250114-000593 Case number
I believe I placed 2 orders on Dec 15 2024.
I kept waitting for delivery and going almost daily to the local store to pick up. They kept telling me the order was in transit.
Finally after a month they got me to contact the online order dept. Apparently they now consider my order lost in transit.
I told them I did not wish to cancel my order and asked them to honor the price.
I realize one order is out of stock. No problem.
However the other order has 8 bottles in the warehouse, 17 at tenth and Innis and 57 at Gloucester. I asked that they honor that order. The answer was no on 3 occasions.
I don't think it is fair. Even a grocery store would have made arrangements to honor the price of my contract with them if the product could still be obtained.
I asked that my case be elevated to some other level. Perhaps you can help.

Desired outcome: The 12 bottles at the price I paid.
