Absolutely terrible service and communication. System functioned for ~1 year when it completely quit softening and filtering our water (which simply has ~25 gpg hardness and 1.8 Ferrous (Iron) 0.1 Ferric (Iron). Service department has been out multiple times unsuccessfully making any progress in correcting the problem. Every time they change all the settings as if they were wrong for the first year, just grasping at straws. You cannot speak to any service supervisor or anyone above call center that simply, who will tell you they have 48 hours to call you back. When they don't call you back, the recourse is to call the call center to give them another 48 hours to call you back. Endless loop of no knowledge no professionalism. Regret ever dealing with Leaf Home Water Solutions. Bring back my Kinetico! Kinetico working perfect for years, just thought I'd reached life expectency at over 20 years, what a terrible decision.
