I ordered online and requested the seller to send my package to SM City Tuguegarao because it’s close to my house. However, it was mistakenly sent to Robinsons Tuguegarao, which is much farther away. When I asked the staff at Robinsons why I needed to pick it up there, they simply said it was a sorting error, without any remorse or apology. I asked if I could pay via GCash, but they said no. I then requested that they send the package to SM City instead, considering it was their mistake, so I could conveniently pick it up there. However, they told me that if I wanted it delivered to SM City, I would only receive it after two weeks.
Since I wanted to get my package immediately, I had no choice but to withdraw cash to claim it, despite the hassle caused by your service. When I arrived, the staff asked for my ID, but there was no courtesy or professionalism. They rudely demanded, “ID mo!” in an angry tone. Is this how your staff are trained? Their behavior towards clients is unprofessional and disrespectful.
