They handle the purchase and holding of the State of Israel Bonds and it is a simply a nightmare to name a beneficiary or to simply login if for some reason their antiquated system locks one out. One has to wait for them to US Mail you a temporary password, unlike many significantly larger investment companies will email you.

Bottom-line, Computershare is an antiquated, slow moving company with agents in numerous third world countries and is literally a cheap, poorly run company. They need to update their software and people and refuse to do so. STAY AWAY!

Recommendation: STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE.
