incomplete order
The service was great, the workers were very nice and the wait time was minimal even though I ordered quite a bit. My complaint was that the order was incomplete. I realize it's partially my fault because I should have checked before I left. This LJS is the nearest to my house but it's still a 45 minute drive. Workers should double check their orders.

Warrenton Va. I ordered what I thought was a 2 pc fish and more at what I thought was a Long John Silvers. When I received I askes o get some chips thrown on. I was told they don't make them there nor do they make the fish. Once I saw the "fish" I was shocked. It was the greassist, nastyest frozon fish patty I have seen. I could not even stomach wat I had on my plate. The place should not be called a Long John Silvers.

Yesterday my girls and I went to eat at long John silver's in Oviedo. We really don't prefer that one because they have lack of any kind of urgency or kindness. We were onbthat side of town so we went for it. I came in showed the cashier my family coupon all was well. But then she showed her manager who said we don't accept those coupons. I'm wanting to know if this is true? If it's half taco bell and half long John silver's do you accept the family coupon? We left and ate elsewhere. Thank you Beth
A lot of young people are idiots nowadays they don't have respect for anybody they don't have any respect for the family I mean they divorced their parents to when they work at these fast food places don't have any specs one of the things is a lot of times our parents work a lot a lot of time the parents of the kids and when something goes wrong my kid would never do that.

Me n hubby went to eat on Friday 4/6. It was so dirty in the location store # 70123, took 13 minutes to get our food n one piece of my chicken was not cooked all the way. The girl making the food that day was very confused n berating the cashier. I manage fast food n this was horrible svc, not sure if mgmt was on site that day. Dont think we will be back to this location. We just moved to tn.
Well if you did tell them about the fish did they make your new one that's why I would had they do cuz sometimes when they're cooking the grease they don't look at everything when they bring it up cuz they think it's automatic cooked fully it's not so I tell people anytime customers get any kind of food check it before you eat it this way if it's not right you shouldn't have to do that nowadays it's different back in the 60s and 70s and 80s when I worked at Wendy's for 25 years for 20 years customers are first at all times nowadays customers are lost sometimes waiting Floyds think now to me has a manager customers right to certain point customer is not right all of the time.

I placed an order for a family meal, 4 chicken and 4 fish. I never looked at the package in the store but when I got home it was all fish. I called and they said you could bring it back. Really, I live a distance away and went out of my way to go there. He said the girl rang it up as 4 fish and 4 chicken. Well someone there doesn't know what they are doing. My family was very disappointed as was I. I will think twice about going to any Long John Silvers again.

I visited the Edmond location Friday, March 30th. There was a line to the door. There were two employees fighting in the back and another drinking liquor in the parking lot. it was nearly 23 minutes before I was even able to place my order and just as long if not longer to receive it. my fries were cold and soggy. The fish not even edible for a dog. when asked if I could speak to a manager I was informed: "she was busy and that it wouldn't be any different then talking to her." I understand there had been an altercation but that comment was uncalled for. The cashier looked to be on some kind of drug for she could not focus. when I finally spoke with the manager she was just as rude and was making jokes about employees being out of control as if the whole situation was a joke.
That's not right with employees did here it shouldn't be anybody outside unless he was doing the garbage it doesn't really matter if it's a big line but the manager should have called him in and make sure everybody was doing their job.

Took 30 minutes to get a 2 fish meal with extra hush puppies and cole slaw, This was in the drive through. This facility is notoriously slow in service but this length is unexceptable.
This occured fro 6:00- 6:30 p. m on Thursday March 29, 2018.
This was at the facility located on South Western, Amarillo, TX.
I will never eat at Long John Silver's again.

I went to Long John Silvers in Spring Hill, Florida on April 2, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. While at the pick up window, I had a couple of questions which was a man, and at the pick-up window was informed he was one of the managers working today. When I asked him my question, with a really sarcastic remark he said to me "would you like me to come outside and read the menu for you? Seriously, I was shocked to be treated this way. I have been going there for many, years and have never been treated with such disrespect! Then when I went to place my order in which I was ordering for two separate people, I placed the first order and proceeded with my second, with that and with another attitude he said, "so do you want 4 crab cakes in total? I really don't appreciate being treated this way. When I did receive my food, everything was cold and seemed like it had been sitting there for some time. I just think this is very unprofessional for any one especially a manager. This is the second time I have had this same person, and I think he should be reprimanded for treating people with no patience, respect and a friendly attitude. I have never put a complaint in for anything or anyone, but after going through this for the second time, and then getting cold food and spending $25.00, I am not a happy person.

Yesterday I was there around 2 and I had my younger daughters with me and the RGM, GM and the cashier were talking very sexually in loud manner I asked could they keep it down because of my daughters they older lady which I believe to be the gm looked at me funny and ignored me and continued with there conversation, it was so bad I tossed my food in the trash and grabbed my daughters and left . Someone should be fired for this because that is unprofessional and very bad language in front of kids . This was the long John silvers in Altus Oklahoma .
When I was a manager at work at Wendy's had the same trouble with employees like sex on the mind I mean I talk don't talk it in the store anymore finally talked to her before I come up plain and simple just like I take cell phones off people but that is right they should be talking like that at all it's supposed to be greeting the customers

Today I visited your location on Railroad Ave, Pittsburg, CA 94565.
I ordered 1- shrimp and chicken dinner and 1 chicken plank dinner.
When I pulled up the cashier was laughing about a customers previous complaint. I asked for target sauce she handed me one packet and laughed.
When I got home and opened the two meals, the chicken planks in both dinners were over cooked, and very hard and dark. The shrimp was so over cooked, it could not be chewed.
Very unprofessional and no care with the food or brand.
Me and my mom was there yesterday we are at the first customers in the store underneath the tables with Katie dirty with crumbs and food the one lady was cleaning off the tables one rag she was cleaning the seats off and a table saw off with the same towel I told the cashier about it her response was she's new she should be using two towels one for the seats one for the tables two buckets of sanitize water and a spray bottle sanitizer to for the tables in the states that's way it supposed to be but since I know all this stuff from working in restaurants all my life the cashier should have got the manager for me but she didn't

On March 21, 2018 at about 430/5pm I went to the Greenwood sc location to get some food for the first time in years. Once I ordered my food I stood back to wait and moments later an employee can from the back screaming "Where's my food, I want my food now!" She starts yelling at the cashier and even uses profanity a few times! Then an older couple that was sitting and waiting got up to get there food and she immediately starts yelling "how they get food before me I was first my ticket is 196 they 197 oh no " it's beginning to get out of control at this point and very unprofessional! Finally another employee gave her the food and I'm not sure who or where the Manager was at this point! I can't understand how she was allowed to act this way in front of customers! I will never come back to this place it was absolutely ridiculous and shameful! Makes the company look bad with people like this working there!
Wrong location sorry!
When you go out to eat it's supposed to be good I mean you're paying enough for the food nowadays it's on like paying $0.50 to bucks for something anymore it's like 7 8 10 12 $15 for a meal that stuff can happen at all the manager nowadays don't care either sometimes the managers are worse than the kids once you let the kids run over you to try to do for everybody these kids nowadays they don't care about work they want the money if they don't want to work.

So this location is a location staffed by all men or should I say boys. Food was very greasy and they were rude as well. And on top of it all they had there music playing and dancing around. They also had friends come in and got very loud. I'm very disappointed in this company considering I have to come from a couple of towns over since we don't have one in our town. I'm very disappointed and never coming here again.
For your information they were boys cause they sure didn't look like men maybe teenagers at Best. And of course you don't know me so your giving your opinion but guess what it doesn't matter. Thank you have a wonderful life and if anyone was rude it was you.

I'm at drive through now. Took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Got to the window devonte was very rude. Snatched my card for payment handed the card to me and closed the window. Another customer pulled up behind me and asked what was going on they could not order. As I look in the window they are moving slow, looking at their cell phones and talking. I'm still at the as I write and have not got my food!
That's cuz of a bunch of [censored] there sometimes try going through pickup if you order $20 give him a $30 ask them to count the change out to you sometimes a manager can't even do it sometimes employees can't even count the change out out of the register that's a dumb they are sometimes kids have it easy nowadays I mean they don't have it easy but they want at work make the money still want to do anything they think they could do what they want

I caught the uber #1 reason Im.pissed..I caught uber and hot the gishwand shrimp meal.deal fries and coleslaw..My fish was so greasy I could not eat shrimp.was greasy but I can hld way eat them the fries were old gray and cold not good at all no crunch yhe only thing I could enjoy was the coleslaw..I also ordered nachos no meat or tomatoes and hot both meat and tomatoes I dont eat meat and Im alergic to.tomatoes..the only thing I enjoyed on the taco bell side is my apple caramel empanadas

My husband and I just had the worst meal from your Alamosa Colorado store.
We got it to go. When we got home both the fish and chicken were over cooked to the point that the fish and chicken were dried out and the breading was dark brown and hard. Very disappointing as we are on a fixed income and do not get to eat out very often. Doubt we will go back.
Worst lunch ever. So over cooked it was dry and hard. Both chicken and fish dinners were terrible. Hushpuppies were hard as a rock
Two things recent the fish was overdone because they have timers Seth means it wasn't under Coker overcook so they either left it down too long when the buzzer rang or sometimes it's a fish is darker and it smells like Grease that means Greece needs changed but I hope they replace your order next day for you you know you don't have to take the food back to them cuz it's on your time not their time

Today March 12 2018 at at 2:00 pm I went through the drive through to place my order of 8 shrimp onion rings and cole slaw which I always order from LJS the cashier Allyson k repeated order I said correct I pulled up to window and she repeated my order again 8 shrimp onion rings and coke slaw I said yes and gave her my debit card to ring me up and she gave me my order. I get home put on my lounge around clothes turn on tv sit on couch and get comfy to eat my meal and when I open the box I see all these Hushpuppies 8 to be exact 6 shrimp with no batter and cole slaw not my order so I look at my receipt and it has:

On March 6th 2018 my mother my sister and myself decided to eat at Long John Silver's. We ordered three meals and three drinks that totaled to almost $30. When our name was called there were only two meals. I informed the gentleman at the register we were short one meal. I waited for my meal as the rest of my party were eating their lunch. I thought mine was priority the customers continue to order and receive their meals ahead of mine. I inquired again as to where my meal was and I was brought a meal minus the fish. I asked where my fish was and the young lady informed me that she put two pieces on one of the meals I had already ordered instead of one piece. I was confused. So I told her I paid for a complete meal and she said don't you understand? I then asked for a refund on my lunch. And then the gentleman at the register got a piece of cod and put it on my plate. I can't imagine going back to my table and asking my mom for food off of her plate to put on my own because of an error and prepping the meals. I was very shocked at the disrespectfulness and rudeness of the young lady prepping the meals. Needless to say no one enjoyed their lunch today.

I'll begin by when I walked in, I stood at the counter to. order for approx. 3-4 mins before anyone even walked up to take my order, when she finally did she stood there and stared at me, no hello no greeting of any kind. I placed my order at 12:40 is what the receipt said, I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal no veggies and ketchup, a hamburger kids meal pickles and ketchup and an L10 (2 piece fish, fries and a drink. Came to a total of $16and change, didn't get our cups for our drinks until we received our food (I had to ask for them). We finally receive our order at 12:02! My child's hamburger kids meal had cheese on it no pickles and mustard, (which if you are a mom to a picky eater them you know its a big deal). I walk up to the counter and stand there once again for about 3-5 minutes again and finally say loudly "can I get someone over here" I tell them that this isn't correct and tell them they need to put some service into their products. I get a reply that they have they have 5 orders rightnow that theure trying to get out and I told them that's not my fault.. I ask them if I can get this hamburger made correctly, they say yes. I leave it on the counter and wait... and wait... and wait again.. I finally see a hamburger sitting on the counter, I walk up and say is this mine? They say yes, I reply with well thank you for bringing it to me or letting me know it was done because my kid is starving over here. I never received my clams that I myself ordered. My other child's cheeseburger had no ketchup on it. The restaurant was filthy, we sat at the least dirty table there. There were ants crawling in one of the half circle booths. The restrooms were disgusting, looked like in both stalls someone didn't flush or their water at the restaurant was brown, also looked like a leak of some sort, because there was water all over the floor in one stall. I never received an I'm sorry I never saw the manager I never received and sort of want to make things right with me. The other order I had made aprox. a week ago I ordered an 8 piece fish family meal to go, once again took longer than normal to recieve and it seemed as if everyone was just kind of standing around lolly gagging around. Another thing I just thought about, not sure if the A&W kids meals come with a toy of some sort but there wasn't anything in either of their bags, just French fries and their hamburger/cheeseburger.
Update: we left as soon as I get my child's "fixed" hamburger and once again no pickles no ketchup. Wow I cannot believe the audacity of these workers!

I have seen a lot of things go on in this store But this is the worse I was in Sat Feb 24th, This young man his name is Dominic they call him Dom was working about 7pm there was also a very pretty young lady working, Dom would get behind her in the dining area and act like he was goanna pinch or grab her rear, this happened several times. He also adjusted his self and rubbed his crotch area. I have seen him do other things pick his nose, wipe his nose with hand I try to avoid his shift I went in last week also and they told me he was gone little did I know it was only a few days and he came back. Good luck keeping your customers with people like him working. I'm pretty if that young lady seen him doing the things he was doing she would file a sexual harassment suite
product/ food was bad
I walk into the Parker Colorado location on 2/25/2018 about 1:30 PM. There were only 4 customers sitting in the restaurant. I order the fish & chips They had at least 4 people working in the back. It took about 15 minutes for my order. That was not the problem and the front cashier was nice. When I took my to go order to the car it had a funny burnt grease smell. I ate one hush puppy. Tried to eat the hard cold fries, had a bite of fish. All tasted like 30 day old grease and hard as a rock.
I could not eat the food as it was making my stomach hurt.
Two hours later I found myself in the bathroom with diarrhea. I am glad I did not try to eat anymore than a few bites as it just tasted horrible. IF I had I can't imagine how sick I would be right now.
It was bad enough before I landed in the bathroom that I thought about calling the health department just because it tasted like old grease and was horrible tasting.
Refund on food and a health inspection of the Parker Long Silver's.

That is right you should check the order before you leave but then again you should have to check you order this should be right if you go home something's not right even if you eat it and you call it in if it's not right they have to give you a milk to place that cuz they want you to be happy with the place didn't want to get mad anytime you have a complain even if you eat the food if you have no choice it to eat the food . But make sure you call the store up and tell him what your problem is don't this say like anybody else I won't eat there anymore this way they won you lost
