swimsuit
I purchased a swimsuit from Liligal in May. When it arrived it did not fit properly and I returned it. The purchase price was $31.95 Plus shipping.
The P.O. tracking no has confirmed that it the returned item was received, but so far I have not been credited my purchase price.
When I called the only phone number I could find for Liligal, I was told that the item was sent from China and no one I spoke with could help me in any way re a refund.

Good luck trying to get a refund with this company. I ordered two swimsuits (6/25/18) and neither fit properly. I requested a refund through their website (7/10/18) but their response was that because I had to pay return shipping costs that I should keep the items and they would refund 50%. I responded that I couldn't wear the swimsuits so it was pointless for me to keep them. I'd rather return at my cost and get a refund. They then responded that the manager said the best offer they could make was for me to keep the swimsuits and they would refund 80%. I agreed since by accepting this offer I would at least get most of my money back. They said they would process the refund within one business day. A short time later they stated the refund was not completed successfully and closed my case so I have no way to respond. They don't answer emails and there is no way to contact them. Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. They ripped me off.
Liligal is not a customer friendly company. It is impossible to return an item to them. If there products are high quality, then they should be more willing to accept return items. Avoid at all costs.

These two shirts are so small they would fit a child. I ordered Large and needless to say, I could hardly get my arms through the sleeves. My receipt number is:
[protected] I would like a refund to my Visa account ending in 5957. It is unfortunate since these two shirts appeared to be proportional in the photos on line. The material is very stiff and much, much too small.

I received my order. While it fit, it was too fitted; much more than its photo represented. It was 1-2 sizes smaller than the listed measurements and arrived with a hole about the size of a quarter in the lining of the bra. The fabric, at the seam was obviously torn and the seam was sewn, showing the hole! Truly not worth the wait or the money. Very disappointed

My husband ordered swimsuits for me online at liligal.com, and when I finally received them, a month later, the swimsuits were too big. I went on the website and looked up the return/refund policy, filled out a return form, but at the end of the return form it is tricky and I mistakenly hit partial refund when I wanted a full refund. They sent me an email verifying partial refund and a ticket number. I immediately sent a message, somehow, through their contact center that I wanted a full return. They said that the message would take 24 hours for a response but I never received one. I sent another, but nothing in return. Now I am just trying to find an address to return the items, because under the policy the items have to be returned within 30 days. I have been trying for over a week to find a return address, and I have been unsuccessful. This is getting very frustrating! Every time that I try to contact them, their website puts me back to the login screen! Every time I try and put my ticket number in, their website puts me back into the login screen! Anything you try and do (except order items) like contact, help center, customer service, etc..., it puts you to "submit ticket number", then puts you back to login screen! Not a way to run a business at all; so disappointed & frustrated!
No paperwork came with my items (3 swimsuits), one fit and two did not. Could find no information on how to return the two items. Returned them to the address on the package with my name and address inside and out via UPS. To date I have not been credited and they are insisting I pay for the returned items. I will continue to fight this until I get the credit on my account!

But payment was still made. I have two email addresses. I'm not sure which one I used. I don't even want to give these people the satisfaction of one star. I give them ZERO.
I ordered a dress for a wedding in hopes I could wear it to another one. The dress arrived late and was cheap material. While trying to track the dress it said it shipped on May 8th and would arrive by the 15th, it didn't arrive until May 25th. When I opened the dress the hem was coming apart and just by me trying the dress on fell apart more. Online it looked like the material would be somewhat thick and with a silk shine to it. It was more of a cotton feel and was see threw. When I asked for a refund, more than once, I was told they will not give me a full refund. After many emails back and forth I had to SETTLE for an 80% refund because the MANAGER wouldn't give me more. WHAT company does that? It boggles my mind that they can sell merchandise and not give you back a refund. All while it states that they DO in fact give refunds and its an easy process. I call BULL. I will be sure to not only write on this website but as well as other to let people know how AWFUL this entire process has been. Whoever the manager is should be ashamed of this so called "business" they run. I also have no idea where I would even send something because they wouldn't confirm an address and it is impossible to talk to a person. POOR customer service.

I subscribed to Liligal because the clothes looked nice in the online ads. Now when I get emails from Liligal and try to click on a link to their website (or even when I try to go directly to their website), my ISP (Spectrum) will not allow me to go to that website; they say they have blocked it because it is a harmful website. So now, I'd like to unsubscribe but, when I click on "unsubscribe" in their emails, I get the "blocked" warning and I can't go to Liligal's website. I have looked for a Customer Service email so I could write to Liligal and ask them to take me off their email list, but I cannot find it. If anyone knows how I can email Liligal, I would greatly that information. Thanks, and have a terrific summer!

dress & blouse
I ordered this beautiful dress for my granddaughter's wedding & a blouse. It arrived in great time & they were both beautiful. However they're like a extra small. My 13 year old granddaughter could fit in them. These clothes aren't true to size at all very disappointing! So I tried to send them back I can't get anyone to answer me by email, there's no phone number or return address. Does anyone have an actual return address? Please & thank you!

I purchased a dress for my wife from liligal.com. When the package arrived it was a dress of similar (but inferior) design, but with the wrong size and material. The dress sent to us also had areas that were sewn together improperly. Due to the numerous issues with the dress we decided to return it. The return process seemed off (they were pushing for a partial refund) so I decided to do some research on the company. I found that this company routinely sends out inferior products and items that are not as described. They also have many complains where people do not receive their products at all. After several attempt to receive a full refund from the company I had to file a dispute with PayPal to receive my money back. Even after PayPal sided in my favor I had to continue to fight to not have to mail a poor imitation of the dress I ordered back to China. From everything I have seen this company actively engages in fraud by using stolen copyrighted photos of products they have no intention of delivering to consumers. They then avoid being escalated to PayPal by offering partial refunds and claiming that if the purchaser doesn't take it they will be responsible for paying for the expensive return shipping to China.

I had the same problem as many other people, sorry that I didn, t read the reviews first. Item was too small, a defect right in the front and very poorly constructed. All attempts to return have failed. Made in China! I will notify BOB but I have been scammed. Don, t but from Liligal!😈😈😈😠. They have great photos and marketing but don, t be fooled.

I Purchased a bathing suit which I need to return due to not fitting properly. I attempted to follow the process as instructed on the website however I cannot submit a ticket. I try to sign in with my email and password and it tells me one or the other is incorrect. I attempted to change my password and it tells me that my email does not exist despite the fact that I receive emails on a daily basis from this company. I ordered the grey lace panel Neck roll Tab sleeve usd $31.11...which came and also ordered it in blue.. the package arrived minus the blue lace top which was also ordered and paid for.
I would love to have it since it was paid for... if for some reason you are out of stock I would ask for a refund.

I ordered two swimsuits on August 28, 2017. The date is correct. I did not receive my order and I have not received a refund. This company needs to be shut down. It is a rip off. They stole $62.48 from me. Their customer service is ridiculous. I have submitted "a ticket" without any results. Do not use this company! If anyone has any information about them, please post it. Their home office is in China. I am working with the Better Business Bureau. Please file a complaint so that something can be done. At this stage I will never see my money. Tell everyone to stay away from this company.

On 04.04.18 I received 2 items of clothing alongside something I had ordered.I am trying to return them. They are not listed in my account, nor is the cardigan. I paid £51.33 by PayPal on 22.03.18. It seems impossible to contact Liligal. I haven't got a number to require a 'ticket ' as my order doesn't appear in my account. Indeed nothing appears on my account at all to say I have ever ordered anything. I have sent 2 emails to '[protected]@liligal.com but had an automated response saying I couldn't email to this email address, although this is the address they give you. It all comes down to ticking a box by your purchases, on your account. And as they don't appear on my account, this is impossible to do.
I am trying to request a refund for items [protected] in blue and [protected] in red. This is the only information I found about the items, which was on a sticky label found on each of the seelophane bags the clothes were in.
I have not created an account for Liligal with email address and password as I logged in through Facebook.
There was no paperwork in the parcel. I have had to find all the information on their website.
