Legit.co.za review: Manager horrible attitude at canal walk

Good day

I was at canal walk legit store yesterday at approximately 21:25. When we arrived at the store there was about two customers and us. We saw two dresses for my little sister's and told them to go fit it on . The workers at that store including the manager told them the store is closing and they can't fit on . I approached the lady and asked her why can't the fit on her reply with a very rude disgusting attitude told me this store will close 21:50 and they can't fit on dresses . I asked her but the stores is not closing now and look at the time it's 21:35 and she was so rude , gave me so much attitude and grieve until I started challenging her and said but you cannot refuse. Eventually she said fine in a very very rude manner that made me feel so upset. The cashier next to her was just so rude and laughed behind our backs and we were the only people in the store we could see they speaking about me . At the time I didn't even know the lady I spoke to was the manager until I contacted the store the minute I stepped out and she told me her name was Elsinore and she's the manager. I and so disappointed honestly that lady have no manners nor does she have customers service .I'm sorry to say this but she's a terrible manager and I still can't believe the woman who was so rude to me was actually the manager. She gave me such ugly looks but I decided not to even say anything to her about her behaviour, she didn't even wore a name tag nor did the cashier that was laughing the whole time . I feel this people owe me and my family an apology and they should be moved from canal walk. That manager i don't even know how to describe an attitude like that .The name of the cashier is in the attached documents
