Lotus Leggings refund

Lotus leggings sucks! I ordered in february for my disney trip, recieved my order at the end of march after I returned from disney so I didnt want the leggings anymore since it took two months to ship them. I returned them exactly how I was supposed to and I am still waiting for a effing refund! I have been robbed! You suck! I have been emailing you people for two months trying to resolve this. Why is there no phone number to speak to people!?
I wish I could express my hatred towards this company better but for now this works. Do not order from this company!

Lotus Leggings I only received half of my order

I have ordered two pairs of leggings back in January and received only one pair. For some reason they shipped only one pair, but as soon as I contacted them about the missing item they promised to ship it.
It is now mid May and I haven't heard anything from Lotus Leggings for a long. Tried to reach them but they didn't reply. I am very disappointed. I have already ordered from them in the past and that time I had a pleasant experience.
I only received half of my order but paid the full price. At least I would like to get a refund, but first I somehow need to get in touch with them.

Lotus Leggings 5 pairs of leggings

I ordered on January 28th, nothing came for so long that I enquired, and they told me they could re-ship, or give me a refund. I chose a refund, and they didn't complete it. I contacted them again, and what followed was at first, lies about how I had requested it too late (when it was offered, not requested, and within their guideline timeframe), and then about how they had tried, and it "hadn't worked" so now they could offer me store credit. As it was a present, and the birthday was long missed, this was not acceptable.

Lotus Leggings is not in the US at all. The addresses at which they claim to have Lotus Leggings warehouses in the US either: 1) show an empty grassy lot (with a decrepit unmarked building in the background which seems to be registered to a furniture shop), or 2) is the address of a local post office.

Lotus Leggings' Refund Policy states "Contact us at support@lotusleggings.com for a return mailing address". I think the use of the indefinite article "a" is significant. A return mailing address. Any address, lol :D

Your original package from China should have the sender's contact details on it. Does it read?

Lotus Leggings leggings

I can't believe how terrible this company is. I ordered on February 16, 2017 and realized I needed to cancel the order right away. I emailed them on the same day and their response was the items are already being prepared for shipping, so they can't cancel my order.

Yes, I said "prepared" not "shipped". Apparently, they couldn't stop the "preparation" process. I was told I had to wait till the items got to me, so I could have them returned and my refund processed. What a waste of time and money.

To this day, May 8, 2017, the items have not arrived.

I've emailed telling them I want a refund for my order as the items have yet to arrive. Tracking says they shipped the items on March 15 (a whole month after I ordered). And since March 29, tracking stops with the items not leaving China.

If the package is lost, then it's lost. However, support emailed me that there's nothing they can do about it. And have refused to issue me a refund.

I am beyond upset about this experience and wish I had never ordered from this place.

Horrible support and horrible business!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Lotus Leggings unsolicited, relentless emails

I put one of their products in the cart and went to check out, providing an email address, and then decided not to. I did not sign up to or opt in to any newsletters.

Since then, I have received daily emails from the company advertising, offering my deals and sending me the latest products. None of these emails have an unsubscribe link in them.

I have contacted the email address [protected]@lotusleggings.com three times now to ask them to remove me from all mailing lists and to delete my data. I am still receiving these emails.

Lotus Leggings lotus leggings

I ordered and paid for 4 pairs of leggings on 6/3/2017. Have never received a tracking number nor the leggings. I have emailed 5 times and NOONE responds. Why does NOONE from such a company respond to my emails? This is a hoax company. Why do you not respond and why not send the goods ? Disgusting! Is this what you call customer service?
But I get plenty of adverts via email ! Stop sending them as your company does not meet what they say they do!
I feel Disappointed and feel robbed !
All I want is what I paid for.

Lotus Leggings leggings order 180682

I ordered $63 worth of leggings in November, hoping they might arrive before Christmas but not surprised when they didn't. The money was taken out of my account immediately, but I received no order information via email, just lots and lots of advertisements. After two months had passed, I contacted them and was told it would be two more weeks. After three more weeks passed I emailed again and was told they had misplaced my order and I could either wait another two weeks for them to fill it or I could get a refund. I opted to allow them to fill the order. A month later, still no leggings. I emailed again and told them to forget the order and give me a refund. They replied saying to expect a refund in 5 days. That was March 14. On April 2 I emailed them again because NO REFUND YET. They claimed "bank delays" had held up the refund and said "Be assured your refund will be issued to you soon." This is April 11. I emailed two days ago and got no response back. This has been a horrible experience, with terrible customer service and I would not suggest ANYONE deal with this company.

Lotus Leggings they promised me a replacement

I received wrong size leggings and when I contacted LotusLeggings support service their rep kindly offered me a replacement. I was given a return address and next day I shipped my leggings back.
Later I received a notification from LotusLeggings stating that they received the package and everything seemed to be fine. But up until this day my replacement did not arrive and LotusLeggings stopped replying!
I tried to contact them so many times, but they left me no other choice and my last hope is to reach them via this site!
I will not buy from them again. From my personal experience I can say that LotusLeggings is not a good company and I would not recommend them. There are better websites than LotusLeggings.

Lotus Leggings no sign of my order

I have placed my order back in December 2016 and received nothing yet and March is almost over!
I contacted LotusLeggings so many times and received nothing but empty promises. They said that my order was shipped but I did not receive a shipping confirmation. When I asked for a tracking number they said I'll get it later and that was obviously just another lie.
I tried to cancel my order but every time when I mentioned cancellation or refund they simply ignored me and did not reply.
I don't recommend this store, they are nothing but scammers and not to be trusted!

Lotus Leggings refund for pair of leggings sent back - never received!

Absolutely awful company - I ordered three (3) pairs of leggings in January 2017 and decided to return one pair since it did not look anything like on their website. Packed it nicely, added the return slip, and started chasing for acknowledgement for the refund after a month (it does not take a month to send a parcel from UK to US) - nothing. I am still waiting for my refund (end of March 2017), and none of my several emails have been responded to.

How is it possible that these kind of companies are allowed to advertise, or sell to general public!?

Do not order anything from Lotus Leggings - the company is a scam!

Lotus Leggings customer service non existent, unhelpful and ignorant

I ordered a pair of leggings, and after ordering I discovered it was a subscription, I emailed them asking to cancel the subscription, and they gave a link for me to do so.

apon clicking on the link, it takes me to a log in page, not remembering the password that I choose, I clicked on "forgotten password", when entering my email address, it say it does not recognize it.

So I went back to the customer service and asked them to please check to see if I have a subscription, all they did was send me the link again. So, I explained again ( as above) and they are ignoring me.
I cant log in and check to see if I have a subscription, and if I do, I cant cancel it.

Lotus Leggings terrible experience with lotusleggings

I had a terrible experience with LotusLeggings and I will not buy from them again. I placed my order in mid November and according to their promises I was supposed to get it right before Christmas. My order did not arrive and I contacted customer service and they promised to find out what was going on. They tried to find the reason for over two months and then they finally contacted me and said that my order was not even processed due to some security reasons.
I asked about my money and they said that there was nothing to worry about and promised that I'll get my money back soon. Still nothing. These people are highly unprofessional and super slow. I hope I'll get my refund soon and I will never order from them again!

Lotus Leggings service and responsibility to customer

I've ordered 2 leggings with fully paid, after 2 weeks i folloewed my order, lotuslegging promptly replied me but after i got my parcel with wrong leggings that i ordered. I've tried to contact you by the same email about 3 times, but nobody replied then i wrote to you by facebook chat but i've got any replied or feedback. Such a bad feeling ever to get the ignoring to customer when you do mistake and never even say apology. Sorry, i paid you for what i want and not intention to paid for junk like this.

Lotus Leggings unethical behaviour, steal my money and my time

Not delivery, lots of excuses and some coupons to wait me...
we are in March... and i have again the same mail: your order is stuck in transit...

Nothing send, nothing do, block me at facebook when i complain about them...

I need a refund very quick, that it was a christmas gift from my brother, for my roller derby match...
i never had them, and i never be abble to continue to support them in my team...

Never heard and seen such type of leggings. It's quite difficult to select Tank Top from my favorite online store. Variety available here is great in number. Also the sizing descriptions with all products are accurate. Short crop tees and off shoulder ones are also cool. Lotus Leggings social media

Lotus Leggings stole two of my pictures from Instagram and used them in advertisement for profit on Facebook and Instagram. I attempted to contact them through multiple emails, comments on pictures and advertisements, and direct messages on both Instagram and Facebook. All attempts were unanswered. They have blocked me from Instagram and Facebook. I had friends and family also trying to get in touch with them and those individuals were also blocked.
They also stole designs of small, independent companies and are selling them as their own.

Lotus Leggings my order is missing

I bought three pairs of leggings from LotusLeggings website and did not receive my order. They took my money very fast but I did not get any confirmations and that moment I felt that something was wrong. As a frequent online shopper I know that after customer paid for his order he must get a confirmation message and a tracking number. But in my case these notifications were not received and that was a bad sign. I checked the reviews and finally realized in what terrible situation I was. I tried to reach them but they did not reply and there is still no sign of my order. Avoid!

Lotus Leggings order not received #184479

I placed an order with Lotus Leggings on 27/12/16 and am yet to receive my order. There was an issue with the address reflected on my order summary (it showed incomplete address) which I tried to correct immediately on placing the order, by sending them an email. Though they replied to my email saying that it would be taken care of, nothing was done to correct it. Later, on enquiry about the order status, they did send me a tracking number to track my order but as per the track record, the order was sent back to the sender due to incomplete address. I tried bringing this to their notice and have been proactively following up with them. It's been a long time now and I have emailed them several times but no response has been received yet.

Lotus Leggings order not received 180705

Place order early December 2016. Have not receive the goods.

Contacted the Facebook for than 4 times, no action taken, and lotus legging blocked me from thier account that I am not allowed to contact them and comment in thier facebook.

Emailed to customer service, no reply after 4days.
Is a scam, paid, not received goods and they shut you off.
Staff replied but no confirmation of reshipment, no documentation.

Lotus Leggings order #172378

I placed an order on the 30th of November 2016 and still haven't received the order. My first email got a response to wait, the second email I got an apology that they had a back log and offered money off my next purchase (would like this purchase before giving them more money for nothing) and my third email got completely ignored as did my message on facebook.
This company takes orders, payments and then ignores costumers queries when the goods are not arriving.

Lotus Leggings order 179537

Ordered 12/10 as of 1/22 still no tracking information, refusing to reply with anything but canned responses, no refund. This is a scam company. They send canned responses until the word refund is brought up and now i don't even get the canned responses. They have an F on the BBB site and low ratings anywhere, any good rating is part of the scam
As of 1/23 still no shipping information but an offer for 15$ off, that's only after I made a BBB complaint, and on two other sites. But I STILL have no clue when my 65$ worth of products will arrive
