I needed help in being walked through opening an online account for Kroger. I needed it to accept my phone number . No ne wanted to help me and when I asked for a Store manager . Someone name Craig came to the phone talking fast. I had to ask him his name twice and he got angry and short! and just said "How can I help you Ma'am"? I am new to this area and now I see why the customer service rep was rude . if management is an example of how the customers should be treated ; they are learning pretty well by example .
