of a male eyes with this kind of pressure and harresment. Please imaging just for 1 min if your child was there in place of those staff members what will you do? what will you do if you listen your son/daughter crying on the phone call at 10 in night at his/her branch? And you if you are not believing in my words then I will suggest you to please secretly investigate on this. The employees there are not raising there voice or not complaining for her just with a load of fear to loose there job they think that your so called crual and selfish lady Mrs. Suchita Jhaveri will create issue with there job and will not release there salary and will harress them more than before.She don't let her employees go till 10 o'clock in the night weather the staff is male or female who the hell she is to decide that the female staff will also stay in the bank till 10 o'clock in the night and why she is leaving the branch at 6 in the evening? why she is not also staying till 10 in the night in the branch, just because she is the branch manager? who will take the responsibility if any miss happening occur with the female staff while going home who will take this responsibility not only this, she again calls the whole staff again in the next morning at 8:30am what the hell is happening there I dnt understand? I will request to kotak bank that they should provide Bedding facility in the office only, why should the person go home just to sleep? A person is working for 13-14 hours? This is not for one day this repeats everyday. She ask for the accounts with the whole staff wether the person is in sales department or the person is in remittance section or the person is the front desk if any person is not giving the account then she says that "you are the bad recruitment done Kotak Bank You are not eligible for this job you are useless you are this you are that..." who the hell had given her the permission to say this to anybody. Even I am also a employer I am also a owner of the company but I never use abusive words I never create pressure on anystaff altough with heavy and loads of work I never stops any female staff after 6 in the evening.She is creating a mental pressure why she is doing so I think she is mentally ill. How will a person work with free mind and with a happy mood how will a person enjoy his/her job when he/she is is going through this type of pressure?
I have too many things to tell and will definately tell you and update you with all the thinks but its a Humble request that please take this problem seriously if any of my loved ones will suffer for such more days than Suchita have to suffer and pay for what she is doing. So its better to hire a good human being rather than a animal and please appint a good branch manager there otherwise this will affect your Lavel road business. Mr Dilip Jaiswal of Kotak Mshindra Bank staff persons came to me several times to open new account, but as I am reputed businessman holding 90 years old firm and having account with Nationalused bank since past 55 years.After several visit and recomondayion by some good person of our market and assurance given yo me to give cash at my office or any where as and when required and coins for charity they will give me n that assurance I ones my savings account and given service as promised in this 4/5 years two times I called for cash as some foreign guest came to my residence and also coins was given only two time in this 4/5 years but last 2 years they not deliver cash to my house as my guest wanted that cash and also coins was not given in this last 2 years, Also bank near my house requested me for some FD and I had given that also but after one year they not kept in auto renewal and credited to my account after some time I surprised as I was using this account for once in a 6/12 months and I. This way I found that no services now given to me as agreed while opening that account I sent several complain But Mr Amit Jaiswal manager never even tried to satisfactory reply and since past six months my all mails of complain is bounces stating mail bad is full.This is very bad in law and why matter should not be reported to higher authority to take serious action against such staff.

I availed a finance facility from kotak mahindra bank. Last month I missed the periodic installment and next month I filled the two installments together. But without any checking they started calling me up I told them many times that I have filled the installments but they behaved very rudely and I started arguing them. After that what they did they deduct Rs 1520 without any reason and when I asked them about the deduction they were unable to satisfy me, I called them many times but all in vain. Last week they send me a letter that some installments are due but I have payed all the installments on time. I called them but now they're not answering me. So I have written to their higher authorities and waiting for their reply.

Hello I want to file a acomplaint about the branch manager of the kotak mahendra bnak of Lavel Road Bangaluru. her name is Mrs.Suchita. She is the worst branch manager of the kotak mahendra bank she treats the staff of the bank as she is the CEO of the bank and actually she harress the employees. She wont let the emplyee go home till 10PM daily wether the staff is male or female. I am not going to disclose the name of the employee there but all the staff is being harressed by her and none of the person is complaining for her just because of the fear to loose his or her job. The bank delayed conversion of the remittance from dollars to indian rupees by one day and did it when the rate had come down by more than 70 pais, causing a loss of more than Rs. 5000.00. This was done by their Panchkula branch.
The officers have been n]making excuses that the backlog in the bank was too much thus the delay. Then another reason that they got in touch with my spouse but got the instruction late whereas the phone number registered is mine.
Then that they received instruction after closing time. This is all the while disregarding my transactions for the last 4 years where it is to be converted immediately on receipt.
Further all mails on their net banking site are answered with "I trust your complaint is resolved and our officer has been in touch with you". They mark all complaints resolved without any verification from customer.
The motive seems to be to just frustrate the customer so that it may die of its own.
They speak of high morals and values and ethics but follow none, a total negative for them, not customer friendly bank but a bizzare bank
Faced same issue while making outward remittance, they kept on hold my transaction and executed next day with ! Rs. difference forcing me to incurr a loss of 26100 Rs.
Not even their senior people had the courtsy to respond to our mails sent to their CEO, MD, JMD, AM, RM blah blah blah

I have a 2 OD Account, Current Accounts and Saving Accounts with Kotak Mahindra bank, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi since 2012. Every year Bank Charges renewal fees from my 1 Account but this year they charged Renewal fees from my both accounts. When I requested to Branch Manager Mr. Abhishek Gupta, He said no need to pay charges from another account and we will take care of this. After few days I asked him to close my OD account and gave him written application (I have a Copy of receiving) because the charges is not waived off from my account. Now its almost 2 months but my problem is not solved.
I want to close my OD account but bank is not ready to close it.

Recently I got the credit card from kotak and on March 15th 1399Rs has been debited from my kotak Mahindra credit card without my knowledge and approval towards card self protection plan by one assist.com. Even I didnot received any call or email confirmation or I did not given any request to anyone for activation. On same day after getting the message I called to kotak bank representative and given policy cancellation request.The request had been taken after 15 days I got refund of 399 RS and plan was reactivated again without my approval by kotak & one assist. After these I called and given again request for cancellation but it was not done. Lastly on may 5 th again I given the cancellation request, on 16.05.2018 I got the refund of 300.5 Rs and what about balance 700Rs, whose is going bear these amount. When I called kotak bank representative regarding they telling 700Rs has been debited for cancellation charges.
First thing I want to know is
1. Did I given any request through phone/email/net banking to activate self protection plan on March 15th.
2. If it was activated by kotak bank direct marketing basis, who is responsible to pay the amount from my account without my permission.
3. On March 15th I given the cancellation request but I received 399rs refund why 1399 RS not refunded to my account and why it was re activated.
4. On what basis 700 RS has been charged from me for cancellation charges when request was not given by me.

On 3/2/2018 one fradulant transection of Rs. 8226.27 has happaned. I have blocked my above card immediately and have send Dispute report on 4th of Feb as required by Bank.
From that date lot of communication has been done with the bank but the above issue has not been resolved. I am attaching herewith communication held with bank for the same. Also attaching herewith Dispute report.
I have paid balance due outstanding on my card of Rs.26790 on 1st of march and have kept above outstanding pending as I feel that I am not responsible for the same. I have also intimated to Bank that I am not liable for above amount nor I will pay interest on above.
No action has been done till now.

We wish to inform you that the disputed transaction of INR 8, 226.27 is still under the process of investigation.
Kindly note: if the disputed transaction is not settled in your favour, you will be levied with interest charges from the date the statement is generated (in which the transaction is billed) till the same is settled in merchant's favour. Hence, we advise you to initiate the payment, in case the disputed transaction is settled in you favour, the payments will be adjusted against the fresh transaction that you will initiate.

Dear Sir,
please find attached herewith my card statement attached. The amount of Rs.8226.27 is added in my outstanding statement which is fraudulently withdrawn from my account for which I am not responsible.
Kindly resolve the issue immediately and remove the above amount from my outstanding statement before the due date of 5th March.
If above is not resolved I will be forced to hold balance payment of Rs.26789.59 on my card for which I will not be responsible.
I am your regular customer.

fraud transaction on 8 feb 2018 from my saving account
Dear Sir/Madam
On 8th feb 2018, somebody did fraud transaction of INR 36000 from my account.I have have already blocked my debit card and net banking by calling customer care executive.They have raised this issue to your fraud management team.Please help me to get recover this amount.This amount was withdrawl at 11:30 AM on 8th feb 2018.
Following are the details of my account-

request for closure of the saving account,
I have an account at ing bank from past 10 years which have changed to kotak and the account number is [protected]. I have moved overseas from past 2 years. From past 4 months I have been chasing this as they blocked my account without any notification. Whenever I contact the helpline they ask me to send an email at nri services, which I have doing, everytime I send email and request, I get an different reply.
For instance I requested the form for closure which they sent me.in the second email I requested few questions to be filled in the form as I am not residing their anymore.in the second correspondace they sent me again the closure form. This is getting really frustrating.
"they got no right to block my account without any notice and not releasing the money from the account"
And lastly when I send the last email telling them I will refer to complaint board they organise a call to me withing 48 hours from the head of the department which never happened. The reference to that was request number is 1-[protected]
This is a humble request to solve this issue.
