I grow a garden, collect seeds, and when I found Listia I thought I had hit pay dirt. I have had such sweet little notes and prompt service. Being a newbie I goofed once and buyer so understanding--I more than made up for the error in my shipment. Maybe gardeners are just a wonderful down to earth group to hang with. I don't know, but I have enjoyed so immensely. Only been at it a few weeks, but constantly got things going out and coming in. Christmas every day!

I'm a huge fan of Listia, I'm not living in LA LA land, I know some people/auctions are scams! Read everything, ask questions and if you don't feel comfortable don't bid(simple)! I've been on Listia for about 6 months, I have a 100% track record, and plan to keep it! I only list NEW or slightly used items, and only bid on the same, I have had a couple of issues with buyers, but at the end of the day it's not worth it to argue with them, Listia is fun for me and I intended to keep it that way. :)

I love love love Listia!
I had to comment. People are complaining about the other people on the site, which, in my opinion, shouldn't reflect on Listia. People are weird, rude and sometimes down right nasty. I love this site. I have gotten soooo much yarn on this site that I have been making afghans for my whole family and I have not paid one penny. I have listed so many products with occasional mishaps, but that's based on the people on the site. I will be on the Listia selling and bidding for as long as they will have me!
Best Site Ever
I have been a member since Aug 2012 and could not be happier. I read these bad reviews and wonder if there is something these folks just don't grasp. Yes, you can buy credits and support the site or earn them for free by taking surveys, completing goals or just watch a video. When you sell, I strongly advise to mail with tracking and save your own butt. Yes I had a buyer state her tracked item was not received. Sad sad sad. So yes there are the scammers on both ends. Just like court you need to prove your case with any dispute. No need to complain when it doesn't go your way. So get the clutter out of your house, list it and get what you want for free. This site is so easy to use. I'm not going anywhere.

I had a negative experience with the customer service assistant
I had a negative experience with the customer service assistant. I initially reached out for help in adding my mailing address to a new Lithia account that I created after leaving the app three years ago. During this process, it was discovered that my old account, which I thought had been deactivated, was still active. The customer service representative decided to ban and revoke all the points I had earned on my current account that I was using. They also assisted me in recovering my old account, but did not transfer the credits I had earned on my new account. The company had changed its currency three years ago and recently switched back. Before the currency switch, I had earned over 6 million Listia points. However, now that they have switched back to Listia points or credits, they refuse to acknowledge the amount of points I had previously earned. They claim that I currently have less than 2000 points. They are also refusing to transfer the credits or give me back the credits I had obtained three years ago. To purchase two items with the amount of credits currently on the website would cost me a significant sum.
Points refund by Listia
After purchase of Listia item which was claim to be 18 K white gold chain when i receive the chain a got chain to tested in Jewerly store to find ouy thay is not gold but silver. I notify Listia Seller and Listia administration of this problem and return the chain. To my surprise Listia awarded points (30K) to Seller due to that I did not ask Listia to mail this item back, That I did not went by return procedure
After checking Listia procedure ,Listia do not have any return procedure and is obvious that I got scam by bogus item but listia award points to scamming Seller anyway! I want my points to be refunded,

Can’t refund buyer due to a pending dispute
I sent the buyer the item she bid on and 26 days later she claims she never received them when they should have been delivered to her within a week or so she should have just reached out to me before the time window of a week before payment was transferred to me and she said she would be reaching out to customer service since I was acting in a way supposedly she didn’t like I was just making a point that’s all I mailed it in a bright yellow envelope birthday card size

I only do free shipping and i can not pay on items i won because it keeps saying pay 50 cents this has happened often and me and the seller are confused because i win from her a lot and had no trouble paying and have received my items can you please fix this problem for me thank you so i can pay for my item with my points

I used get it now to get something and then the seller says it’s out of stock and yet it was listed up for sale and then she sent me a gift card code for Walmart and it didn’t work it says I need the physical card to use it online the seller is a liar and she’s not agreeing with the dispute when she should have just given me a full $12 refund thanks to her I have to wait forever to get this dispute solved I blocked her online because she was being very rude and insulting me and bullying me

doing surveys
For some unknown reason i am unable to do peanutlabs survey, all i get is blue balls going around in a circle . Getting very aggravated, you can get a lot of INXS. Doing those surveys .Please check into this and fix it, thank you . I have been on listia for a while now and i have won many bids and never had any problems until now . Liked it so much better the other way..

I am unable to do any peanut lab surveys all I get is blue circles going around in circles . I never had this problem the old way. I earned lots of credits and won many bids. I really enjoyed it the old way . Now I can't do the surveys and you don't get as many credits . It's just not as much fun as it used to be but I'm still on here just not as much . Please fix so I can at least do the surveys . Thanks.

Convinced she is just trying to get free items. I told her I added extra things to the listing for her patience and that lot was worth at least 75$ and 15$ shipping. I'm very upset. I already sent the item. I will not be duped on Listia. I'll never sell again on listia because of dishonest buyers like treetrunks. I have nothing but good feedback on the same item. And I even sent extra items like blankets.

My name is bill ford, i've been on listia for a while now. I don't really like the new format (inks) I think it was better the old way. The old way I use to be able to build up my credits to 1, 000 or more just by doing surveys and I won many bids, now I can't even do the surveys. When I go under peanutlabs to do surveys all I get is blue dots going around in circles, very frustrating, hopefully you can straighten this out. Thank you.
points or xnk not received after completing an offer
I have been on here for years loved it then a few changes happened ok I learned to deal with it but I completed an offer promising 625 xnk after the item was delivered. Got the item great. Now where's my points I have been fighting for months over this listia says contact the company the company says the are not affiliated I even sent screenshots from the company saying item was delivered still no everywhere I go no help and there is no customer service number to call got excited when I found one and it was disconnected so no points for me and they don't even read what I write just say go here I said I did they say it again or get nasty we told you contact the company not us but it's your xnk and the company will not help either and I am finding more and more people aren't sending things after I won I get they have seven days to get it in the mail but I have had to dispute more auctions in the last 6 months then in the last few years. I think if I don't get my promised 625 xnk when I get the chance I am going to bid and burn thru my remaining xnk then end my account this is ridiculous.

I've only been on here for a short time but I used to be an old listia customer and I don't understand why we can't buy credits or as you guys call them XNK. Why are we not allowed to buy credits??? There's only so many things that you can put on here for auction to get credits to get things so I'm confused on why we can't buy credits. If it's not fixed...

I had 113, 197 in credits so I bid on stuff. Then I had to pay $3.88 before I could get my monkey seeds. I won another bid something I really wanted now it's saying I owe $10.88 I'm not paying again when I should of had enough credits. It was free shipping... I showed them what it's all about, the different categories, how to bid, to keep and eye on bids, shipping, how to get credits either purchase or do the surveys and inviting friends to join will get you credits . They both seem to like the Idea of Listia and both seem interested to join. I have gotten both of them to join Listia and yet I have NOT received any credits for doing so . Why is that ? There is a code to use but I didn't know how to use it when my friends joined and I still don't . The code is CNLXFC which would give me 50, 000 credits for each friend that joins . I would greatly appreciate it if you would check into this and reward me with the credits I am due .Thank you very much ...

For no reason, my account on Listia has been suspended for about 6 months.
I called them numerous times and sent multiple emails. They have no answer for me.
I want to know why exactly it was blocked and what so terrible was done by me that they made this decision?
Needless to say, several of their representatives tried to help me and understand why it happened, but they didn't help because they had no access to the database (and it's strange_. I am n a criminal and did nothing illegal.
Stop being jerks and return my account.

So that's why this website is full of spammers, scammers and other different garbage willing to cheat you and get your money as soon as possible.
Of course, once you paid, forget about service and what you have just ordered.

I've been selling things on Listia for over two years and never had any problems. I was a long time user with good reputation, but for some reason they banned me and closed my account! The worst part of this story is that no one ever bothered to contact me! They simply cancelled my account and that's all. I can't get any help from Listia support because these people have zero interest in helping me. They said that I broke their rules and did no even explain what rules, when and etc. This is terrible and I have no idea what to do. Listia moderators are terrible and they do not respect their users!
