The handling of my shipment LBC is completely unprofessional. I have requested a status updates on the package and when the delivery will be completed, but not one of the LBC staff can provide an explanation on the phone or via email. My package has cleared customs in Manila 5 days before Christmas, and now has been sitting in the local LBC office in Carmona awaiting to be delivered for well over a week. Today is Jan 7, which is 2 full weeks since the package arrived in Manila.
This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
I had dropped off my package at the LBC office in SSF, CA on the Christmas cutoff date back on October 18th. Shipment left SFO by the end of October and arrived in Taiwan on November 17th. The package was sitting in Taiwan for over a month before finally arriving in Manila on Dec 21st. It has cleared customs on Dec 27th, and the package was sent to the local LBC office in Carmona on Jan 3rd.
This package was supposed to arrive & be delivered by Christmas as promised, but it has yet to be delivered. Not one person from the LBC hotline or anyone reading my emails has given an explanation nor has given an update on when it will be delivered.
I am still awaiting shipment as of Jan 7, 2024
Desired outcome: Would like a status update on what happened, as well a provide a refund for over promising and under delivering.
