inaccurate reporting
My husband and I are in for a class action lawsuit. Loancare is horrible! They have reported my husband inaccurately on his credit. His credit is trashed now because of them. They will not apply our payment. They are putting my name on documents when I am not even on the loan! They will not fix their mistake and nobody communicates. Ive been on hold for an hour now and still no one to talk to.
web site/unable to access loan information
Since about February of 2018 I have been unable to access their website. I have called many times and filed a complaint with BBB to no avail. I am still unable to access my account via their website. They have supposedly corrected this numerous times. They have not resolved this issue and I doubt they ever will. Wish I did not have my loan with them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
called to make a payment and they hung up on me
I've been trying for more than an hour to call in just to make my mortgage payment. I ve called a total of 5 times!
The 1st 2 times I wound up in sometimes voice mail. I left a message each time stating that I want to make a mortgage payment.
I waited 15 minutes then called back.
On my 3rd try I waited a solid hour, and was told to call back in an hour. I said "but I've been waiting an hour!" the person hung up.
I called back, waited another 20 minutes someone picked up and hung up.
My loan was transferred to this company in April and it's been a new issue every single month.
Yes, please include me in the Class Action against this chimpanzees, MyLoancare. I do not trust that my mortgage is in good hands.

modification
Every time I submitted modification and the paperwork they tell us that they don't have it submitted again then when I submit it again they asking for new paperwork I submit that they tell us they don't have it they wait actually up until the time that the modification papers have to be turned in to tell us that we was denied because we didn't turn in the paperwork Everyone is always telling me something different they never ever Grant a modification they always spin me around and never get back with me in a timely matter I have a hardship due to my wife illness and they just don't care
We have turned in documents to get a modification on our loan, due to my health problems.. every time they always say they need more documents.. meanwhile our payments are getting late charges added on, interst building up .. they have also refused payment... now after all this time we were contacted by there attorney.. they have our house set for sale on December 4th 2018.. They are crooks dishonest, give you the wrong information shame on them.. my husband served this country to have a VA loan just for loancare to get out of helping all there customers who need help
lost house payment several times in their office
Start off with this company changed my address sent my house payment to a p o box .I finally get a hold of a human so that could be fixed .then they lost 3 months of house payments now there trying to tell me they didn't receive 1 .so I've faxed them proof also emailed them proof. Now there telling me I'm a month behind an trying to charge me late fees an have put this on my credit. This is the worst financial company I've ever felt with in my life
website/customer service
I have been trying to contact Loancare for 2 days. I cannot log into their website. When you try to call them you are on hold for over an hour (well that's when I finally hung up). When you use the call back service they don't call back for well over 2-3 hours. I finally spoke to a customer service rep. and she had me go through all the steps to reset my password (like I had done twice the day before). She said she could see no reason that I couldn't log in. I cleared my cache... nothing. She said she would reset my account and I should try logging in in 1/2 hour. I told her to call me back in 1/2 hour and she said "we can't make outgoing calls". (obviously because when you leave your number they don't call you back). I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. She put me on hold and came back in about 3-4 minutes and said no one was available but she would have someone call me back. So after 1/2 hour I tried to log in twice and it said I am locked out. It's been 1 1/2 hours and no supervisor has called me.
I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life. Gee I'll bet they would contact me if I missed a payment.
property taxes unpaid
I have 3 parcels associated with my mortgage. LoanCare failed to pay my property taxes on 1 of them last year and 2 of them this year. I called last year when the county sent me the paperwork in the mail showing it was not paid and was assured that it was taken care of. I called again in March when I received a certified letter and was insured it was taken care of. On 8/1/18 I received a letter that there is now a sales tax lien on my property because they still have not paid. I have called multiple time a weeks since them and I receive this response: "The tax department does not take calls. We have escalated your issue. You will receive a call. We have no idea when this will be resolved." This is unacceptable. I have plenty of documentation I am happy to share, but this would only let me upload photos or video. I can provide a pdf.
my loan and removal of pmi
I bought this house in August of 2016. I paid $440, 000 for it and the loan was for $417, 000. It appraised for a little more than the asking price. I added about $75, 000 in improvements and the value of the house went up anyway because of the fact that it is in the Boulder area. It would be somewhere between $550, 000 to $600, 000 if appraised today.
The loan to value is at least 80/20 at this point if not much better. The way Lakeview removes PMI is that you have to have lowered your principal to 80% of its original loan value. This means that I would have to pay my principal down to about $333, 000. The other requirement is that you have had the loan for two years - which I have had.
The way it should work is that the house would now be appraised and if the loan to value came in at 80/20 or better, they should remove the PMI .
inaccurate taxes/escrow information amount, no breakdown of increase on statement.
I am on my fifth mortgage payment that was transferred to loancare the first month! ~ I sent them the first tax bill in july so it would be adjusted, and they would owe me money - the taxes were overstated at settlement because it was a new home. They increased my payment by a $100.00 and said they verified the tax information with the county. I sent them two bills from the county that say otherwise. Either they are grossly negligent or dishonest. I worked in foreclosure as a reo real estate agent for 5 years! This is how it starts - through nationstar/carrington/soluationstar/bank of america 2007-2010/chase bank - they put their customers on a path to missed payments, inaccurate information, negligent modifications, not doing due diligence to assist the mortgagee. They systematically set the mortgagee up for failure - until the homeowner gives up, and then they sell the loan to themselves and collect the profit! I have heard thousands of stories from homeowners so I know the drill!
I will be contacting my consumer agency if my situation s not rectified by 09/01/2018
Class-action participant if not accurately rectified.

taking my money and falsifying late payments
My home loan was sold to loancare about 1 10 months ago. Everything was fine for the first 4. Now they are refusing mortgage payments saying that I am late (I have never been late on a payment) I always make them early. But now they are taking full payments from me and 27 days later depositing half of it back into my account. And then 5 days later the other half when all the payment was made in a lump sum. And now are totally refusing my payments all together saying that I owe 6+ months in a lump sum. By 10 pm on some odd day of the month. I want to join a class action suit. This company needs to be dealt with.
cannot access the website of my loan company
For about two months now MAY 2018 to now, JUL 2018, access to the Loan Company's website https://myloancare.com will not open.
I have 3 browsers to check this with: Windows 10, FireFox and Google. None of them can acces the website.
I have tried turning off my protection with Norton and this does not cause the situation to resolve, the TLS "handshake" still does not occur.
Yes I have emailed the corporation numerous times, with no result. My payments continue to go from bank to loan company -- so at least they are getting my mortgage payments!
Trying to secure any additional information on this dilemma which I do see others are voicing concerns about.

mortgage
My wife and I purchased our house in Nivenber 2016. We had the mortgage through U tied Wholesale Mortgage until about September 2017, just before hurricane Irma hit our area. We got lucky and had no major damage so we didn't claim anything against out insurance, but we had some issues with our garage door which cost $1, 200 to repair. We contacted UWM and went into loss mitigation for 3 months with no penalty. The payments were supposed to be put on the back side of the mortgage. After we agreed on those terms, the mortgage was sold to Loancare with no communication to us, on either parties side. Forward to January 2018, we receive a bill from loancare for $6, 300 stating we are going into foreclosure since we're 3 months behind on payments. After several weeks of phone calls, we finally get in contact with someone and work out a plan to pay back the $6, 300 over a period of 6 months. My mortgage went up $1, 000 per month for 6 months. My wife is a teacher so she has no income in the summer months. June arrives and after 12 voicemails left on their phones to call us back so we could make a payment, July arrives. Still havent been able to make June payment since they went pick up the phone, return phone calls or give us online access. I'm not sending a $2, 700 check certified mail to a PO box in Virginia.
July arrives. They tell us we broke the contract and now owe $5268 for being late on payments. My wife called to make the payments for June and July. They also told us we were $800 behind in our escrow account and had been for the past 6 months, yet no one told us until now. We had to pay $3, 000 down plus we owe $1, 950 on July 27.. and the additional $800 all by August so we are current. Not sure where the payment is coming from.
Loancare is not backed by the BBB so there is little to nothing we can do.
receiving automated payment
I have had loancare service for 2 months. 2 months the payments were received no problem. This july payment did not clear from my bank. When I called loancare they stated I never made a payment. I also never received an email confirming my payment as in the past. How can that be when the funds were there and the information is automated? The rep said I would receive a confirmation email. Never got it. Called back the 2nd day and still no email confirmation. The funds still have not cleared. What is going on there? There are 88 complaints to bbb and 481 complaints in general. I am appalled I am stuck with loancare. Something has to be done and it will not be at my expense. Very disappointing.
unethical business practices
1. Everytime I increase my principal curtailment, they increase the escrow.
2. They are charging me for "homeowners insurance" even though I have my own insurance.
3. They won't tell me who is the insurer of this "homeowners insurance".
4. EVERY extension on their phone tree has the same message: "this requires a written request". Meaning they don't talk to people.
This is as shady as it gets. I hate these people.
escrow refund
5/30/2018 On March 30th 2018, I received a letter stating that an escrow refund check for $403 had been mailed on March 2nd and not been cashed. this was for a house I sold on December 20th 2017. The letter gave me step by step instructions to email the information back and a check would be issued in 7 to 10 business days. I followed the steps(emailed) to...

I was transferred from US Bank to LoanCare regarding my mortgage 2 yrs ago during a divorce. I was awarded the house (still live there) . My ex and I provided notarized documentation as requested last year accompanying the loss mitigation assistance application. It was approved. This year, they claim not to have the documentation in their files. They required I re-submit info. including another application. This time they denied the modification. They had me re-submit everything that was transferred over including my divorce papers. They asked me to confirm my ex's residence or they would cancel the application. He personally called to confirm. They asked him to also provide his bank info. He felt this was invasive since we are divorced (his name is still on the property) and has been on it all along. They denied me the mitigation assistance stating the application was incomplete due to lack of info. They are also raising the mortgage effective June 1st! They are ripping off the poor! How can they get away with this?
was not aware of mortgage change
i was not aware of the mortgage company change, the payment went automatic to Round Tree Loan care and i never received anything about the change, I was out of state due to a family emergency, when i got back i called and they said they acquired the loan and did not receive payment from round tree only for a few months they were missing nov 2017 payment, where my payment was made, so i sent another payment to make it right even tho i already payed round tree, this is effecting my loan, please fix my credit report thank you
customer service
Back in December I discovered Loancare had misjudged my escrow rate. They had my county taxes at $1, 000 more than what they were actually at. Here we sit in May and the last escrow anaylis in March they tried to raise my rates. Called again to ask them and they again confirmed I was correct in what I should be paying. Do you think anything has been done to change this? Nope and they are currently sitting on about a grand of my money which should be sitting in my savings because no one over there knows how to correctly calculate taxes. I should also point out that for no apparent reason they charged me an extra $200 on my mortgage one month. Even though I produced the check showing what I had sent in. Luckily that only took 2 months to fix. This company is a joke.
customer service, system record and escrow services
This company is not professional at their service. Every single time we called we had to provide them the same information they needed and those information was not in the record and to be provide again and again. The issues were not fixed and they made same mistake over and over again. Almost a month and everything is going back to the starting point and seem like the Rep mostly talking like a machine robot. Do not doing business with this company. Mostly your lender sold the mortgage or loan and you have no choice but to deal with their bad system especially escrow service. They are trying hard to increase your monthly payment and holding much more money in the escrow account than what actually needed.
