I was at a Dierks Bentley concert with my friends (I am 21 and we had a DD) and I was in the bathroom holding back my friends hat because she had to vomit. All of the sudden we heard banging on the the and I was grabbed by both arms by two women hwho were being very rough and told me I was being kicked out because I was "too intoxicated." I had 3 or 4 drinks. I was not cause any harm, just holding my friends hair back. I will not stop contacting this company until it is known that my complaint has been heard. There were men infront of us dealing cocain and I was kicked out for no reason they didn't ID me or give me a sobriety test. I am very very angry with this company and their clear unprofessionalism.
double charged
I submitted an order online after connecting to WiFi and it charged me twice for the order. I did not refresh or submit twice. Please correct this flaw. I do not want two full orders of food or two bottles of wine. Why would this service be ordered if it is going to charge someone twice for the same order? I would like to be refunded and do not want double the amount.
employee discrimination
Because I am a young black male that was falsely fired because the venue manager believed without any proof because obviously I was falsely accused of doing something I didn't do. Claiming that I was selling wristbands without evidence to prove his belief. Was the only young black male assigned to give guest wristbands during this event.

My little sister and I attended the Endless Summer Tour last night. In our correct seats enjoying our time, when one of the people from live nation come around and ask us to go back to our seats. Mind you a concert is going on we tell her these are our seats and she keeps arguing with us telling us we are wrong and forcefully trying to move us. Our mom had bought a seat a few sections back so we were going to our mom and my sister tried to go through the rail when the lady pulled her down and she fell down to the floor and when I tried to pick her up she proceeded to pull me away from her. If possible I'm going to do anything in my power for this [censored] to lose her job, she ruined our concert made us miss some of it and had us moved from our original seats! Also, my sister is a minor so when I find out who she is we are pressing charges.
merchandise stand.
During the Band Wagon tour, I bought a $40 Miranda Lambert shirt along with a $15 coozie. After walking away from the stand, a gentleman ran into my and got ketchup all over my white shirt. After that happened, I approached the stand again, where they told me to "put cold water" on it. I asked to speak to the manager, Chelsea, where she told me nothing can be done. I felt as though this company could eat $50.00 out of the thousands of dollars this company made tonight. I spend a lot of money and left completely disatisfied. I felt like the customer service was absolutely terrible.
warp tour pnc bank arts center
My 14 year old daughter attended Warp Tour at PNC in NJ and was physically thrown to the ground by a security person for Live Nation. She was about a 3 feet away from a performer and yelled out to him how his music helped her through her anxiety and depression and without warning a security office threw her on the ground leaving her with bruises and a cut on her leg and just walked away and never even said anything to her. When she complained to security they told her that there was nothing they could do because she didn't know the badge number of the person which was hard for her to get since she was face down on the ground bleeding and crying
pnc music pavilion in charlotte nc
Everytime I have been to a concert at the PNC Music pavillion the amount of sloshed drunk people is and has gotten worse. The security staff is more interested in watching for hot girls than actually doing their job. This is up at the front of the stage area. Especially for Country Music concerts. I've been to all tyoes of concerts there and security is descent for Rap/ Rock concerts but country its a free for all. Over 50% of the people were so drunk they could barely walk and they were still getting served alcohol.! Over half those people I questioned weather they were of drinking age. Something bad is going to happen when you have zero security, drunk people not even able to form or comprehend a sentence. This is the 10th country concert I've been to that is out of control. My 15 year old was offered beer by numerous drink people, even though I told them she was 15. Some women threw beer in my 15 year olds face for not dancing with her. We told security and they did nothing. I'm not a violent person or all of that CV ould have ended very badly before security would havr ever known . They were to busy watching Miranda Lambert and the free concert. This incident happened July 12th. It's not a good mix when people are extremely intoxicated, they don't even know what their doing, saying etc. The woman throwing beer at a minor should have been kicked out but instead she was allowed to stay and enjoy the concert while my 15 year old cried because she had no idea why the woman did it and it hurt her feelings. We paid good money just like everyone else and have the right to enjoy the show with out being groped and harasses. We should not be sexually harassed by women and no one take it seriously. If that were a man that did that to my daughter he would have been kicked out but since it was a women I guess no one cared. There is zero control and that will only lead to disaster.
Yes that is correct, they said there was nothing they could do about it and brushed us off. We were in the pit area.
You told the Security that that woman threw a beer at your daughter and they did nothing?
Yes! That is correct. We were in the pit area and they told us there was nothing they could do about it and brushed us off. I get it's the pit and your gonna get pushed and stuff spilled on you but she threw the beer in her face.
That's rough. I don't know what I would do then. Maybe exaggerate that the crazy woman was throwing beer at everyone and if they don't do something, she's probably gonna end up getting her [censored] kicked. That, or giving up and standing back. As for the groping, I think you should write to the organizers about that.
I purchased a 60 dollar poster...
and they sent the poster in a cardboard box with bubble wrap around it. Really? A poster with bubble wrap around it. The edges of the poster are bent and look terrible. Then the return instructions say to use the return packing slip that's enclosed. You wont believe it but there is no return packing slip. Then I tried to call the customer service number that is supposed to be open 6am-9pm. I called at 7:15 eastern time, and they are closed. What ever you do don't order anything from Live Nation Merchandise. How hard would it be to put the poster in a poster tube? On top of all that they charged almost 12 dollars to ship a poster. TERRIBLE!

price reduction on previously purchased tickets
Hello,
We purchased tickets for the Journey/Def Leppard show at Target Field for a July 27, 2018 show. I see that the tickets in our section have been reduced by over $100/per ticket now. That is a price difference of over $600 for our order. I would like to get the difference refunded back to our credit card since we can no longer exchange/upgrade to better seats now due to your price reduction on all of the seats (they told me they have to be of equal value or higher). I would appreciate a timely response by a representative.
Thank you for your time,
Jody Gebhart
keybank pavilion/buffet concert
I took my boyfriend to the Key Bank Pavilion for the Buffet concert for his Birthday this past Saturday and it was a disaster. The venue opened at 6:30 for an 8 pm show so thousands of people all were waiting all at once to get in. Our tickets finally scanned at 9:20, he was off the stage at 10:15. Awesome. We asked for a refund and the facility said we have to call Ticket Master. It isn't Ticket Masters fault at all and I can't get a refund through them. This is all over the internet so you know it happened. Can I please get a refund or credit or something?
lynyrd skynyrd meet and greet in bristow va 7/7/18
This was the absolute worst meet and greet experience I have ever had and because of our experience we will no longer be purchasing anymore meet and greet packages that live nation does. Here is our story.
We did receive our email informing us on where to start. Upon pulling into the parking lot in which we purchased the vip parking pass we were parked in the regular parking lot that had a premier parking sign. Not the vip parking lot I thought we were purchasing around the back of the venue where we could just walk through the gate and be in the venue. Had I known this is where we would be parking, why would I have paid an extra $40 when we were arriving at 4pm and would have been in a very good spot anyways. To me just because you put a sign up does not mean we received what was promised. We walked to the gate and could see the vip sign easily. But the host girl never gave us any instructions or told us anything. We received the drink vouchers and the raffle ticket but were never told when the raffle was being held or where. The food we were served was a joke. You know what it was, I dont have to repeat it. Before I left to go to my seat, I stood and waited for the host to stop talking to a table, but after about 20 min it was obvious she could care less about the customers or doing her job and we gave our tickets away and went to sit in our seats. She should have spoken to us all with a microphone and explqained to us what was going on. This was my first meet and greet at jiffy lube live and I am sure I was not the only one who wondered what was happening. Then when we were given the small piece of paper telling us where to go for the picture we saw that is was at 8:30pm while.38 special was playing. Why was this not scheduled in the beginning when no bands were playing? Why should I have to miss 30 min of the band before the headliner to take this picture? This should have been done at 5pm. Not 8:30. With taxes I paid about $630 a ticket. Thats alot of money to malke we miss half of 38 special for a 10 second picture. To say I feel cheated is a severe understatment. This is how you treat your best customers? And to not let us in the crate and barrel vip section without charging me more money is just ludicrous. I think I am going to stop coming to jiffy lube live altogether after this. Or at least I will not be purchasing anything in the line of vip or meet and greet. I almost purchased the ozzy osbourne vip for $2250 and after this experience I am soooo happy I did not. If I paid that kind of money to be treated like pond scum I would have been livid. You need to learn how to treat the customers that pay the money to have an experience alot better or you are going to see that people are not going to pay those ridiculous prices for a terrible experience like I had. And it is not the money. I have plenty of that. It is the principal. I have been to other meet and greets and this was the absolute worst experience of all of them. And to rip me off for the $40 parking that was not vip parking was just the icing on the cake. It is a shame because I love to meet the bands and get a picture with them. I honestly do not know if this is the venues fault, live nation or the band but someone dropped the ball. I guarantee you if you paid the $1500 it cost me altogether for the service and experience we had you would be ticked off also.
Greatly enjoyed the Eagles/James Taylor concert in Washington, DC on July 26, 2018. First class production. Regarding promotional items, we're sorry to report that we didn't have a positive experience . Live Nation sent us an offer for a 40th anniversary deluxe edition consisting of an original studio album, a hardbound book, 2 CD's/1 Blue-ray, and a remastered CD. Considering that we spent almost $2, 000 on tickets to the concert we wrongly assumed that numerous attempts to contact leadership, including CEO Michael Rapino, might result in a comp of the anniversary edition. Wrong assumption...he nor his leadership team would respond to our repeated attempts to contact them via email, regular mail, and LinkedIn. Guess that once they had our money they were not interested in us any longer. Brian and Mark M
Thanks for this info. We are going tonight and the info. seems so wrong. Pre-show party 5-7 - you would think the band would be there. NO, you have to go at 8:30 for the quick photo op but, NO time for autographs because of time constraints we're told? Really?! As you said, approx. $600 for a ticket and they don't have time for a 2 second signature?! I'm not happy that we'll have to miss part of BAD COMPANY just to get what we "thought" we paid for! Like you, last meet & greet. I sure hope LS had nothing to do with this because I wouldn't think they would want their fans feeling this way!
I want my money back!!
I paid over $50 for a lawn seat for a concert that I only got to see 1/3 of because of the long lines to just get it. We waited over an hour and a half to get it in the gate! This has never happened before! I will never go to another Live Nation-sponsored concert again! Waste of my money and I want a refund! It was 9:15 by the time we got in the gates!
seats
I want to thank you for all you do for veterans thru Vettix. I attended a lot of concerts in the 70s. Then went in the Marines for many years. Music still was very important in my life, hell, thru 70s and 80s I can give you artist and album it came from and history.
I can't afford tickets nowadays, but thru you and Vettix I have got a chance to see the Doobies, Steely Dan, Ian Anderson, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. People can [censored], moan and groan on this site, but they don't see the other side of you. I Do! THANK YOU!
ledisi concert vip package
I purchased the vip package for the ledisi show several months before the show date. It included early entry, access to the vip lounge (the warrior room), a meet and greet, a signed photo, a t-shirt, and tour merchandise plus my ticket price. I paid a separate fee for parking. Prior to arriving I received emails providing instructions on where to park and how to obtain a validation sticker. I also received an email instructing me to be there no later than 530pm and that I would be greeted by "kyle" at the vip table and given my vip badge. I arrived at the venue at 510pm and checked in at the box office as instructed to get my validation sticker. I then proceeded to get in line. No one came out at 530pm. At 6pm, a guy came out to put up the ropes off areas. We went to the box office to complain and were told that someone would come out to talk to us. The doors were opened at 615pm and we were let into the lobby where we stood for another 15 minutes. We complained further about our treatment. We were then lead upstairs to wait in line again for 30 minutes where we learned is where the photo was to be taken with ledisi. After the photo, we were instructed to go back downstairs to pick up our tshirt (which they informed us they only had mediums and then got xl from the for sale side... We needed 2xl) and a signed photo. No one ever escorted or told us about a warrior room. We entered the seating area and waited until the show started at approximately 815pm. We had now been at the venue 3hrs before anyone had even sung a song and my vip experience had been a bunch of waiting and disappointment. The venue has blamed the tour company of the late door opening and the tour company has blamed the venue for not informing us of the warrior room. But kyle was supposed to meet us and the venue stated this person was on the tour's team. I as m requesting a full refund for having to stand in the hot sun for over an hour when we could have been cool in the lounge area. I've sent screenshots of the warrior room access pass to her team and they've denied it was part of the package.
venue service by top boss
Hello,
I am concerned over the fact the leader of the Key Bank Pavalion who stated he is the top person below the GM, would not listen to what I was stating.
I traveled here from Ohio with my Caregiver and At Home Nurse both with VA identification. I was given the wrong seats they were accessible seats but not ADA for myself and service animal.
The box office originally handeld the request. After realizing there was no room for my self and my service dog. I spoke to my guest relation host who was very nice and pointed me to the supervisor over seeing her.
After the supervisor they placed me with the Guest relations. After about 20 minutes another supervisor came over and handlers the situation in regards to the seating situation for myself. Instead of walking all the way back up to the box office due to no carts availible.
When I got to my seat I notified my Caregiver and at home Nurse that we have premission. As I was moving chairs to place them beside me and my service dog. As I was getting them over is where the guy just below the GM got involved. He stated he did not give me premission to add any chair.
As I was trying to state it was one of his supervisors who led us here and told us to move there, he cut me off immediately. He then took the chair and walked away!
I was trying to state that if there were no seats available I would have just gone up to box office and that it was a medical necessity to have both Induviduals along with my service animal. I don't get much out especially exiting the service and this is the first concert of the year Keith Urban Graffiti World Tour at Key Ban Pavalion on 06/23/2018
unethical behavior
I had a situation at the end of the concert last night, and the staff did a poor job handling it. I had lost my friend who was giving me and my girlfriend a ride back to Syracuse. My phone had died, and I didn't know how to make it to the appropriate part of the parking lot where I could potentially start looking for my friend. While being very nervous we went looking for him and asked a member of the show staff where I could find the lot. In my moment of anxiousness I needed assistance, and instead, I was met with a threatening and aggressive tone. We were screamed at and were refused the information we desperately needed. All we wanted was help, but we got everything but that. This disheartening encounter led to making the situation worse than it ever needed to be. The staff made a situation that was easy to solve into a scary and very stressful one. After leaving the situation, I could no longer trust any of the event staffs because of the newfound fear of the seemingly innocent staff members. It was one of the most offensive and disgusting acts I have witnessed among a person with auhtoity in my life. I now have to think twice about coming back to Darien Lake for a concert due to these actions. It's unfathomable that I will not be able to enjoy concerts at this venue because of the conduct of your staff.
ticket delivery methods
I ordered tickets to a concert for my son's birthday and realized after receiving the email notification that the tickets were to be delivered using the credit card. This meant that my son would have to take my credit card to the concert and scan it to get in. I wanted either will call or PDF versions. I used the live chat and was told that I could not change it and that I could not cancel the order. I could only change my ticket entry preference on law tickets. I didn't understand why they only offered one ticket entry method for any seats above and beyond the lawn spots.
ts not up to livenation or ticketmaster on how the tickets get fulfilled. that is completely at the venue/promoters of the event's discretion .
employee : michael page
I had been asked to escort someone to the Tom Jones concert on May 21, 2018 at the Toyota pavilion in Irving. Since I have never been to the venue I was quite excited to see it since I had tickets for a show in June at that same venue. 50 minutes into Tom's performance I was tired of bobbing my head back-and-forth to try to see from the tall people in front of me and it was rather hot being crammed like sardines in those small chairs on the floor, so I proceeded to get up to get some air and went and stood by the bar located stage right. I walked around the bar and saw some bar style seating and two gentlemen standing at the bar leaned up against it. so I walked up and stood behind one of the gentleman both gentleman had drinks in their hands one gentleman step back and bumped into me not spilling his drink, and we stood there for a few moments and watched the show. About that time two more gentleman walked up behind me the first two had walked off. I was approached by an employee named Michael Page in a red shirt who asked me to produce my ticket. I explain to him that my tickets were in the middle of the venue and I had gotten up to get some air because I was feeling quite ill. He Then began to berate me and tell me I was blocking the aisle and could not stand by the bar. He then began to berate the gentleman behind me and tell them they had to move also when we explain were just standing there watching the show he became more agitated and more forceful in fact in countering one of the gentleman and saying that he could not stand by the bar because what if someone got bumped and spilled their drink who's going to pay for it you? There were two gentlemen in front of me that had drinks one of them bumped me didn't spill a drink so I didn't have to pay for it . His excessive bullying to get us to move to the point that he waved his flashlight and called a fireman over to remove us, only to have the fireman explain to him if he wanted us removed he needed to call the fire marshal. He then began waving his flashlight again trying to get someone in the black security shirts to come over and remove us. By this time I had stepped behind a gentleman sitting on a barstool and told Michael I was no longer blocking the aisle to which he said yes you are you're not seated so I walked over and got a seat and finish watching the rest of the show. His constant trying to show us who is in charge was not customer friendly. so needless to say I don't have a good impression on my first visit to the Toyota pavilion but it was also noted after we had found our seats that there were two women standing "in the aisle" dancing having a good time taking photos and two supervisors in the black shirt walk passed both of the women never once telling them to sit down so I don't see the difference. Michael was just mad dogging his area . I did speak with the gentleman in the black shirt name John P. He was very accommodating found me a different seat the last 20 minutes of the show, to sit so that I could cool off and not pass out. and I later spoke with a gentleman named Neil Moore who was the bomb, was more than accommodating and listen to my complaint.
power 106’s powerhouse concert
T o whom it may concern,
I am writing to you, to share my awful (unprofessional) experience, this past Saturday, May 12, 2018, at Power 106's Power House concert.
1) The staff covering the lawn GA area, were extremely rude - yelling in my daughter's face, asking her to keep walking. Something about the lawn not open to GA ticket holders (for set-up) till 2PM!
2) 30-40 minutes after finally being allowed to put our things down (to claim a spot) we were rudely told to move - apparently there was now a VIP GA area that needed to be blocked off! In which then caused us to me directly in back of barricade fences (obviously blocking our view). Not to mention, putting us at danger, by bringing in the barricades over our heads (I have videos to prove it). After questioning it, they stated, they were just doing their job - and if VIP ticket holders didn't fill the area, within the next hour, we'd be allowed to move up to our original spot. THERE WAS ONLY A HAND FULL OF PEOPLE IN THE BARICDED AREA - WE WERE NEVER ALLOWED TO MOVE UP!
3) I took my complaints directly to Customer Service (as I was told to, by the staff), and they said it was out of their hands - but not to worry, they'd direct it to Live Nation, and have them come over to our section to clear the problem. Obviously, that didn't happen.
With this, I am requesting a FULL refund, for my family's inconvenience.

delivery
I ordered an item on 24th February 2018 and as of today still dont have it! Customer service is appalling and updates regarding dispatch or tracking are useless! Absolutely dreadful with lame excuses of premises moving hence a backlog - this should have been stated at the time of ordering surely! Now going to contact my credit card company to retract payment as I am no longer awaiting the item!
