LOT Polish Airlines review: My lost luggage 1

Flight details - lo310 (venice to warsaw) and lo575 (warsaw to split) on 17th june 2024.

I made a mistake of taking lot polish airlines from venice to split via warsaw. After triple confirming that my luggage will reach split and no issues at warsaw, I checked in my luggage, the staff asked me to check-in cabin as well since this was a connecting flight via warsaw. After repeatedly confirming the same with staff at venice as well as warsaw, I didn't receive my luggage. I filed a complaint with

After repeatedly checking on the website for the status, and not seeing any update after 24 hours, I have been trying to connect with the airlines staff to know for the same. My and my wife are in a a third country with absolute nothing with us not even our cabins. And all the help I got from staff is rude replies, they cancel my call while talking, calling me a liar, and then disconnecting the line since I was calling them to know information about my luggage which the airlines misplaced. I am sitting in a new country with no luggage trying to figure out what to do instead of enjoying and traveling on my vacation. This is by far the worst experience with any airline and staff in my entire life. Very very disappointed. Will never take this flight again
