Kroger review: False advertising

I placed a pickup order on Tuesday August 15, 2023. An item on my order was the Kroger Pro Strength Drain Cleaner gel, it was listed as a 12 pack for $5.49. My thoughts were what a deal. On 08/16/23, I picked up my order and received only 1 bottle. I spoke with an employee and a manager who told me they weren’t a bulk store and did not have the product. They also looked up the product and saw that it is a 12 pack for $5.49. I called customer service later that day, they took the information I gave to them as well as looked up the product description to understand the issue. The lady told me to call back later to speak with another person, I told her that they have my number and to call me because I wasn’t going to be on hold for another hour or so. I never heard from anyone. I phoned yesterday, customer service resolution was to refund me $5.49. I stated I did not want a refund, I want the product. I’ve been a long time customer of Kroger but honestly I’ve lost faith in them as a grocery store.
