Okay, so, I had returned a couple things that I later ended up returning, I paid for my purchase with cash. Had the receipt. The customer service associate ended up telling me that the only way I was going to get refunded was for it to be credited to a card. I was confused but I went ahead and inserted my card, and later found out that my bank had reversed the refund back to Kroger. (was flagged due to it being unusual for a credit to be issued to an account that doesn't show a corresponding transaction prior) so after talking to the store, stores management, and customer service, they sent me to talk to the financial department. Financial department checked into it and said that I was needing to return to the store as they were unable to process the refund because of it being an in-store purchase and cash was the method of payment. I've been to this store 5 times now, over an hour and a half away from home, and still have yet to be given any kind of refund. They keep giving me the rum around. It's been a month! Their store management is overly unprofessional and rude

No, the attitudes that were shown/given would be what made them rude. Which really isn't the point of the post to begin with, the purpose of the post is just about my experience with this business and letting other people be aware that Kroger could very well do something like not refunding someone AFTER receiving said reason for refund, from the customer.
