LiliGal Bathing suit

December 2016, bought a bathing suit. Received in January 2017. Measurements were not correct. Issued a ticket. Was told they do not want me to send back the item as it would cost too much in shipping and handling so I can keep the item that doesn't fit correctly and they will issue me a 20% credit.

Told them no way, I want their address and I will ship it back for a full refund. Then was told, okay, we will do a 30% credit as it was our fault measurements were wrong. Again told them no way. Now, they wont respond to my complaints, emails or tickets at all!

Shady!

Buy in America! Your dollars are wasted here . Look up reviews, no one is happy and all are saying the same thing as me.

LiliGal Dress

Do not order from them! The website says 2-5 day orders. It took 21 days. The sizing chart made me think a xl would fit. When it arrived, it looks like a child's dress. It's so tiny, it could be a shirt. The website also says easy returns. Not true! The policy states that if you find a defect, you can submit a request with pictures and if accepted, you pay the postage to send back to hong kong and will receive not more than 60% of purchase price. What a total rip off!

I also ordered swimwear and too small and I also ordered XL and the phone # they give on their package is International and it will cost me to call them so now I don't know how to get in touch with them, I dealt with another company online about a return and they sent me all the info I needed to return and tried doing that with this company and nothing. It's $27.55 thank God I didn't order more. The swimwear was cheaply made. Never again will I order online for clothing, this is first time.

t's clear that you have had the same horrible customer service as so many of us have, I am so sorry. Here is information you might find helpful: I never received my item after 6 weeks of back and forth. Horrible customer service experience - very similar to what the person below describes. I had to take them to task. You can file a consumer complaint about them at econsumer.gov. That site is the international arm of the Better Business Bureau. Good luck - don't stay silent. I am posting all about their scam activities, as well as how to file international consumer complaints, on their own facebook site. I am writing to the BBB and the international are of the BBB. I have let PayPal know and plan to let other sites know. Do all you can and let's put these scam artists out of business.

LiliGal Tunic top

I purchased a tunic blouse and I ordered according to their sizes and even ordered a size up. But when I received it (which by the way took forever), it was too small. They say you have to call them first before you can return an item, which I did, but the numbers are not good. There seems to be a local number which no one ever answers. I have send ticket requests (four to be exact), which are like complaints, but none have been answered. I have tried the live chats which get you no where. I had a feeling before I ordered that this might happen seeing that the company is overseas but I went ahead and ordered from them anyway, should have followed my gut instinct. This place is a total ripoff and I mean RIPOFF. Also, the item itself was not made that well. Do not order anything from them. They just want your money, they do not care to work with you in their return process so don't waste your money. Luckily I only lost $29.77.

LiliGal Deceptive return policy

I ordered a coat, according to their size chart, and even ordered up a size. When I received it, the diameter of the arms, shoulders were too small. I immediately repackaged the coat and notified lulugal through their online ticket submission. Their response was quick, they are sorry, but it is too expensive to return coat. They will give me 20 percent store credit. Not good enough. I am stuck with a coat that is too small, and no real recourse.

LiliGal Ordered a jacket - no way to contact company for return

On 11/21/16, I ordered a sized medium jacket from Lulugal that cost $57.00. It took a long time to arrive- almost Christmas- coming directly from China. Once it did, it ran very small! I could not return the item because the website would not recognize my email/ account information. Nor would it recognize the order number. I tried the phone number, but no one answers- eventually it went to busy signal. I tried on-line chat customer service, which was actually an email request, but it bounced back un-deliverable . This is unbelievable.
I want a full refund.
I don't know what to do.

LiliGal Clothes I ordered

I ordered several items 4 shirts and 1 dress, none of them fit. I ordered large and xl because I figured they would run small. well those sizes were way off. I ask if I could return them they told me it would be very expensive and just to keep the clothes and they would give me a credit towards something else, well why would I want that none of the items I ordered fit. So just wanted my money back and return the items. Well then they tell me the amount I would get back would only be 60% of my total that 40% was for the trouble to restock it! thats just insane! And for me to send it back would have cost me about $100 so the moral of this is check first where its coming from, if I would have know I would not have purchased it.

I ordered 4 shirts from them. It took over a month to receive them. When I did receive them, they were too small. Today when I went in to get an address to return them to, the name of the company Lulu gal cannot be found on the internet. So, I cannot return them. They do not fit me. And, I paid over $100 for these items. I am seeing some new names that sound like their company, but they have changed the page style and everything.

I ordered a sweater back in the beginning of November. Left a few emails with very little response except to be patient... I just received a package from them containing a small blue balloon?!? I'm actually baffled and feel this company is just one big scam! I'm thankful it was only one sweater.

LiliGal Clothing ordered

I placed order in mid December, was told it would ship next day. When I hadn't rec'd it by January, tried to research it on their website and they claimed to not have a record of my order. Their "chat" is only a few hours in the evening, and you have to have order # to reach them. They provided a phone number that both my cell and house number could not connect to. Website said "For USA inquiries". I finally had to go through Paypal to reach them, and they suddenly "found" my order and said it was in transit and to "be patient". I replied back that I just wanted my money back and they refuse to pay me. This has went on for 10 days now. They sent Paypal a tracking number, but when I click on it, my computer blocks me from going to the website, and said there was a security issue. I finally found an email for service, and began contacting them through it, and they will only say "be patient" and "we close over weekend, delayed shipment" and "you can return package after it delivered and we will refund money". I explained I was not going to accept package, and if I had known it was coming from China, would have NEVER ordered in first place. I have had to escalate my dispute into a claim with Paypal. I did some research and this company has horrible reputation (which I normally check, but you see them advertised EVERYWHERE). I wish I knew how to block them from doing business in US. From all that I am read, the products are not what is ordered, the quality is horrible, and customers have to force them for information and the returns are sometimes never resolved.

I also ordered from lulu gal in December 2016 received my order about 3 weeks later also did not know these items were coming from China Received very poor quality items stains on the coat, fish wire coming out of the shirt . Tried to return the items told me it would cost me more money which they were right Post office gave me a cost of $55. to return Paypal was unable to help me said I could return the items but at my cost, I don't think Paypal was even aware of this company having such a bad reputation I know I also didn't till it was too late I think they are again on the internet using a different name Buyer Beware

I have the same experienced. I order a dress Jan 20, 2017. I was told the dress will be sent out once the payment is approved which was approved right away. I did not hear any confirmation about my dress being ship. I emailed them a few times. I got one respond " my dress is pending" I need to have the dress by the 10th of February to wear to a 50th Dance Party. I doubt I'll even get this dress. I went to Pinterest site and someone comment to be beware of this company. I wish I saw that before I order the dress. I think we all need to write the business bureau about this company.

Lulugal should not be allowed to do business in the US. I had no idea I was ordering from China, although if the company were to operate honestly and openly I might have ordered from them anyway. As it was, when my products came I found the jewelry to be of carnival quality and the clothing poor quality and undersized by at least 3 sizes. I suspected something was amiss when I looked at the receipt to find that no items were listed, nor prices. It appeared it was being sent to me as if I were a wholesaler. I suspect Lulugal has found a way to bypass US import taxes. When I contacted them to return I, too found that they claimed to not find an order number. Without the # I could not get into the return or complaint section. I also filed a claim with Paypal and will be contacting the credit card company to complain. Then they responded to me and suggested I try to sell the poor products on my own as it will cost me too much to ship them back to China. This is a very poor way to do business and I believe it borders on being a scam. I will be reporting them to the federal trade commission, hoping they will know what to do.

I agree whole hardly. I order two coats one was a long Black fake fur line zip up coat with a hood to small !On the bag it had a sticker on it saying X5. I had order xxL thinking I would have plenty of room WRONG. The other two were the red double breasted coat first one I order said xxL which I wanted but I could not get my arm in so I took it to my son and had his wife try it on and I would give it to her for Christmas. She got it on and close but it was tight across her chest. SO I had her 13 yr old daughter try it on it fit good but she wanted to try and do a flip with it on mother said no and gave it back. SO HERE I AM trying to read the return order and what the hell its in Chinese can't read it.

LiliGal Tunic with manufacturing defect

Received a tunic with BIG plastic fishing line loop sticking out of unfinished collar in two places. Send photos, asked for refund. Lulugal emailed telling me to give it as a gift or resell it on the Internet for a big profit. What a ripoff. DO NOT BUY FROM LULUGAL.COM no way to contact them by email, Live Chat never answers, they hardly write in English at all to be understood. Phone number in LA but no one calls back. They say is to expensive to ship it back so I would resell it for A BIG PROFIT on Internet. There is NO WAY TO GET A REFUND & THE MERCHANDISE IS CRAP. I lost $35

LiliGal My order was both late and not like the picture - poor quality!!

I ordered a shirt for a christmas gift on December 5th. They said it would take 5-15 days. I received it 21 days later, too late for a christmas gift. The shirt does not look like the picture, is made of horrible fabric with pulls in it and plastic thread hanging out on all the seams. They will not credit me, even though I tried to cancel when I did not receive by the 20th. The return shipping costs are the same amount I paid for the shirt. They will not pay to ship it back. The customer service is horrible and offered to give me 30% of the purchase price back. Who does that! BUYER BEWARE!

LiliGal My order was both late and wrong

On November 22, I ordered a dress to wear for Christmas (Order L1611230143152167). I received an email confirmation and, on December 3, a "shipment notification." On December 14 I contacted Lulugal to ask "Where is my order?" and was given the same "Please be patient and wait one more week" response several times, including on December 22. According to their "customer service, " I could not cancel my order because it was in transit and, like many other people, I had no idea that it was coming from China.

The package did finally arrive on December 24. The dress is the wrong color, looks nothing like the photo on the website, and, of course, it does not fit. After reading online reviews (and how I wish I had thought to do so before placing the order), it's clear that it would cost more to send it back than I actually paid for the dress, so I see no point in that. I will post a negative review wherever I can find a site that will accept it and will block any further communication from these people. What a waste of money and energy!

I have escalated this to a claim with Paypal and am hoping for at least some restitution, but I have little hope of that.

I ordered a coat from LuLugal and chose the size based on the size chart they provided. The coat arrived a week later than promised and was tiny. I tried to call customer service as their website says that is the only way to know how to return unusable merchandise. I have called their customer service number at least 50 times and it is always either busy or rings and rings until a voice comes on saying all circuits are busy; call back later. What can I do?

My experience was almost identical to yours. I ordered a dress Thanksgiving weekend 2016; did not research reviews; waited until mid-January when I received it after being "stuck" in Shanghai. Even though it was the correct dress, it was the wrong size, which was too small of course. Returning would cost almost as much as I spent to purchase it. I was told to keep it and would be given a 20% discount on next purchase. No thank you. I hoped a friend would be able to wear it, but, it was too small for her as well. I am now stuck with it that I will eventually donate to the needy.

LiliGal Poor quality, unethical behavior

I saw their sweater on Pinterest. Satisfaction is guaranteed and I thought the sweater would be perfect for Christmas . Quality is terrible, fabric feels like plastic, and the trim along the edges pulls and puckers the edges. Package arrived with smudged address and no paperwork inside. When you go to their website to read about how to return when not satisfied, it stated the only reason for a refund is defective merchandise. All other reasons must be approved by the company. Wrong size, not fitting, wrong color, etc are not reasons for a refund. Full refunds are about 60% because the rest is shipping and handling.

I SO wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. The items ordered came no where near fitting. Size chart is way off. Order No.: L1701070004442296 Very disappointed as I absolutely loved the items. Arms on both items are way too small. Not at all satisfied. My preference would be to return the items as there isn't an option for a larger size.

They sent me a ticket ID of. TO433972143 for the sale of the product. The only number listed, which may be the model number is USD7.12. I have tried contacting them but never a reply. I only paid $7.33 for it but it's still not right to take my money without sending me the item! Can you help me?

Lulugal is changing their name to Liligal because you can find so much relevant negative information about them with a Google search. I ordered 3 items, all were 4 inches or more too small in the bust. Each item had measurements listed online, so I knew they would fit when I ordered. First they suggested I donate the items and be a good person. Then they suggested they give me 40% refund and keep the items, as it would be extremely expensive to ship back. I'm not accustomed to losing a chunck of money when I'm sent items that were misrepresented and unservicable. After pestering, they gave me a Maryland address to ship the items back to for a full refund. I had just opened a PayPal dispute for this order, but figured I'd send the items back and close the dispute if they refunded my money. They received the items, and told me they would freeze my refund unless I closed the dispute (which would leave me no recourse, no items, no money.) I've proceeded through PayPal but it has been a fight, because I've had to screenshot my conversations to prove they asked me to send to Maryland, show proof of tracking, etc. These people should be banned from doing business in the U.S.

I ordered a coat in January; received it in March after numerous questions about when it would be shipped, etc. While waiting, early on, I ordered 4 tops sizes Medium; they came...1 was a medium; 2 appear to be smalls; 1 appears to be extra small. I had no idea this was a foreign shop...garments cheaply made. I am donating tops to the Salvation Army. I would never return them, because I am positive they would resell, and I would NEVER get a refund!
