I visited Mabolo cebu branch the other day to ask why my package has not yet been delivered. I received a text from LBC EXPRESS stating that I should expect delivery on February 18, 2025, but it was not delivered. When I checked your system, the status showed: "Shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with our official customer channels."
You advised me to contact the bank, so I reached out to UnionBank customer service regarding the delivery of my UnionBank credit card package and the re-routing of my preferred address here in Cebu. They informed me that I only need to send my preferred address.
Now they didn't contact me. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Can you please deliver it to my address?
