The credit of lycamobile in germany was theft /fraud twice when reloaded the SIM account. 15 euros altogether is lost missing. When call customer service 322 ringing no answer emails silent. Last email sent from Rachid Saadoun customer agent will look into it and then keep silent?

I ported my number to lyca, never got service, can not call can not text, nothing. Called dozens of times always being told my issue was being escalated to a higher level to resolve the issues, never got a call back. Also, sent several emails, no response. Representatives are extremely rude and will just hang up or put you on hold endlessly.
I have never in my life experienced such absolutely horrible customer service, absolutely avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible service in cancelling mobile plan
Over the past week, Lycamobile had its system hacked and I have been calling them multiple times (with each time waiting for more than 30 mins to get through), only to get a 'our system is currently still down so please call back in 1 hour's time'.
My phone was stolen (so as my SIM card) and I have been wanting to cancel my plan but it is still ongoing and I have been charged for the new month as well. This is so frustrating, you have totally failed your customers, Lycamobile.

I tried to top-up and i couldn't, i tried by the website many times and it just said "internal error", i tried again and now i can't login to my account, and all what it show is "internal error". I tried uninstalling the app, and now when i tried to log in... It says that i have to use a valid number, even if I'm using my Lycamobile number. Absolutely a disaster, and it is the same every month, by the way, I'll change to another company, because this one, is the worst of every company that i tried, and the worst internet service provider.

I bought a sim on 19th September with a £5 voucher as on the side it said that I can get 20 GB with £5. However, when I called the customer service, they said that I have to recharge top up another £5 to get 20 GB. I did that and then the balance showed £9.75. So had to recharge another £1.99. I have had multiple discussions with you and invested a considerable amount of time. I subscribed to your 5G network service and paid the corresponding fees accordingly, as indicated on your website. However, what I actually received was a 3G network service with a speed of 0.0001k/s. I feel like I'm living in the Stone Age with such internet speeds. Despite communicating with your customer service multiple times and trying every possible solution, the issue remains unresolved. I applied to file a complaint, and your customer service claimed you would assist me with it, but in reality, you did nothing at all. Furthermore, your customer service agreed to provide a full refund and terminate the contract, but you failed to return any fees within the promised three-day period and did not terminate the contract as you had pledged. I have communicated with you numerous times, but you did nothing. I would like to terminate the contract, receive my refund, and put an end to their incredibly annoying advertising harassment. Thank you, I am utterly frustrated and exasperated with your terrible service. Thanks for your understanding.

Poor customer service; not helping
Am not able to recharge my lycamobile online ever since I started using it. I called customer service who then told me to change browser, try laptop etc. which I did and it never worked. Then they told me it's a problem with the bank. I tried another card but it still won't recharge. I use these cards on all other website with no issues. Every month it's been a pain finding a lycamobile dealer who will recharge and they always take $2 more than the plan cost. Now I am in a situation where I can only recharge online. I am not able to use my phone for anything and it's been a week ever since I have been surviving on Wi-Fi. Their service team is only good at saying I am sorry for your inconvenience instead of finding an alternate temporary solution or being of actual help.
Because of this, I am porting my number to another carrier, but when I called customer service to get account number and PIN to port, they said they can only provide if my number has an active plan right now. It's been a week since I am trying to recharge but not able to. Now I want to switch carrier, unable to recharge my number but need to keep my current number on a different carrier. And all they can say is I am sorry for your inconvenience. This is ridiculous. Do not buy lycamobile sim.

Today is the day my phone number stopped working bc of an unpaid bill, this same sang day is also the day they decided to temporarily suspend my account. now ive been calling them for the past 2 hours but no one will pick up. the robot on my phone will tell me "click 9 to speak to a representative" and ill be spamming 9 and then the robot will randomly say "GOOD BYE". im just confused and annoyed as i need this phone number. im emailing them now to hopefully have this issue fixed

I have traveled outside of the USA for a month. After coming back I lost my Lyca sim card. I have raised a complaint with Lyca support. they have taken 3 weeks to unblock my sim. since then contacting Lyca support via email and helpline. After 60+days. Now they are saying my number cannot be swapped due to the last frequently dialed numbers are not showing on their side because it has passed the 90days. So I cannot get the number to use or port out. I have this number from the last 2+ years.

Hello all, I would like to share my experience with Lycamobile. So, I decided to port in my existing phone number to them and now I am stuck big time. They offer the worst customer services, their agents are extremely rude, untrained, and hang up the phone themselves without resolving issues.
I don't want to stay with them and have been calling them to provide me a port out or a transfer pin which they provide after their pathetic verification process which requires frequently dialed phone numbers and every time I provide them with the right ones to which they respond I failed to verify and call us back again. This company is harassing me every time I call them. So far, I have been waiting for 4 days and called them over 10 times. I want to make you aware of their unethical behavior towards customers. In their policy, they could verify the information by asking me for a security pin which pretty much every other company does. This is not really what I was looking for.

My phone was blocked (due to suspiciously done top ups) on 20th April and after calling the Customer service and sending emails and giving details about my ID and card number, I was told that my phone will be unblocked in 24 to 48 hours.

Not able to make outgoing calls or sms
I have recharged the Lyca sim with my number [protected] for 6 months with a plan of $16/per month. The sim is in the name of Suryakanti Debata and my email address is [protected]@ucr.edu. I am using Samsung F23 5G handset and I am only able to use mobile internet service. I am not able to make outgoing calls or sms. Even after complaining 5 times, my issue is not yet resolved.

My lycamobile number has been blocked since last week of feb 2023
The dispute is for Jan 13, 2023 transaction which I had not done and raised concern for the same with the bank in Feb 2023. Also have validated from Lycamobile customer care that there was no transaction happening on my number on the same date, but still there was a charge done on my credit card from Lycamobile.
My bank responded back on March 15, 2023, 'We've completed our initial investigation of your disputed transaction and have found in your favor. This means we'll reverse the temporary credit on your account and apply a credit adjustment. You will not be charged for this transaction, including any related interest or fees."
But Lycamobile team not agreed on it and gave me below two options -
1. Share 4 document (• Photo ID, • Bank Statement, • Front of your bank card used displaying the first 6 digits and last 4 digits, • A letter of confirmation from your bank stating that you have revoked the chargeback claim). Upon receipt of the documents, they will be forwarded to the relevant department, which will process the reinstatement of your account.
2. If you are unable to request that the funds be reversed by the relevant bank, you can top up your number for the chargeback amount of $ plus a $5 per transaction penalty.
I went for option 1 and had shared all documents whatever was asked over email, but no response further. Attaching all document here again
Seeing no response, I opted for the 2nd option and did an international credit of $30 as per the ask from lycamobile team. Even called and did emails multiple times but no update on unblocking my number.
It is really frustrating, please help to get this unblocked urgently as the disputed amount is already paid back to Lyca and credited in my account of lycamobile.

My credit card was charged twice for a monthly plan. I was told that there is no record of it in their system. I was asked to send them my bank statements to verify those transactions but they still say its reasonable. See their [censored]ty response here.
"We discovered that you were charged on January 13 while you were still with Lycamobile, and you requested to transfer to a different provider on January 28. Hence, the charge is valid."
They charged my credit card three times on Dec 29, 2022, Jan 13, 2023, and Jan 28, 2023.
Case II
My Lycamobile plan ended on Jan 28 and I attempted to switch to T-Mobile, but I was unable to do so because I could not obtain my account number and PIN from Lycamobile. I contacted customer support via the chat feature and was advised to recharge my SIM card and obtain my account number. I recharged my account and my simcard was active. I was also informed that there is a 24-48 hour window to request a refund so I don't pay that amount since I am not going to use it, but when I followed these steps, I was told that I should have requested a refund before porting my number out. I am disappointed in the lack of clear information provided and feel that Lycamobile cheated to take my money. I requested a refund of 19.95$ which was charged same day within 2-3 hours but did not get a positive response.

1) The website is horribly designed:
deleting items from the cart is working incorrectly,
paying from paypal is not directing to paypal but using the information entered when trying to pay by credit card, etc;
2) Even after recharging with 20 Euros, the amount was spent in 2 days using only google maps and text on whatsapp on two trips: I was told that without having bought a "bundle", the rate was "higher";
3) trying to acquire such bundle on the website did not work, was told to go to a shop within Paris to buy a recharge directly from a buralist (the buralist to whom I talked before had no idea how to do this, which is why I was using the website).

I asked for proof of usage and Barring for my lost sim card number [protected] on 02/11/2022, till date I have not yet get any update regarding my query even after sending £10 voucher via email on [protected]@lycamobile.co.uk. Whenever I call the customer service, I was promised to put my query on high priority each time which never happened in my case. If you ask for any other to resolve this query, never got answer back for an alternate way to help me. I think company should also focus on customer service instead of selling lots of sim card to increase the new customers where you cannot help the old customers.
I lost my mobile (£1200 worth) as well at the same time, there fore to claim my device from Barclays insurance, they required proof of address and proof of usage for the sim card.
Desired outcome: I would just like proof of usage and barring for my lost sim card otherwise I will not be able to claim for my lost mobile device from Barclays insurance.

SIM card blocked for nearly a weak with no support from customer care
Requested to port an existing mobile number from micro SIM card to nano SIM card, they blocked the number making both sims unusable and the problem is unsolved for nearly a weak. The mobile number which I had been using for 7 users which was tied to all my financial accounts is no longer working and I h get no support from lycamobile customer care. Every operator rises a new request closing old one but gives no definitive answer and when the problem will be fixed. The worst mobile service provider I have worked with is lycamobile.
They fixed the sim, but internet doesn’t work for more than a month. Customer care service doesn’t help in any way. Horrible experience with this mobile provider.
