I bought a stolen iphone from a verified user
I was looking for a apple iphone 6s to buy and i found a seller in brooklyn named "wasa" and she was a short arab muslim lady who gave me a uncharged 6s i proceeded to give her the 270$ that was listed for the phone and she walked away i get home to charge the phone and it says its locked and in lost mode so now i cant use the phone because its stolen and she blocked me on the app and changed her name to "waj" on it i reported her page but im helpless with the next steps i lost out on hard earned money to a user who was "verified " on this app

Responded to an ad for DVDs, the seller took a while to respond, when he did we made arrangements to meet, I sent my husband . When my husband got home, we found out when we opened the cases that they were burned disks, which I would have never bought if I would have known. To make matters worse, when I contacted him, he told me he sells nothing but counterfeit movies, then he tells me he doesn't give refunds, he just exchanges movies, and to make matters worse, they didn't play at all on our system. I told him that I wanted a refund and he tried to talk me out of it, we went back and forth and then finally he told me that I would have to wait 4 days in order to get a refund because he didn't get paid until that Friday, I reluctantly agreed. Today is Friday, and, because he was acting so strange and sketchy, and he refused to meet me in the morning or afternoon he insisted it be late, I ended up sending my husband again, to meet up with him . My husband arrives at 10, I sent a message to him, letting him know my husband was there and this guy has the nerve to tell me he's not even home and he wouldn't be for another hour to another hour and a half! I was upset, my husband was upset too. My husband ended up waiting there for this guy, he showed up 45 minutes later, went into his house and grabbed a laptop, and tried to make the movies play, telling my husband that he didn't want to give a refund, once he seen that they didn't play, he did give my husband a refund, but he shorted him, saying that he only had five bucks. Now mind you, remember he said I had to wait for 4 days, because he got paid on Friday and he wanted to meet me after he cashed his check. So, I lost out, on time and money, this guy goes by the name of Jr. out of Santa Ana, and he's a real piece of work. The listing that I saw has a group of movies lined up next to each other, movies like Resident Evil, Kung Fu Panda, XXX, Jack Reacher, Etc. This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience on letgo, not only am I a buyer but I'm a seller too. People like this make selling sites like letgo earn a bad name. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Screen shots speak for them selfs. I submitted a complaint and reported user and never heard back from letgo. I feel like you dont take complaints seriously. You should be helping the cops catch these crooks. Shame on you letgo fallow up on reports of criminal activities. Users like this shouldnt be allowed to operate on your site. He as of now has 3 more phones listed im sure all are stolen as well. He obviously had nothing to lose and Ive reported him to the cops here and will be sure to show up to testify when it comes time.

Why does my stuff always get put under review? I had a message from someone asking if it was still available and I answered yes, still available and next thing I know, it is under review. This is the 3rd item it has happened with.
This is getting irritating and making me not want to sell thru here anymore.

There is a person named Kim who is using the free category to list everything under several postings to have people come to their shop and make purchases when I tried to address her to ask why these items are listed as free when in fact they are not it turns out I am now blocked from this person this is New Bern North Carolina free category and she has several separate listings but these items are in fact not free they are enticement to get people to come physically to her brick and mortar location and make purchases I think that is misleading and should not be allowed to continue as postings under the free category taking up much space with all the different postings that she has made

I sold my Apple airpods to this person he met me gave me what I asked for 150 and I went to use this money today and I almost got arrested because it’s counterfeit money. I want my item back or else I will get the cops involved and he’s not answering me back. I will never use this site again to sell stuff. I want my item back or money back. Please check his reviews. Whereas I have not submitted one on his behalf, my experience with this individual is pretty true to his M.O. 'Charlie' appears to be an interested buyer, asks about the availability and whether the price can be negotiated, then responds the next day or so with a comment like 'Thanks, but I already bought one.' It's subscribers like this that can give Let Go a bad name, and I just wanted to make sure that I lodged a complaint in good faith.

I sold a guy an Apple Watch and I specifically said it was locked. So we met and exchanged the Apple Watch and money. I was on my way home when he decided to follow me. I'm pretty sure he had a gun... so I went to the sheriffs office, he complained that I didn't put it was locked... We ended up switching so he got his money back and I got my Apple Watch back. I purchased an iPhone 6 from a user named Jim Bob Joe. His real name is Axavian Ingram. He lives in Alabama, I live in Texas. We negotiated on the price and I paid him 125 dollars for the phone via a Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart transfer. He informed me that he was sending the phone. When I asked for a photo of the package so that I could see it, he disappeared. I haven't heard from him since. I have screenshots of our entire conversation through messaging proving that I sent the money and that the phone is mine. What do I do?

I was approached by user: Jamie Brown110772, and asked to trade our Browning compound bow, and dvd player for a Samsung tv. We met, I checked out the tv, and it shut off after a few minutes. I told him before he left. He stayed for a few more minutes, saying he would bring a different tv the following day, so we could trade. After a few minutes, he said he was going to his truck to get something. Unbeknownst to us, he had picked up the bow and took it with him. As soon as I noticed the bow gone, I tried calling. It has been 3 days, and he will not answer a phone call, voicemail, text message or letgo message. The date was october 7, 2017. I would like to have the other tv, or my bow and arrows back. When I went up to the customer he stated that he wanted to see the phone. I let him see it and he stole it. I had no way of catching him because I was in my car and it was dark. It seemed shady at first but I've sold a lot of products to customers and don't try to judge by where they live. I would like to know what can be done. I was trying to set up a time to come and see the vehicle and arrange towing from CT to Long Island. I tried to ask some more questions when he informed me he wasn't the real owner and then tried to up the price. When I asked to deal With the real owner he blocked me. This is false advertising.

A Let Go user called Samantha M. came to buy an iPhone 7 32GB from me. She took the phone, hopped into her car and sped away stealing it, then blocked me on the app.
It says that she is verified with gmail so is it possible that the Let Go company can send her information to the Tampa Police Department? I have already filed a report and the officer's name is Officer Hernandez.

For a period of a couple months I have been harassed repeatedly by people that I feel are fake let go customers in order to mark by flagging my content as inappropriate and or writing bad reviews about me. as well I feel it is one or two people making fraudulent accounts in order to manipulate the system and they are asking for details and meet up places which is my address that I am aware of the safety Factor they though are never showing up for the purchase and basically are taking all my time away from the real customers on let-go. this is also causing problems with the availability of my patients with let-go in general because it is a repeated factor in a everyday fashion. please find out who is doing this to me I also am being harassed at my house now and have repeatedly had to call the police but have no proof documented. please allow me to know what you find I Must report it to the police with actual fact of matter documents as well as what goes with it in my surveillance from . please help me I am really considering deleting and no longer using my let-go account and that would hurt me financially. as well I would have to make Commendation online about the whole system and its workings with the fraudulence happening.
