- Unknown payment around 21EURO 4AUG

- Unknown payment around 295EURO 4AUG

Please let me know what is those payment and why these payment didn't get confirmation from me.

Hope i can refund this ASAP.

LOT Polish Airlines Lost luggage customer service

I am writing because 4 out 8 luggages did not arrive to Miami airport. In 16/12/22 we flew from Budapest to Warsaw (flight number: LO534 ) and we had a connection from Warsaw to Miami (flight number:LO29). I checked in 8 luggages in Budapest, but only 4 arrived to Miami. When I tried to make a complaint in Miami airport about my lost luggages first I had to wait more then 30 minutes before someone showed up at the desk.The person didn’t speak English, Didn’t know what to do. Finally gave me a form to i file a claim, filled in the property irregularity report (which i am attaching) but the person never gave me the reference number, and since i never lost luggages in any airline, i did not know that a reference number is essential, but now i am trying to follow up with my claims and a need a reference number.

I am not able to reach anyone by phone in Miami airport, because no one is picking up the phone or reply to my messages. I am trying to have a family vacation with my 4 kids and we don’t have any clothes and other personal items and I have to hunt Down someone for information and re file the claim.

Desired outcome: I would love to get my luggage’s back but for that my claim has to be reported correctly. Please creat a claim with the reference number so I could follow up and ultimately get my luggage’s back

Hello!

I was business class passanger on Flight number LO 26 on October 31st

I’ve flown this airline many time, however this last time it was huge dissappointment.

My seat # 3A was broken and didn't recline at all. Overhead lights didn't work as well. My seat neighbor on #3B had the same problem

As a result of the broken seat, I could not sleep at all during 9 hour flight, arrived to Warsaw with a back pain and excruciating headache. Due to the broken light I could not get any work done during the flight while I had a very important deadline on the arrival.

I am asking to be compensated for all the inconveniences.

Desired outcome: Upgrade some of my next booked economy class flights to business class

Good morning Sir,i have booked my ticket on 15 dec from toranto to delhi as due to visa problem i am not able to travel as i didn't get my extended visa.As this ticket is bought from agent and there are many agents between it who sold these ticket and i don't know about agent how can i get my refund back please help me this i am first time having experience with lot polish i want it to be good.Please help me out in getting refund

LOT Polish Airlines Unauthorized credit card charges

On 11/09/2022 between 6:30 & 7:00 pm someone used my credit card ending in 8586 without my authorization to purchase two airline tickets in the amount of $2490 each. The payments are pending and to account has been closed and you may not receive payment. Please catch these persons as soon as possible. this was not their money to spend. I live in the southern states and have never been nor seen any of your airports.

This is replay to your response regarding RP/37104/22/WI .

I decline your suggestion. Please be informed that I also apply for compensation for Hotel stay, which should be compensated to me for over 16 hours delay , according EU regulations. Please refund me 250eur for flight cancellation and 100eur for Hotel stay. Hotel was booked on my own since I wasn't offered any accommodation from your side due to no vacancies. Looking forward for your replay.

LOT Polish Airlines Voucher not issued into refund

Hello,

The booking reference is KM8QCJ and voucher doc number 080 [protected] and in connection with 080 [protected]

We booked flights for London to Tokyo for myself, Evangelina Mitchell and Jim Bicknell-Knight, passenger names. ([protected]@gmail.com which the booking is under).

The booking was made on the 5th July 2020.

Voucher issued 17th Feb 2021.

We were not given the option of a refund from LOT airline, only a voucher. We accepted this as thought we had no other option but we now when looking to book the flights are approx £1,200 throughout all the year vs £750 from other airlines. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to fly with these prices for a trip which has been planned for years.

I have been on the phone to LOT all day and they said they would like to issue the refund but it is up to Last minute booking to do. I have been on the phone to last minute booking and they said absolutely not, and that it is up to LOT. So I cannot make any head way with either companies.

I am devastated. This trip has been planned for so long and now we can no longer fly when the option of refunds were not given to us.

Please can you look into this for either price matching a different airline for the trip or issuing a refund?

LOT Polish Airlines Rude staff and insulting experience

Horrible! Miserable, is what I would like to start with. I have already submitted a survey for the horrifying experience me and my family had to go through while flying with lot. I am flying with my family after 4 years for a vacation to enjoy and this was the most negative expereicne to start and end our trip. The crew on the flight were so rude while serving food and drinks. When asked for help "they would rudely say" stop ringing the bell we are low staff and cannot take care of you" wait for your turn. They were out of food by the time our turn came to get it. My kids did not get milk as they were out of it. At a point of our travel, they were out of options of food. Food was served after 3 hours of flight. Just 2 kind of snack and so scarce, no fruits. The delay in the flight was not communicated by the employees at the gate: gate numbers were moved, the bus travel to plane was suffocating and we were put in the bus like cattles. My child could have suffocated. Overall I want this to be addressed on priority. I did not pay for this experience and to have such empanthyless crew around me and my family.

LOT Polish Airlines Ticket

Hi. I was purches ticket for me and my 2 YEARS OLD SON at polish airline... on the way back from Hungary they want that i seat far from my son...the food was disgusting...they didnt give back my stroller only for the last luggage that arrived at the new york airport... it was terrible the fly back with LOT polish airline... How would they think that i seat far from my 2 years old? I sent the proof of the electric ticket that show i purches my ticket next to my son...and i sent the picture of the food too that was disgusting :(

I payed 3160 $ for premium economy class for this?

On the way to Hungary they were so nice i was super happy but on the way back not at all :(

LOT Polish Airlines I need my money back

Hi Dear Sir/Madam

My parents have been traveling from Yerevan to London via Warsaw. I have checked the information about transit visa and it was fine when i bought the ticket. Then after they visited me they weren't able to fly back. I understand that the visa requirements been changed during their stay in London but I am asking for a refund as the flight back date was 9th of August and there was no institution or website that were making accessible that new law. Simply it was not possible to get any information about transit visa for Armenian citizens as even the government website gov.pl did not contain any article about the law changed. I called on 10th of August Embassy of Poland in London , i spoke to visa center they said Armenian citizens do not need a transit visa to travel via Warsaw. I emailed the consul of Poland , she misunderstood thet i was asking about USA citizens and then she did not reply to my email. Furthermore i checked the website which your official site is refering to it was written NO VISA required. This info was in Sherpa at least till 23rd of August ( the law was set on 1st August) This was misleading information about entry requirements which was referred by your official website. As you can see i have done everything the resposible customer should do: I have checked the government website about visa requirements, I have checked your website very carefully with links to the website you referred me, I have spoken multiple times to your customer service and at the end i was offered to get a voucher otherwise if i change the date of the ticket i was told i would not be able to get the voucher anymore. I have that voucher now but i do not need a voucher i need my money back because I had to buy another ticket to send my parents back and it was unplanned and unexpected expense for me and it wasn't my fault that the law change wasn't mentioned anywhere, only in airport staff computers was said they need a visa. My dad had medical condition and he had to see his doctor urgently . I had to send them back quickly. Non of your staff wanted to understand the situation and I had to borrow funds to send my parents home via other airline. That is why i do not need a voucher. LOT Polish Airlines Cancelled flights

Cancelled flights.

4th January 2022 we booked 6 return flights to Poland. The flights from Heathrow to Krakow with a stop at Warsaw airport ( departure 27th July returning 3rd August). We also booked 2 flights from Heathrow to Krakow with a stop at Warsaw airport but the returned flights were Gdansk to Warsaw and onwards to Heathrow ( departure 27th July returning 6th August)

Please see breakdown below of the cost of the flights plus baggage.

On the 25th June we were informed by email that the above flight had been cancelled. Contacted was made with Lot and new flights were offered for the 28th July, unfortunately we could not all be accommodated on the same flight. Two of our party had to accept seats on the 18.10 flight.

On the 10th July we received another email saying that 6 seats booked on the morning flight had been cancelled. Contact was again made with Lot. After advice from travel consumers we requested alternative for the same day but with a different airline or an upgrade. We were informed this was not

possible and the next available flight they could offer was on the 2nd August, which you can see from the above dates was the day before these 6 passengers were due to return. With regards to the upgrade, seats were available as an email was received on 17th July asking did we want to upgrade our flights. There were two flights leaving Heathrow 28th July with BA and Lufthansa.

We asked about refunds and the Lot operative said they would check, at this point the call was terminated by Lot and an email was received stating a refund had been requested. We made contact again to be told that the cost of these 6 seats would be refunded, we were originally told that the baggage would not be refunded as this was a non-refundable service. We were also informed we would have to wait 44 days for the refund.

Fortunately, the refunded seat cost and baggage was received 4 days later.

The purpose of the families journey was to have a memorial service with family who had not been able to travel to England due to Covid restriction to attend my daughters funeral who had tragically died aged 34.

We now needed to secure new flights, with a new airline. We were able to purchase flight leaving Luton direct to Krakow but at a much higher price than the original cost as above, there was also the cost of parking at Luton that was now incurred.

Tickets plus baggage cost an extra 748.30 on top of the 800.22 received in refund.

There was also the cost of 83.44 x 2, and the cost of a hotel in Krakow as the new flights were at 6.30 am.

I am aware that this flight was cancelled outside the 12 days were compensation needed to be paid.

Delayed flight

The remaining flight on the 28th July was schedule to leave at 18.10, the flight was delayed and by the time the flight did take off, we had missed our connection at Warsaw to Krakow. Reason given no plane available.

Although we received overnight accommodation, taxis to and from the hotel plus a voucher for breakfast and seats on the next flight to Krakow.

I had already paid for a hotel in Krakow and a taxi transfer which was not refundable

100 zl airport transfer

225 zl hotel.

Our returning flight on 7th July Warsaw to Heathrow, the flight was again delayed by over 2 hours, again the reason given was, no plane available.

Desired outcome: I would like Lot airways to pay compensation for the extra cost incurred.

LOT Polish Airlines Skarga odnosnie opoznionego lotu z Nowego Jorku z dnia 23 czerwca, 2022r..Miejscem docelowym byla Warszawa z przesiadka w Budapeszcie .

Lot LO 034 z NY byl opozniony ponad 2 i pol godziny. Nie otrzymalismy ,zadnych bonow na zywnosc.Przesiadka w Budapeszcie lot LO 534 ,zostal odwolany .W hotelu ,gdzie spedzilismy noc ,nie otrzymalismy posilku,zostalam ugryziona przez pluskwe, jesli potrzebny jest dowod ,dolacze.W rezultacie nie zdazylismy na slub mojego bratanka, przy czym to byl najwazniejszy powod naszej podrozy.Koszty poniesione typu bilety na autobus z Warszawy do Lomzy (63,05zl.razy 8)przepadly,oraz wyjazdy mojego brata ,ktory dwukrotnie wyjezdzal po nas na lotnisko( koszty paliwa ok 400 zlotych

LOT Polish Airlines The flight I booked didn't exist - I was not told until 12 hours before it was supposed to depart

I have been trying to contact LOT customer service by both whatsapp and messenger and failing to get responses.

I had a booking with LOT (booking number OVAJYA) for a flight Tirana - Warsaw - London. I originally booked this for Monday 8 August. On 25 June I received an email saying that my flight had changed to Wednesday 10 August.

On Tuesday 9 August I was trying to check into my flight and the correct flights were not appearing as available to check in. I was repeatedly trying to contact LOT that afternoon via whatsapp and facebook messenger (it was essential that I returned to London that day due to a wedding, which is why I had originally booked a flight on 8 August). It was only at 11.30pm that evening (12 hours before my flight was supposed to depart) that I received a message on messenger stating: "unfortunately we won't be able to provide a flight to London for tomorrow due to the fact that we do not have it in the schedule."

This situation is outrageous on many different levels. I was trying to contact LOT for about 8 hours until I received that (totally inadequate given the circumstances) response. I was not contacted at all to say that my flight had been (again) changed - let alone the fact that I was rebooked by LOT onto a flight that never even existed.

I had to book the only remaining flight on the 10 August through EasyJet at an extortionate price and I expect FULL compensation from LOT for this money.

Desired outcome: Refund of replacement flight - 275EUR and an apology.

LOT Polish Airlines Missing luggage

First of all, our flight was delayed over 5 hours, which then we had to miss our connection flight. We had to spend one night in Poland. Second of all, the flight attendants, the people that check in your bags are very rude and mean. Third of all, on our return flight, one of our luggage got lost and is still lost. We filled out the form at the airport, i sent several email messages and even tried to call but the wait time on the phone is several hours. No one even answers the phone. Still till this day, our luggage is lost which had pieces of clothing that is worth thousands of dollars. No one tried to contact us at all.

LOT Polish Airlines lost luggage

Hello,

I've been trying to contact the lost luggage office from July 27th without any results. These people are unresponsive. They don't answer my e-mails and don't pickup the phone when I call them. There is not even a way to leave a message there.

The lost luggage reference is WAWLO58712/24JUL22

Last time I heard anything was on July 27th that the suitcase was on the flight LO390 to Warsaw from Berlin.

Afterwards it just disappeared. Since then, I received no communications from the Lost Baggage department.

Desired outcome: Locate my bag and if not possible, reimburse me my losses.

LOT Polish Airlines flight get canceled

Hello, my name is kamel al hassan i have a flight 3 days ago( july 24 ) from BEIRUT to Chicago , the reservation code is ( IIYXYL) the airline reservation code (3VMYCN) I went to the airport the told me they cancel the flight , no body told me this , also i have a university starts on august 10th today i went to the office in beirut they got a flight to me soon as 24th of August and in this case i will lose my work it's another month off of my work because of something wasn't my fault, i need you guys please to look at my case and give me a compensation since it's not my fault also i will lose my job in the united states because of this cancelation and because there's no flight going there soon.

So, please take a look at my case know that i will not have enough money to stay in beirut moreover loosing my job in the USA , also missing at least 14 days of my semester for the university , and all of these things they wasn't from my fault.

LOT Polish Airlines Helpline

Due to an unexpected cancelation, made by LOT, I have been given a completely inappropriate connecting flight, departing before my previous flight had landed.

When I tried to solve the situation by calling the helpline, I was unable to becuase I was kept on the queue for over 30 minutes, up to one hour. I tried calling several times and only got through 3 times. When someone would finally pick up the phone, the service offered was very poor, with constant offers for a new flight, even though I explicity said I was not interested.

I was then transferred to a different department, several times. Eevery single time, I was then put on hold so tht the agent could go and "investigate" and, after another 30 minutes, I was disconnected.

This is absolutely appaling service.

The mistake was made by LOT themselves and I simply want my money back for a flight that I would never have the chance to get (given the fact that it was a connecting flight and the new time offered was not suitable as the departing time was earlier than the arrival of my connecting flight).

I have spend several hours on the phone with customer service (more than 5 hours in total!) and nothing has been resolved.

I still have the same problem and customer service keeps making a ping-pong match of me.

I just want my money back...
