We have previously called into to update our banking information and was advised takes 24hours to update in system that after that we could login to our account online to update. However, We attempted to log in as advised and now our account says account restricted to call into customer care...Well here we are 5 days of trying to get ahold of someone via all numbers listed...Nothing...We call and it says either hold line or call back during business hours...We are CST and its 551pm which means EST would be 651pm...They are open until 9pm EST during week and weekends until 3EST. So, for 5 days this is what we have been getting, and we have a payment due 1st! Called other numbers listed however told they can't help but would put in an escalated request to contact us but couldn't promise when they would call. They did verify to us that Loan care is open at this time but couldn't tell us when they would call back. This is unacceptable when you have someone who pays a lot of money to this company yet do as advise and still nothing. can't even get ahold of anyone like online says about account being restricted to call customer call...Other numbers we have called are rude and demanded my husband to shut his mouth and not over speak when he was simply just telling the guy what was going on as he asked what could help with...RUDE
