Lobel Financial Mustang black 20021

I had called lobel repeatedly on behalf of my roommate who is now in the prison system. I know they need to speak to him to authorize the call but he is only allowed five minutes to talk. I make the payments on my debit card. I don't see why the repressive has to be so rude to me and make me out to be stupid. I am very upset with this company and would lime this problem resolved. Please email me at either [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com

Desired outcome: I would like this matter brought to your attention so it can be resolved in a timely matter. So others do not have to go through what I went through.

Lobel Financial They are trying to sue me for a vehicle that I never purchase

They are trying to collect $14, 000 for a vehicle that I never purchase. I called since the begining with all information regarding this fraud and they never paid attention, now the easier is to sue me! come on! I have a lot of ways to proof that I never got the vehicle they claiming for.
Incident happens in March 2019 with a 2014 BMW 750LI "purchased" in a now closed dealership in La Puente, CA. I never signed any agreement and never received the vehicle, I never see this vehicle, I don't know the color, the interior how it looks, i don't know anything but the lawsuit for the balance.
I have no proofs to show since I never receive anything besides the documentation from the Court.

Desired outcome: cease and desist, clean my credit and reinburse me all costs incurred

Lobel Financial A lien on my house

Lobel put a lien on my house. they will not remedy, My wife has tried to make a settlement and all they do is stonewall her. even though its my house with the lien on it they will not associate with me because I am not on their loan. as a veteran of 100% disability this is affecting my mental health. anytime my wife calls them to make a settlement they either stonewall her, give her the run around or tell her they will call her back. which they have never done. when you finally do get a hold of the legal department their only answer is to fax their attorney.

Desired outcome: drop the lien

Lobel Financial See below

Predatory lenders, who consequently was founded by an attorney Gary Lobel, who wait a number of years to attempt contacting those who have deficiency balances on cars that were unlawfully and unethically repossessed. 20 years after never being contacted, i have a withholdings order in place taking 25% of my income on a 27k balance where 21k is interest. And the timing has made it to where the time and energy to fight it has passed. Not only are they unwilling to negotiate anything without being represented by an attorney, now since everything is on the verge of a countrywide crisis, they are taking away $1000/mo from my family, that should be put towards necessities instead of this debt rife with exorbitant interest, dubious communication efforts, and flat out unethical business practices. Over a 1998 Ford Contour. Keep in mind that this company lost a class action settlement suit for everything im talking about. However since Lobel had my address wrong, I never received notification to be included in the class action suit. Mind you this is the same wrong address that they claimed they served me at. Consequently no one has a record of these documents, because the court purges documents after 10 years. So Lobel hasnt proven that i was properly notified of the judgement. However, they are operating under my ignorance of court filings and procedures to put everything else in place, where they arent obligated to send my anything, just documents saying that they did send something to me about the debt within the 20 years of when it was originally entered. They are scandolous and are making money off dishonest practices. Shame on you and whoever supports this business doing business in this economy. Refuse to do business with these criminals.

Lobel Financial billing

I have maintained full coverage insurance on my vehicle 2012 Infiniti G25 with Geico Insurance policy Number. In the month of July and August, Lobel Financial charged me an extra $81.00, late fee and daily interest on top of my monthly payment claiming that I do not have insurance on the vehicle. On July 24th I contacted Lobel and was told to send insurance declaration to customerservice@insuranceservicecenter.com using a client ID provided by Lobel in subject line & I would be credited back the late fees, extra charge and daily interest charged. That never happened! Again on August 26, 2019 I was told to resubmit the declaration using a different client id. After resubmission, still no correction to the billing and charges. I called this morning and spoke with Leo who refused to allow me to speak with a member of management. Why couldn't Lobel contact Geico and verify coverage to prevent these frivolous charges? I am requesting that all extra charges, late fees and daily interest charges be credited back to my account. I would not recommend anyone finance a vehicle through this company.

Lobel Financial Vehicle loan

It had been so many complaint found! Why this business still operating and hurting more customers, family, parents!
This business must see their license terminated.
Here my experience:
I found a dealer in Craigslist who stated had some good car! He sold me a first vehicle who was good but lie in the maintenance. I let it go belivong it may be a mistake. After my accident ( total lost ) Lobel ask me to go back to the same dealer to get another vehicle. I saw that 2004 Mercedes benz C240 but since I was new in buying vehicle and need it fast to go work! I trusted the dealers but I did forget that many person are not honest.
He did not let me try the vehicle, stated that everything had been checked, that it was a used new vehicle.
So I got the vehicle but only after one months the break start to make noise! I had to replace it! I try to bring their vehicle back but in the contract they said you must return it between one month and I already sign the contract with Lobel Financial who did finance me and sure! Knew the dealers! 2 cricked in business abusing customers.
Lobel start to created problem after 3 months to had the vehicle back or treating me over the phone to sue me for not sending them insurance coverage that the dealer sent to them already. What such bad service? Not respecting customers!
I strongly put them in their place.
I always pay my vehicle and had to fight with them each months.
But their website so poor! You can not pay online, log in to your account, see your payment history, answer question to had help etc...
They promised to add the online payment! We are 2 years! Nothing happen!
To pay I had to drive from LA to Glendale since by phone they charge us 10 dollars fee? For what?
Money order as ( money gram or western union ) you had to pay fee.
By mails they receive your payment but play like they did not receive it and ever sent you a receipt for your payment! So I de use to start traveling to their branch to pay and receive a receipt who surprising me it a print paper. Not a légale receipt! And their branch are unable to give you more infos about your account! Either print your payment history or statement!
Now I had a balance of 90.00 dollars that I agree to pay this Friday but they keep sending me by mails a statement that I own 500 something! Is like 2 months.
I call them and make agreement to pay the balance again this Friday! They agree! Then they call me again! Saying that I had to pay! I inform
Their representative that I had made an agreement and will pay the 90.00 plus the current months on Friday! He said that it was fine but they only needed 165 as minimum.
Friday morning before going pay! They took my vehicle 1) without proper notice
2) at midnight

I am suing them and will order the judge to had their license terminated. Too many complaint in too many state.
Why? Should they keep hurting people feeling and getting their money!
I am losing money since I can not work 2 jobs and my jobs equipment in my vehicle.
If anyone had something to said to support my case as witness or had been in the same situation please step forward or to email me at [protected]@yahoo.com.br
Or contact the Glendale courthouse soon as possible! Small claim court!

Now They found out that I paid them 160 and had to pay my current bill for 230 plus the 165 already pay is a total of 395 who gone even over what they keep state I own them 320
They are very crocred people to state that they use my vehicle payment to pay that toll fee for the towing! How can you do that? If you want to skip law sue by trying to name your action legal!when you know it was illegal! I had a balance due of 90.36 but in their record 100.36 plus the current bill.! They ask 165 minimum that I agree to pay Friday so I had not balance for 1 months or 2 months bill. This Thursday I am paying 230 dollars and now they are telling me that I had to pay for the toll fee plus storage fee! Are they serious? No! I am suing them even if I had to go to superior court! They had been doing this to customers for decade but now they get the wrong one!

Lobel Financial Ripoff! Awful company

I made payment arrangements and they came and repo my car. Very very rude, inconsiderate human beings. They did not give the repo company any information on why they wanted it. I had the money in hand to pay the repo company for the money I owed and they couldn't take it because they didn't send any paperwork. I called the first thing next morning and they treated me so unfairly. I have the money to pay but they refused payment. They said if I wanted my car I need to pay loan in full. First they said I was a risk because it still new then they tell me I am a risk because I don't make enough money. Hmmmmm I am st the same job I had when I got the car. And even make more. I got a raise. And get this I have extra income. I get $800.00 extra a month for my SSI/SSA and my husband has income of $1000.00 a month and they refuse to add my income. Why? Are they against people on government assistance? This is the worst company ever. U ask to talk to management they refuse. They always keep u on hold for awhile or there is nobody available. I asked to talk to the legal department and I was on hold for 35 minutes and got disconnected. Worst company

Lobel Financial I couldn't reach the managers and get any details about the missing car

I have paid to Lobel Financial for the car. It was on Friday and the payment was $700. On the next day I found out that my car was gone. When I called to this company, the lady on the phone checked details and said that they took it, because they didn’t get the payment. I said that it was sent on Friday and she told to wait till Monday, because all managers were out of the office. I called on Monday, but the phone was busy all the time. I am in panic now.

Lobel Financial Awful experience

Horrible horrible company! Made it nearly impossible to make a payoff. Had to customer service reps hang up on us and the ones we spoke to I believe didn't really know what they were doing. Also they said the truck we had never had insurance which was not true it was always insured with AAA. Worst experience I've ever had literally dreaded having to deal with them because I couldn't seem to resolve anything or speak to anyone who could help me do something so simple as to receive my payoff. I would not recommend this company to anyone it's awful and obviously does not care for customer service .

Both checks processed on one date prior to the actual post date and the larger of the two bounced in my account days later my vehicle was being repoed. Lobel Financial Terrible company

I have bad credit but was in dire need of a vehicle. I managed to get financed through a shady dealership and they used Lobel Financial. From the very beginning they have been a nightmare. The very first month I had the car, they sent me a letter saying that I did not prove that I had insurance and that I was going to have to pay an additional $55 per month for them to cover it. I sent in a copy of my insurance with all the paperwork I signed at the dealership. My insurance agent faxed over a copy of my insurance binder the next day. The next month, I receive the same letter again saying they had no proof of coverage and I would have to pay the extra. Again, my agent faxed over a copy, and mailed a copy just to be sure they got it. Three months later, the same letter saying that they don't show that I have insurance. Twice more I faxed and MAILED the proof of insurance. For about 3 months I haven't heard anything from them. Then last week here comes the letter again. This time I paid $4.00 and sent it signature requested. As of last week, it had been sitting at the post office in Anaheim, not signed for. Now they have added the $55 to my payment. As of today, I am sending them a copy of my insurance binder every day until I quit hearing from them. These people are awful! I wish I had never gotten this car. The dealership went out of business two weeks after I purchased the car, and it wouldn't pass emissions. They were "fixing" it for me. I had failed emissions 4 times, had them repair it 4 times, and had another appointment on a Monday for them to take it to a real shop for repair. When I showed up that Monday, they were out of business. All the cars were gone and the place was locked up. For those of you who have bad credit, watch out for places like these.

I have sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and also the FTC. The FTC just sent me an email saying they are investigating, so the more people send in complaints to them the better chances there are of them actually doing something about them.

Lobel Financial How they operate

I can not believe what i just read. I can only hope that not only does she sue the hell out of lobel and i feel that i was actually burned pretty bad when they came and repossed my vehicle at 5;30am. Not only did my vehicle get taken but trying to get anywhere with the rude in the office when trying to figure out what its going to cost to get your car back nobody can answer a straight forward question and then they wont send any type of paperwork showing you a pay history and what amount the balance is on the car, my boss is an attorney and he is looking into lobel a little bit deeper now that he knows the attorney general has already fined them over $150, 000. 00 and told them to comply with the trade laws, and to stop with the harrassment ### they are constantly throwing at you, family members, friends, co - workers etc. They just dont stop. Well i am going to get the media involved now and i tell everyone everywhere i go lobel financial is going to be feeling the pressure of audits, investagations, lawyers, pissed off consumers and more i am putting this on the very top of my priority list because i dont take being f - - - k in the ### lightly especially since i worked hard for all that money that went into the 17 f - - - king months that i was paying $343. 00 !Now im out of a car, cant get any money back, still owe over $6500. 00[ according to lobel] and thats not even counting what i owe the storage yard[thats seperate], and its going to f - - k up my credit also, how does the consumer win? I am also ready to back up or support any individual that needs signatures or comments if it can help there quest to destroy these dirty rotten scoundrels! Come on people lets take lobel to a whole nother level.

Lobel Financial repossesed my car and I didn't know why, went to the office and they didn't know anything about it that's what they said, then I try calling and get directed to 7 different people which 4 of them sounded like the same lady. No one could answer my questions or tell me where my car was, I found out they say I owe $146 I went and paid 230 they told me I have to pay 557 dollars and then pay for repo fees, police fees, then late fees which added up to over 1500 dollars, I get a print out of my financial papers and its not the same as mine, they said my 2000 down payment doesn't go toward my car... wth the auto time dealer is taking peoples money and they are working with lobel financial, is there anyone doing a class action lawsuit? I would like to get to the bottom of these crooks.

Lobel Financial Late fees

I had a loan (at 22% apr) which I just made the last payment on in August 2011. Now I get a letter from them informing me that here is still a $43.85 balance do and my title wi8ll not be released until that balance "which will increase over time" is paid. The $43.85 was for for three late payments made over the thirty month load period. Despitethe fact that I paid 10 and 12 days in advance on the other 27 months makes no difference to them. And in those 30 months I have been unemployed for the last 17 and still managed to make my payments. I explained to them I recently had to undergo major surgery, my medical bills are overwhelming yet they still are demanding I pay the balance of overdue fees. This company is as about unethical as they come.
