So, we decided to return the units and asked for a refund of the cost of the devices as well as the month of monitoring that we never even got to use. But instead of getting a credit, we were threatened with a whopping $9,900 in early termination fees for a contract that we never even signed!
Thankfully, we had the foresight to block them from making any future charges to our card. But even after returning the devices 2 weeks ago, they still haven't given us the credit we deserve. It's like they don't even care about their customers!
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Linxup to my worst enemy. Their customer service is non-existent, and their devices are more trouble than they're worth. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.

When I got to work, I asked my boss to install it for me. But he told me that we already had a system with GPS, so I couldn't use it. I was really disappointed because I had spent so much money on it and I couldn't even use it. I decided to call Linxup to see if I could return it.
But when I called them, they told me that they had a no return policy and all sales were final. I was really surprised and didn't know what to do. I told them that I didn't know about the policy and they said that I should have gotten an email or been told by the salesperson. But I didn't get any of those things.
I called them several times to try to get my money back, but they just dismissed me. Finally, I talked to a guy named Mike Alexander. He said that he understood my frustration and that he would listen to the phone call between me and the salesman to see if I was informed about the policy. But I never heard back from him.
It's now December 8th and I still haven't heard anything from them. I don't know if the product is any good because I never got to use it. But I want to warn other people that all sales are final and there are no returns. So if you buy something from Linxup, make sure you know what you're getting into.

When the system does track, the addresses are often incorrect, the times are inaccurate, and the length of stops isn't logged correctly. It's become impossible to track our vehicles effectively.
We've tried reaching out to Linxup via email, but they haven't responded to any of our approximately 15 messages. Their phone staff seems untrained and unaware of the technical issues. We're currently trying to get out of our contract with them. Additionally, if one of the tracking units fails, they require you to mail it back and wait for them to fix it or send a new one. This means you're paying for the service but not getting any tracking for weeks.
Linxup has made promises to assign a specific person to address our issues and ensure we're taken care of, but we haven't heard from that person since August. They've dropped the ball repeatedly. We strongly advise against signing up for this service. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Scammers! How are they still in business!?
Avoid this company at all costs please! They are scammers. they will answer right away when you want service then when you become a customer they’ll stop picking up your phone call, you have to call from different phone numbers if you need help, they sent me a used tablet that did not work and in order for me to send it back I had to pay THEM $80 for their mistake? Then they sent me new equipment and it didn’t work from day one! I started service June 2nd and had issues all the way until July 10th calling them everyday nonstop because of this. When I wanted to stop service because I realized they were scammers it was too late! They will pull the money out of your account even though they offer you “ free “ equipment! They charged me $2300 dollars! I had to call my bank and I will be taking action against these people.
