I thought LBC Express delivers package from NCR to Northern Luzon for only 2 -3 days maximum. How come there's no progress to my package? the delivery address was too near from San Fernando Branch, yet it took 7 days ang nothing changes in the status of my package.

its an urgent package , it should be delivered today, the receiver has a flight on January 7. He should received the package today!

I can't even contact your customer service number. I don't know who to follow up my package in your company. You social media platforms sucks! I cant even message my concern thru your facebook account! I already emailed LBC express yesterday yet there's still no response.

Please do immediate action on this matter! I need to received the package today!
