Hello this is Kroger Pickup informing you that your 6pm order is running late. It will not be ready until 8pm this evening. Unfortunately we have had an extreme amount of orders due to the Holiday today and Pickup having Technical issues yesterday which pushed orders adding them today. We do apologize for the inconvenience. TY!
Your Shipt delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow between the hour of 6pm-7pm
I had absolutely no idea when, where or if ever my purchase was going to make it. Today I received an email at 4.54 informing me that my order had been cancelled.
This is very distressing in that I live alone, do not drive and depend on grocery delivery to obtain my food. I have ordered groceries from this exact location since the beginning of Kroger delivery. There is absolutely no imaginable reason as to why you would need two days to gather 14 items and deliver them. Let alone, if notified this morning, I could have ordered my groceries from another grocery store and at least would have had food. As it is now I will have to wait yet another day and lose my sale prices because of this.
