On Mother's Day 2019, My family went to Logan's as we had done many times before. We had 10 people in our party. We waited more than an hour to be seated. The hostess was stressed which came across as impolite, not warm and inviting. The waitress was also very busy and gave many excuses for the bad food and long wait times. I ordered an appetizer of chips and queso which arrived over cooked, looked burnt, I asked for it to be replaced. Several people in our group wanted to order Ribs, which we were told they were out of stock. So everyone ordered other food items. The food quality was very poor, no one in our group was satisfied with their food. There were several empty tables and people were being told to wait. Seemed as if they were shorthanded. We had to wait a very long time to get our food. I guess the kitchen was shorthanded too. We tried to make the best of it but the restaurant looked dirty and worn and the staff seemed unorganized. We then had to wait for a long time again so that we could pay and after we went outside everyone in our group stated that they did not enjoy the experience we just had. Then to top it all off I found out that I was charged twice on my bank card for the food. Guess I will have to seek a refund for one of them. I paid $120.00 for 2 people for an experience we did not enjoy our meal was $60.00. I am writing this because I would like to see the management improve the cleanliness, the food, and the overall experience for all customers. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this store a failing grade of 4. Please make improvements then we will try it again.
terrible service
I went to Logan's three weeks ago and had terrible service. I was waited on by a tall black Gentlemen on a Friday between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm. I sat at the bar and was going to have dinner . The black gentleman had stated that someone had walked off their shift and he was by himself. He waited on everyone else but me and after waiting for 15 minutes at least, I asked him if I could have a beer if he had time. He took a little more time and finally came back and said he had no mugs for me that were cold and would I take the smaller glasses which was fine with me. He never came back and asked me if I wanted another drink or if I wanted to order. After another 15 minutes I saw waitress come by and asked her if I could order some food. After a while she brought the food to me. I was never asked if I wanted another drink or if I wanted anything else or if my food was ok. After waiting longer yet I asked for my bill. I got a call from a manager named Brandon and he told me he would send me a $25 gift certificate for my trouble . I told him that was fine and he asked me if I would come back and I said I would give it another chance. After over a week I called Brandon and I asked him where the gift certificate was and he said it would be in the mail in a couple days. Needless to say it's been three weeks now and still no gift certificate. After the uncaring treatment from Logan's Applebees Is right next-door to Logan's and the treatment is much better much caring staff
response to a lost or stolen item
On March 29th 2019, 3 of my friends and I celebrated my 21st birthday at the Logans in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Olympia location. I mistakenly left my birthday card there which contained a gift card. I called back a few hours after I left and spoke with Emily who assured me that the card had been placed in the managers office and I could pick it up the following Monday when I got back from being out of town. When I arrived at the location that Monday I spoke with the manager and he said that he had not seen the card. He told me he was not sure how to handle that situation but took my name and phone number and told me he would talk with the other manager, Brad, and get back with me about the matter. I have called 3 times and gone in person twice and no one will tell me anything except that they can not replace lost or stolen items. I understand that it is my fault that I left it there, but the fact that it was there in a safe place really bothers me. I have an issue with the lack of integrity in the employees that work there because obviously an employee has stolen or "misplaced" the card unless customers are allowed in the Managers office. I would really like to hear back on this matter. Logans has always been a great/favorite restaurant of mine but I will not ever return if this does not get resolved. It is unfortunate that this occurred and I hope someone does the right thing and admits to having the card.

We decided to drive about 15 miles for a late dinner Sunday April 7, 2019. My family of 4 we all ordered the wood grill chicken and we waited patiently for our meal to be served. After a while our server (Candace) informed us that 3 of the baked sweet potatoes where not available and we had to make another choice. Fast forward the meal finally arrives and my chicken breast was dry and the side of sauteed mushrooms where not delivered. My husband's chicken did not meet proper food temp. We decided to send our food back for a do over and I ultimately decided to not even bother...requested the meal be taken off. My husband wanted to wait and our server was very apologetic about the ordeal. Time was ticking and the kitchen didnt make a a priority to get his meal replaced in a timely manner so he just decided after a lengthy wait to cancel the remake, which at this point the manager never came to try to give an apology or explanation.🤨 we left the Restaurant with no dinner was credited for 2 meals that the other people in our party decided to eat because they where starving and didn't want to wait any longer. We are frequent visitors of Logans but we will be lessening our visits for sure.
The Restaurant was not as busy and it normally is that's why we decided to eat there (BAD DECISION)
Two meals where taken off and we paid for the other 2 meals that the other 2 people ate in the party . No other compensation given.

On Monday, March 4, 2019, I visited Logan's Roadhouse in Meridian, MS at approximately 1:00 PM for lunch. I was in a party of three, and we were seated at a table near the bar. I ordered a New York Strip steak cooked medium well and drank water with my meal. Our meals were served by an employee from the kitchen who was very polite. We began eating but my steak was so full of gristle it was crunchy, and very dry, that I could only eat three bites. Our waitress who originally greeted us and took our order was also working the bar, but she never came back to check on our meals or refill our glasses. I had to stop another waitress and ask for drink refills, and then had to ask another waitress for our bills. Never were any of us asked how our lunch was even after each of the persons mentioned above came to our table and saw my partially eaten steak. I will never eat again at a Logan's Roadhouse, and especially the restaurant in Meridian, MS.

My husband and I wear @ Logan's Roadhouse in West Monroe, LA around 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 5, 2019. We were dotted quickly, very few customers @ the time. We always order the same @ any steak house we frequent, which is quite often. Upon starting our order to waitress, she stopped us to inform us they were out of filet mignon, after I told my husband, well then, I don't want anything else. The waitress said well the truck is here now and pointed to the window to where we could see the delivery truck. She then told us she would go check. Upon returning to out table she informed us that yes, they had filet mignon. So we both ordered 6 oz filet mignon butterflied medium well, with baked potatoes, salad & tea.
Salad was great, rolls not so much. No problem, until our steaks were served! Remind you, we have this identical meal @ many different steak houses very often.
I am not sure what cut of meat we were served, but it most definitely was not filet mignon! They were both very tough and difficult to cut with knife. I never could chew a piece of it enough to try to swallow it, having to polite as possible to remove it from my mouth into a napkin. My husband did choke down a few pieces of his. We finished our potatoes and side orders of sautéed mushrooms & onions.
We didn't see the need to complain, since we were in between just leaving a funeral & needed to get to another funeral home in a different town for a visitation. So we had a Logan's gift card we had received over holidays for $50. Our bill was $50. plus change. Don't remember exact amount. Needing to add a tip we gave the waitress the gift card and a $100 bill. When waitress returned with our change we were told the gift card was only for $25. So she brought us back $74. & change. There was no arguing with her, as we try to be pleasant people and treat people in Christlike manner.
So we gave her $10 for tip and left.
Not only do we find it offensive that we were ripped off on the bill and gift card amount.
We take great offense @ being served a tough cut of meat that we were absolutely unable to eat instead of what we ordered or telling us no they were out of filet mignon which we could have left to go to another place to eat.
I hope that record can be traced on that location by time and day and order information to verify what I'm reporting. Something really should be done with this.

My party arrived at the Winchester location at 3 pm sat Feb 15th. We were a party of 17. We were told it would be a one hour wait. We waited for one and a half hours. Tried to call in a order on 2/2/2019 called three times was told to hold on hail about 10 minutes each time I have tried to call the lamb was easy line was busy When our fianilly got through they took order hung up before I finished said it would be 25 minutes said if they didn't come out for me to come in and pick it up because they were busy I even went in about 30 min sat there for about 10 min so I called they said ok they be out i finally had to go in there sat my food and other people food well I glazed at it look alright get home I ordered a riblet plate which came with fries well I had 10 fries there was spare ribs not rib let's on top of that there were only 2 and they were burnt black I understand you can be busy but it was the worst service on earth also ordered a salad about a spoonful of that paid 23.51 a waste of money my dog wouldn't eat the ribs and he passes up nothing I need a resolution to this I don't know if I ever return again my check no was 312 my email [protected]@yahoo.com

I purchased a $50.00 gift card under your program buy 50 get 20 free. Well I did receive the $50 card, but no $20. I have waited several days thinking perhaps it was coming under separate cover. But nothing.
Since we have logans close to us and we enjoy it so much we were excited to receive such a good savings. Do hope you can help me with this.

failure to remove hate symbol from bathroom stall.
Located in the stall in the Men's restroom. I suggest the stall wall be replaced. I will not be back here again. I just wanted to make you aware. There's no telling how long it's been there because I guess few people find it offensive.
I'm done, I'm just talking because it because this says I must type 350 words. I refuse to say the name of the symbol or hate. I don't like to give publicity. Just have an employee look inside the stall.

It's such a toxic work environment.
Charles the general manager he told me "where are you from" I said "family is from Afghanistan" he looked around & said "you're not gonna blow us up are you?"
Since I've worked there I've been working with this girl named Diana.. she's been making my life a living hell. Talking crap about me to employees and customers.
She's made me cry on two occasions.. one being today.. she was bossing me around calling me a "[censored]" being really hurtful.

We were at the Logans Roadhouse at 1540 Alliant Ave in Louisville, KY. It was a little past 4:30-5 when we witnessed the bartender-Kim berate a female server about her not being tipped enough the previous night. Told the server that they (the servers) HAVE to tip her and to tip her 10%. Told the server that she knew what her sales were and continued to be very rude to the server. As a customer I felt very empathetic to this female and felt Kim was very out of line and very in professional. Very bully behavior and as someone in the business, I don't feel that she should of have any right to know what servers sales are. That's incredibly wrong for management to make that available. If a server were to ever approach a customer in that manner over being tipped, I'm sure they would lose their job. Shame on Kim and shame on management for allowing that behavior and treatment. We won't be back.

i am 75 years old we have been coming here sam ridley location smyrna tn for years came to eat for anniversary last night oct 24 2018 told at bar by new woman bartender had to show i dentification first it offended us but pulled out id dlicense old one with pic new one with no pic told me out of date new one without pic is in date no pic required after 60 years old that did it for us ain't gonna sit there when we want something to eat and drink walked out went next door with no problem at all ate there and went home ain't coming back no mo

- Started meal with instructions on one check and at the end of the meal, asked again if there were multiple checks
- Oldest lady went first to order, but was told she had to wait her turn ad they would only take the order clockwise
- No sour cream when requested
- Brought out salads after meal
- Ordered balsamic vinaigrette dressing and received Italian; requested balsamic vinaigrette and the waitress was convinced that is what was delivered
- Asked for dessert and received the bill
- Potato skins were delivered after the meal
- Salads were soggy
- - requested small take home boxes and brought 4 large ; no biggy, but the table was full of the dishes that were not cleared
Cook - medium w as ordered on one of the steaks and well on the other; the cooking degree was flipped flopped; no big deal, but they were different type of steaks
Manager - said the waitress was a known probably but the manager had too many tables to care for

Dinner took over two hours for four people.

Worst service ever at a Logan's in Harlingen, TX. We ordered and Waited for our food for 1 1/2 hours and we never got it. We kept being told it would be another 5 minutes. We talked to manager Marina (Diaz) if that is her last name;and she was not very helpful and there was a cocky rudeness to her. She didn't offer a free meal but said she had to charge us our mixed drinks. We left hungry and with no offer of a free future meal. Terrible service with not much of an explanation as to why we could not get our food. Didn't even finish our second drink, but yet had to pay for it. Higher Corporate Management should look at reviews on FB because there are several sayin similar to mine...SLOW SLOW SERVICE. And please take a look at the attitude of the manager MARINA...she is so cocky, not at all friendly and come on people...we are the customers, so treat us right...we are what keep the business going you freakin idiots! So so so disappointed I will surely get this message out viral!

I brought my family to your Mishawaka, Indiana location for our 31st anniversary on October 05, 2018 345pm. Your restaurant was slow & employees were standing around. After being placed at table with my husband & 3 grandchildren. We placed The waitress seem frustrated seemed frustrated from the very beginning. After our order was placed. We waited over an hour for our food. My 20 oz streak & fries were very cold. I asked for the manager. The manager came and removed my streak. The rest of my family ate. After another 45 minutes my streak finally arrived again. This is after we asked for our Bill. I asked the manager to box the streak since my family was ready to leave. The manager said. You'll still be charged for that streak if I box it up & you leave the building. By then my temperament started to raising. I said I think this is poor service. We have been sitting here over 1 hour & 45 minutes. The manager said rudely. Have a nice day. That's NOT what she meant. After several words were exchanged from me and the manager. The manager said if I didn't leave she would call the police. I paid the $39.99 Bill and left your restaurant. I have been coming to this restaurant since the day it has opened. We have NEVER had a problem. The food was cold and the service was even colder. I remember reading in the bathroom. Rule number one. The customer is always right. When in doubt. We went to the Logans Roadhouse in Auburn Hills MI 48326
on Sunday 8/12/2018 at approx 6pm. There were 4 of us and we celebrating
our son-in-laws birthday. We ordered 4 meals. First I asked the waitress, if
they had a loaded baked potato. Her was response was, we can do that.
Then as the meals were ordered, one ordered a loaded sweet potato, one loaded mashed. At no time when the waitress asked what sides we wanted did the waitress tell us there was an additional charge for these sides.
3 of our dinners we ok, (just) but my husbands was awful! Never was he asked if his meal was ok. Although I think the waitress knew because she was watching him
try to cut through the meat.
My husband ordered STEAK LOUIS and asked if they had asparagus and again, he was not told there was an upcharge.
My husbands dinner was so charred, not just overcooked, that there was no meat on the ribs to eat. Just charred. The steak was burned and so tough he could not cut through it, let alone eat it. And the asparagus, was burned also.
He was very upset, even the following morning. He doesnt like to make a fuss especially if our daughter and her husband was at dinner to celebrate a birthday!
So we were charged 3 upcharged of .99 each and $19.48 for Steak Louis that was burnt and he could not eat.
Our total bill was $91.21 plus a tip. We could have gone anywhere else in the area and have gotten a very nice dinner for that price!
I am asking that you refund my husbands dinner and our 3 upcharges. He feel very taken advantage of, and I agree with that!

I was in your Roanoke Virginia place at Valley View Mall yesterday at Table 22 Server was Lamar. He was nice but poor as a server. I ordered an appetizer but did not get it til I got my meal. My salad came 1st. Went w/out drink refills for extended period of times. My entree was incorrect but at this point asking for anything for useless. He & others were more interested in sitting at a table in a seating area than his job. I usually go into this establishment once a week. I'm a caregiver for my husband I get out once a week for a couple of hours & I liked coming to your restaurant for some me time, and I will be rethinking this & go elsewhere.
