LiliGal inability to communicate with them and to cancel order

Beware! While the prices and items on this website appear to be a good deal, they do not tell you in advance of ordering that your order will be delayed for an extended period of time.in the case of an item (christmas top) I need within 20 days, I was not given that info until the order was processed. They did indicate some delay, but were not truthful in that disclosure. I immediately attempted to cancel the order but was unable to "send" the email. It is obviously set up that was to prevent such communication! I wish I had seen the list of complaints before I ordered. Apparently, the old adage "if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!" having read the list of complaints on this site, I will never again knowingly order from an overseas company. Will be far more vigilant and careful in the future... While I immediately reported this to my financial institution and they will dispute it for me, I know this will be a problem. Shame on these companies who make it harder for those who operate in an ethical way.

LiliGal package never received

I an submitting this complaint because I have not gotten any correspondence from Liligal after sending 2 emails this month for a purchase I ordered on October 15, 2018. I have requested the order be cancelled and full refund with shipping and handling charges. I have copied and pasted the emails below:

LiliGal returned clothing

I returned three pieces of clothing to Liligal using ticket # T6965474985 and the RMA # [protected]. The USPS tracking number is 9505514513968304100199 and was received at Lilgals company on November 3, 2018 at 9:59 a.m. I still have not received my refund and today is November 19, 2018. What is the delay of getting my refund? It's been 11 business days and I should've received it by now. Are you waiting for the 30 day return expiration date to happen so you don't have to give me my refund? If this is how Liligal does business, I will no longer be making any purchases from your company and I will let my friends know not to order from your company too. Also, I never can login to your website. It keeps telling me that my email address or password is incorrect. Well, it's NOT. If I change my password, it still won't let me sign in to your website. What kind of company is this? It certainly is unprofessional and very irritating to any of your customers which, by the way, you're going to lose. You need to make your website and returns more "user friendly". I'm VERY disappointed how my order is being handled.

LiliGal refund

In October of this year 2018, I made the huge mistake of ordering from this company! I did receive my order and returned one item carefully following the return instructions and well within the time limit. To date I have not received my refund nor have I heard from anyone on in the company as to the delay. The website is a mess and in order to get on you end up signing in repeatedly. Then to top it off there is only help from 9pm-6:30am! Seriously?! I have contacted the company repeatedly as each time I get the reply to send the tracking Number. My ticket number for the transaction I was returning to Liligal is: L1810101913352825 The tracking number for the US Postal Service is: [protected] 66. This item was supposed to be delivered on November 6th. I would like the full fund of this item, a blouse, for $28.48

LiliGal 2 blouses

Had never ordered blouses online but they seemed so pretty. Out of my order one had no label of any sort and looked as if it was a size 18 and I'm size 14. Another one was beige with black notes as a pattern but there were many mottled white marks on the beige part. I can't even wear it. Have already seen on this site that it would be a nightmare to try and get an exchange.

So be careful about buying from this Company.

LiliGal delivery and chat line

I was on the chat line with "amber" at Liligal who asked me to forward the email i received. She had me paste it into the chat and never explained why i also needed to forward it. The email i received was not clear and misrepresented when i was eligible for a refund. On top of that Amber became very rude was looking at a ticket with a date for the wrong order, and even though she could see the companies error showed no empathy and did not try to help resolve. She refused to provide me contact information or escalate my request as i had asked. She was so rude she ended the chat and then i could not even start another. I started my request by asking if i was eligible for a partial refund as the email i received stated. the email doesn't spell out the dates clearly and reads as if 10/31 is the first trigger date. Amber saw this and did not care or accept responsibility for the companies error. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life.

LiliGal return policy and poor quality of goods

The easy returns they speak of are not. Instead of them providing a shipping label, you have to get a number from them, then sent them a copy of the shipping label and get another number from them, sent that information and then wait for the refund. The quality of the tops I ordered was very poor. They were ill-fitting and the materials they were constructed of were chintzy. Avoid this company!

LiliGal return of dress, no replacement sent

I returned my dress in good faith. It was never worn because it was too small. I requested a swap to a larger size. I was told I could return it and get a replacement so that's what I did. I still have not received the larger size dress. I am very frustrated. I sent it by USPS and it cost me over $13.00 to send it back. I want my replacement dress, I have waited an extremely long time now. If you are not going to send it I want a full refund! I will never order from Liligal again. In the past I've been satisfied with my purchases but you make it extremely difficult to return or get a refund! I am ready to hit my social media with my dissatisfaction with your company. Please respond.

LiliGal blouses

I ORDERED 5 blouses in Aug. or 1st part of Sept. Returned 2; 1 for exchange larger size, the other refund because it was a duplicate. Sent to a Calif. address which was return address on pkg. No invoice or return form was included so I wrote info on a sheet of paper. Have received no response. Prompt attention appreciated as I am a senior citizen & can't afford such a loss. Need the blouses. Thank you.

I excitedly purchased 5 blouses from Liligal in August or 1st part of Sept!. Love 3. Returned 2 for exchange & refund. Needed larger size & sent back duplicate. Have been disappointed to have received NO RESPONSE! Returned to address in CA. that was on pkg. Please issue refund & exchange if possible. Or refund for two blouses I returned to you. Would appreciate prompt attention to this matter. As a senior on limited income, . I can't afford this oversight on your part. Thanks for your taking care of this matter. I don't wish to have to take further action!

LiliGal blouses

I ordered two blouses but, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Yes! They look so nice on the web. They are very cheaply constructed with cheap material. I guess, I will keep them after hearing of the nightmares of trying to return them. I will never order from them again. This kind of burns me from shopping on the web in the future. There are not cheap blouses so I did expect more than I got.

I'm with you! I returned a dress and have never received a replacement or refund. Very dishonest company. Just wish I had kept the dress.

LiliGal trying to get refund

I have been trying to return items to LILIGAL for 3 weeks...NEVER can get any instructions from ANYONE...but they took my money. And paypal isn'tmuch better..they keep dragging the issue out too and they are extremely HARD to contact. Don't order from rip-off companies that look good on the internet..but in reality are dishonest and a fraud of a company.

LiliGal return

I've returned multiple tops because they were to small. I've filled out tickets and even boxed up the merchandise and FedEx delivered them to your return mail address on the packaging. Now I'm being told to mail the already sent box to New Jersey.
Please refund all my money to the account I purchased the tops from.

LiliGal paid for product with paypal but company cannot tell me if dress was ordered

Around aug. 18 i went to paypal to pay for a dress from liligal. Paypal paid liligal but i was not sent back to liligal site to finish transaction. I have used live chat numerous times at liligal, but they ask for order number, which i do not have. I have forgotten my password, but they never send you the info to create a new password. I guess i want the dress but i do not want to reorder and pay twice for it. Diane groves

LiliGal refusal to refund my money.

I ordered a blurjean coat from lilligal.com. They were unable to fill my order and will not refund my money. How is that legal.? I don't understand how a business can keep your money if they are unable to fill your order. How can you protect a company that does this kind of business. I'm placing this comment on my Facebook. Since Inam a former teacher as well as a former Flight Attendant for a major airline. I have a large following. Maybe their push back on this company will encourage them to refund my money. I have noticed that I am not the only person whose refund has been kept by this less than honest company. Lilligal. Com. Time to put them out of business for deceptive behavior.

LiliGal will not give return address. gave 20% of my dissatisfied purchase credited back to me instead of refund. too small.

Sent 5 emails to company requesting refund. Liligal sent an Emailed form letter no address. Had at least 8 things I had to do before address would be sent. They DO NOT send packing slips with orders nor send confirmation of order. In Hong Kong.
Returned an email stating they had reimbursed my PayPal account $20.00 and for me to keep the summing suit!

I ordered a size large even though I'm a medium to cover the fact it was mail away.
The suit is way too small so I want to return it. The company is making it way to difficult to return.
Sending me in circles with no solution in site. Notified my credit card company.

Trying to get approval to return an item. It is the most complicated return system I've ever used. Why don't they just send me a label to. Return the item?
This is exactly what I mean. Was just notified my letter was to short and it probably would be ignored. Really? What kind of company is this?

Hello LILIGAL. I have tried to write you tickets to return some clothing that does not fit as described "Printed Wide Strap Swimdress and Shorts", but your system is either malfunctioning or you do want to accept returned merchandise? The item I want to return is part of order LL1808270445413579 . iN ADDITION TO THE COST OF THIS ITEM I WAS CHARGED CUSTOM DUTIES AMOUNTING TO $21.64 BECAUSE THE IREM WAS SHIPPED FROM CHINA (SHANGHAI). THIS WAS NOT PART OF THE CONTRACT!Please tell me if i can return this item to you and if you can give me a credit for the full amount of my costs. Thank you for your cooperation.

I want to make you aware that you’ve not contacted Liligal about the issues with your order. You have posted a complaint to a “complaint board”. This is just where people voice their issues with this horrible clothing company.
You really need to edit your post and remove your personal information!

LiliGal didn't receive package; can't contact them

I ordered two shirts through Liligal 1/30/18 for $56.28. I waited for the product the advised amount of time and even padded the timeframe. On 3/15/18 I sent an inquiry via their website with no response. I admittedly lost track of the issue and found the paperwork in my follow-file and went back to the website and no matter what I try to do, I get referred back to start a ticket and it loops right back again. I have tried different computers thinking maybe a firewall was restricting me, but no. They have no trouble taking your order and money, but they are the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with for a return/exchange or HECK, even to be able to contact them and get a return email is impossible in my experience. I wish I would have read the awful reviews on them first.
