Cashier at self service very rude, nasty, doesnt belong in that job. Needs to be stocking shelfs. I'm 63 and shopped in Krogers all my life. I SHOP 3 DIFFERENT kROGERS. I DON"T RECALL dealing with anyone this nasty. Argued with me over card and digital coupon on 6 pks of coke, when sign clearly reads card or digital. I reported her to Alisha the manager on duty. Whole store heard arguement. I am a lifelong Kroger customer who has spent alot of money with you. I will not shop Hillsboro Krogers any longer, but lucky for you I get treated with respect from Wilmington and Blanchester Krogers. They are clearly better managed stores. Waisted 20 minutes in store argueing ang reporting her rudeness. Another 40 filing this complaint. I'M A HIGH PAID PERSON who doesn't appreciate having to file this and waisting my time, but it needs to be done. I Hope something is done about this. She was argueing with someoneelse when I GOT THERE. tHEY ALSO HAVE ANOTHER WOMAN THAT NORMALLY WORKS SELF CHECKOUT thats not much better.
