Unable to make a return or contact customer services without downloading the app
I ordered and received a garment from this company. The quality of the item is very poor and the fabric is revolting and is unsatisfactory. I cannot progress the return procedure without downloading their app and a web browser to support it. I do not have room on my phone to do so and I do not have a laptop. I am out of pocket and feel conned. They have clearly tried to make the returns procedure so difficult that people will give up. Every single option that I click tells me to download their app. It is underhand and unethical. I can't even find an email that I can respond to, just more marketing.
Desired outcome: I would like to have a phone number to call, or to be emailed by a human being from customer services or the returns department so that I can return this item.
Evening Dress Received
I purchased an evening dress to wear to a formal year of end black tie event. Unfortunately the dress received was nothing like the dress advertised. it was not elegantly sleek and sexy; it was tailored poorly and very inexpensive fabric was utilized.
They refused to refund me. I paid a total of R 1334.24 and was partially refunded R 485.45. They argued that they do not have a return policy in place and if I wanted a full refund, I would need to pay for the dress to be shipped back to China for assessing for them to agree that there was poor workmanship.
I was not willing to pay another cent towards assisting this company continue to rip me off and take no accountability for goods provided.
Special occasion dress
Received dress Nov.3 - does not fit properly on top, off shoulder style very loose and big, too tight on bottom. Ordered regular size. Zipper is defective, gets stuck at waist and if it’s wiggled up top it doesn’t slide down.
Requested refund- was told they do not refund wedding or special occasion dresses but offered to refund 20:/: of cost - paid $199.68.
Desired outcome: Full refund
Refund for return of 2T shirts that did no fit.
On 22/08/22 I ordered 2 T shirts from this company at a cost of £38.42.
Order no [protected] refers. The T shirts did not fit so I returned them by Royal Mail Tracking service on 15/09/22 .ref no RN827638310GB refers.
On the 29/10/22 I was informed that I would receive a refund of £ 14.99 to my credit card within24 hours.Why only£14.99 and why have I not yet received anything.
The return to China cost me £17.00.
This company is a rip off and a total disgrace.
Evening dress
I have cancelled my order 10 times... Like literally 10 times while its in processing stage. I cancelled it within 24 hours of payment and also even before payment confirmation. Still they are not refunding me and nor cancelling my order.

A Wig

I have recieved my wig today, which i have been waiting 3 weeks for, and it is nothing like the photo shows. The colours do not blend in to eachother and the wig clearly looks fake, also it is not wavy as it looked in the photo before i ordered it. I am very disappointed as i have a haloween party to attend this saturday. i would like to return this item because the hair is very uneven and it looks really really wen i tried it on.

Two trousers suits order on 9th October 2022
I ordered Two trousers suit which cost me dirhams 178.95 on 9th October 2022.
I was told it will take 4 days to arrive.
After a week I started looking in the app. I was told to give them the ticket number.
I never received a confirmation of my order! Where do I find the ticket number from!

I have ordered a 3XL polo shirt from light in the box, when it arrived it was that small, I nearly couldn’t put it on, I then checked to make sure it wasn’t Asian size and nothing on the add refers to Asian sizes, all my other shirts are 3 XL and fit fine why do you sell sizers that are not correct? The shipping and cost of the shirt prohibits me from sending it back, so it’s gone in the bin. Sorry but I won’t be buying any more cloths from Light in The box and will tell my friends the same, it’s just a waste of money.

I am contacting BBB to report this website as fraud if I have not received an update by 10/17/2022.

Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong size. Tried to blame it on me, then tried to lie to me saying I was passed my time limit on returning the item. It got delivered on the 11/10/22 and I messaged them on the 13/10/22. I will never buy or use this ever again and I suggest that you don't either.
I know I ordered the correct size that would fit as I had bought one befor. When I got the new one I put it on top of the old one and way smaller. Tried contacting them. The only offer 50 -60 % refund. While also trying to blame me on THEIR mistake. Such a scam

Bad Customer Service /Misleading sales practices
I placed an order for four dresses. Non of which worked for various reasons. When I asked to return at least three of them I was told they were "Made To Order" and could not be returned.
They refer to a small symbol in the bottom of the pictures that code them in this way.
I did see that some were made to order, but I did not request any special sizing or alterations and thought that would not apply in my case, it never has in the past with any other merchants.
Also there is a sheet provided with he order, that shows they were pulled from a storage bin with the location listed. So they are not "Custom" in any way.
Desired outcome: I have requested a refund minus the shopping cost.
Woman's jumpsuit
I ordered a woman's jumpsuit on 9/24/22 and did not request any special adjustments for it. I received several emails explaining what was needed for
the return, which I provided, then the last email that I received said that I cannot

I ordered some shirts from LITB and when they arrived they looked nothing like the photos. The pattern was blurry and faded... it looked like someone printed an out of focus iron on with their home printer.
I contacted them to express my dissatisfaction. I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping to CHINA before they would consider refunding my money. Why is it my responsibility to pay to return your garbage. They know this costs the consumer more than the price of the product so this is how they rip you off.. Send garbage, then make it impossible to get a refund.

Ladies dresses
I saw 3 dresses on the web. I received Floor length in 2 and it was advertised as midi Chiffon which is was not! Your website also showed gold thread on parts which did not appear on the dress when I got it. The second was floor length too advertised as midi and the materials for both were cheap looking.
The 3rd dress was only shown from the front with lace work on it. When I got it the back of the dress was cheap plain material with no lace.
I got on the return policy but the dresses are noted as non returnable items in the list. It is noted that a "ticket to return" is required but you cannot click and get onto it!
I managed to get an email to your company and got back a reply that said Boss on holiday! What is going on with your company? Has anyone tried the prompts on Return and Refunds.
