I ordered some products on that website and paid for everything and for the past 3 years I never received any updates on my stuff and never got it until recently I was contacted my email stating I still have funds on my account and was given and opinion to withdraw my funds and everytime I check for un updates it shows pending will contact you shortly via email and now it's been almost 3 weeks
Can I please be referred to the right department or people who can help me cause I honestly don't know if this was a scam from the beginning or what thank you
