I have substantial evidence demonstrating the lies and deceptive sales tactics used during the sales presentation. I possess an audio file that supports my claims, highlighting the deceit from your sales and management team. Additionally, my salesperson is willing to testify about the misleading sales methods and the promises made during the presentation. This salesperson has provided me with a list of several other customers who were also misled by false promises. I have spoken personally with five of these past customers, and we are prepared to seek legal assistance if necessary to recover our funds.
During the sales presentation, Krystal International's sales team informed me that I could sell my timeshare for a profit, estimating that it could be sold for 150% to 200% of the purchase price. I have a handwritten note from the Sales Manager, Miguel Cruz, which substantiates my claim. Moreover, I received an email from GTS Global during the presentation that further supports my assertions. Miguel Cruz printed this email and assured me that the timeshare would sell due to high demand in Cancun. I can also demonstrate that numerous other customers received the same assurances, yet not a single one has received any payment from Krystal International or GTS for these false promises. I have located a YouTube video by another customer titled “Krystal Resort Timeshare Scam!” that corroborates my experiences. Additionally, I have attempted to contact GTS Global but have received no replies to my calls or emails.
Furthermore, my credit card was charged for an Eskape membership at the time of the timeshare purchase, which I did not authorize. This charge was made without my consent or knowledge. When I objected to the Eskape charge, I was promised two free cruise certificates if I retained the Eskape travel program. I initially rejected this charge, stating that I already worked with another travel company, Limitless Vacations. Eventually, I chose to keep the Eskape program in exchange for the promised cruise certificates; however, I have yet to receive these certificates. I have email correspondence requesting the certificates, but there has been no response from Krystal. I can provide evidence that other customers were also promised free cruise certificates and have not received them. I later found out that both the Eskape travel program and Limitless Vacations are operated by the same company, and I can provide proof of this if necessary.
I kindly request a full refund of all fees paid for this timeshare, including but not limited to the purchase price, maintenance fees, and any other associated costs. Should I need to pursue legal action, I will also request reimbursement for legal fees and damages.
